Used them in the past and was very satisfied. Called twice and no answer left a message once and never got a call back. The only reason I gave 3 stars is past service.

I have been dealing with this business for years now and i have bought computers, laptops and other services from them. Everything, every time has been excellent. Never over charged nor have they ever run from any problem though few. I read some of these comments and it is sad that people are so critical of things that is their issues.The one guy who got there at closing, maybe the tech had a appointment he had to be at after work, but they only thing of themselves. I have had these guys stay late and wait for me a number of times with no problem.Also the other guy, if he could fix it himself then why did he think it was a video card? If you tell someone you can fix computer and you think it is the video but you dont have time to do it. Maybe they were going off his supposed expertise!I am sticking up for them because they are the best like that one fellow said and i agree the best PC shop. Honest, hard working and no not perfect. But i have never been charged for anything other than a job well done.

Great service, honest and know what they are doing. We have worked with these guys taking care of out technology needs for sometime. Dont always have parts on hand but i asked about that. They said it is to hard to compete with Amazon and other webs stores. By the time they buy it and sell it the price may have dropped 40% and then people want Amazon prices. I understood. But great guys!

This place is awesome and so are the employees. They they replaced the motherboard in my Dell All in one p c in one day and beat competitors price by $200.

That one bad review recently was not by a customer. We tired to find him in our database and he wasnt there. It is a shame that google allows anyone to post bad reviews without some type of confirmation that the person actually is a real customer and not a competitor or not a customer either.We do our very best to try to do things right and help people honestly. Only reason I cant give 5 stars is bcuz I require parts in-store to complete a build. There is a 50-50 chance that they will have to order anything I request.If you dont require a quick turnaround, then I would rate them 5 stars.
