I had the charger tip stuck in the charger port and he was able to pop it out with ease I was sent on my way within 5min. Im forever grateful heading out of town for work didnt have anytime to spare

I have to say this was THE BEST experience I have ever had as far as know they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy and also especially because they took the time to help me to understand and also they made me feel so comfortable to leave my sons MOST important gaming PC in their care. Just around a week ago I took my PC and all its parts down to Micro Advantage to have it built for me. My PC runs perfectly and I am in love with it!! I was so happy with the services!

WHAT BLACK SCREEN?!?!! Is what I was questioning my computer as if it were going to answer me 🤪 (LOL)! Well of course it didnt but THANK GOODNESS David, and Brandon were able to not only answer my question but FIX my problem as well! 😍 Ill just say DONT waste your time with any other computer repair store... My experience with Micro Advantage was absolutely the best. I brought my laptop in on Tuesday morning and I was picking it up on Wednesday the next day. The turnaround time was especially important to me and they not only fixed the problem but improved the quality and speed of it as well. They knew exactly what was wrong. I wanted to increase my computing power because of some of the projects I had in mind. Since I had bought a refurbished computer from Micro Advantage in 2017 (which is still performing great) I never considered shopping anywhere else. I explained to David what I wanted to do, told him the specs, and he custom built a computer for me that far exceeded my expectations. Micro Advantage is the way to go, I’m very pleased.

The first time I visited, I walked in hoping to find a laptop suitable for me, and less than an hour walking in, I found the perfect one for my use. The man that runs that shop is very knowledgeable, and can tell you anything about a computer and can fix it. I would recommend coming here if I need to either buy or fix a computer.

My experience with Micro Advantage was absolutely fabulous. My computer had been infected with virus, tracking, trojan and remote access. David cleaned it up at a VERY fair price. He took the time to show what he did and wrote it all out. This invasion came after being spoofed by a Garmin website and saying I needed to speak to Microsoft. Well, said to say I checked with Garmin and they did not have a tech by the name I gave, then after been given support phone number, found out it belonged to another company. The money I paid I got back. I owe many thanks to David for cleaning up my computer. I HIGHLY recommend Micro Advantage for your computer needs. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you.

Have not been there in several years. Was trying to get phone number by using Maps - H8 411 kwim... Need(ed) to ask new tech Q - like how to get ph# wo 411 (hhh). Nywy, I have, in past, used these guys like exclusively. If David, et al, is still there then rating is as noted: 5.0. Thats my vote. Btw: I have 4 yr old PC that screams, as well as a W3.1 dino that hums, both dormant rt now but happily gotten from here. (PS: wife h8s yp & chunks them.)

They are such a terrific company with excellent service and great information about programs, operating systems, virus protection and how to get the most out of your computer. They also build complete systems to suit your specific needs. If you arent already backing up your system EVERY DAY, go in and let them set up your computer so that youll never lose any of your important data or precious memories.
