No stocked shelves horrible customer service. Boxes everywhere you can barely walk around the store. How do you guys remodel a store and make it look so bad? Seriously before it got remodeled it use to be worth it to go there. I guess its the employees because the other dollar generals in the area are so much better and cleaner and nicer!

I was there today working on a door. The manager and the other associates were as friendly and helpful as I have ran across in years. It was quite refreshing to see people who care about their job. Thanks

I had been standing in line for hours. Came early needed milk and medicine & wanted to see what else I could buy. Tell me how the employees 2 of them were standing there dancing & laughing at everyone outside IN THE COLD & it was DRIZZLING outside in a middle of a pandemic. Then we notice this vehicle pull up to the back parking behind the storage container, mind you with bags of dollar general. I got yelled at by one of the employees & got called the sheriffs dept really?

Some of the staff are completely rude and unprofessional. The place is always a unorganized mess! The last experience I had in there the cashier was beyond rude and unprofessional. I recommend visiting a different dollar general store since there are multiple in the area.

They wouldnt accept cash. Really Aggravating. Cash should always be accepted. Lots of people dont deal with CARDS. Store said it was the Federal Governments call. It was a Good store other than that.

Tried to call to ask them a question but the line was busy, someone is hogging the phone, now i have to walk down there to ask the simple question that could have been easily answered if the line wasn’t “busy”

My husband bought a phone and card. the manager forgot to give him his receipt. Try to use the phone the phone didnt work. Call manager and told about the problem with the phone she she would help only if he had a receipt. He told her she didnt give him a receipt. Now he has a phone that dont work. AND NO MONEY.HE got rip off. I wont advice any to go to the dollar general on two notch road. Be ware.

Dollar General stores are always cluttered and messy, but they have decent prices

Always low on merchandise.It always looks a mess in that store. I avoid this location and when I go in here I quickly remember why I dont go in Dollar General.

One of my favorite Dollar Generals. I can usually find what I want and the cashiers get you out pretty fast. If its crowded they open another register and I appreciate that.

This is your typical Dollar General store. Its cluttered but pretty clean and organized. The prices are really good in Dollar General which makes it a great place to shop. They accept coupons so its easy to score some great deals. The workers arent the friendliest, most appear disinterested. I mostly use this store out of convenience.

Quick stop on out of town trip with daughter. Seem like a safe enviroment.

The Manager is awesome and friendly but only 1 register open, we with a line of people . Be patient its not her fault! And she really is very friendly.

I have been blessed to have two Dollar General stores in my normal circle of travel. They have big box prices in a small box store. A friendly staff and it is always an easy quick stop for necessities on the way home.

Friendly employees but its hard to ever find anything on the shelves here or an employee at the register to check you out.

Cashiers are always friendly. Store is packed with stuff to sell.

Theres a good selection of merchandise and the staff is friendly, but theres always stock everywhere to the point that you cant get your cart down the aisles which makes it difficult to shop especially with a small child in the cart.

The cashier was not particularly polite and there wasnt anything she didnt know about except for how to talk to people if you catch my drift.

Always full of boxes and carts in the isles. I only stop when I absolutely have to, that is extremely rare. This place you can always bank on being a hot mess and never stocked.

Mr. James is wonderful, however other staff members are not so pleasant.

It was easy to find what we needed, but there were a couple shady people out front and the cashier seemed a little frantic because she was cleaning the store as well as running the register.

Always stocked up on items from food, snacks, to movies and cleaning supplies. Easy to find from the main road.

Very nice employee. Was stocking and when I was ready, she got off of the floor and checked me out with a smile!

I prefer DollarTree. Everytime any of the $general stores has a clearance table, they screw me! Theyll have a 70% off sign pinned to the table, then when I cash out they tell you oh no thats only20% off! Other than that they have a whole aisle of $1 items(soaps etc) that are a good deal
