October Update: We are in the home for about 2 months now. The product turned out Amazing. Doug, the technician the supervised the product, is outstanding. There were little bugs along the way because we did a lot but he stopped over after work and twice over the weekend to get it right. Sonos is amazing and the security is good to. Had it not been for the initial issues with the sales rep I would have given it 5 stars. The product and technical is awesome. Just make sure if things are going right up front you get to the owner and he will get it right. Thanks Matt !June 16 Update: Matt, the owner has gotten involved, and things are moving much better so far. He is working hard to make sure we are happy. Final project a few weeks away, but Im optimistic based upon the last few weeks. I will update when complete.We are in the process of a very expensive remodel on Lake Murray. This is a million dollar plus home so our expectations are high.On the bright side so far, the installation crew seemed knowledgable and seemed to do a good job during the rough in phase. Ive been happy with the technical side so far, even though thats been minimal.The down side so far is sub par communication from sales and not everything has turned out the way it was promised in the beginning. We were just going to do Sound but the sales rep said they could match CPI on security and we would have better monthly monitoring rates.Once we got roughed in and got the final security number, it was almost $1600 more than CPI. When I questioned the price, I got the song & dance about how it was better equipment, etc. Matching CPI went out the window.This could have been avoided but I waited a lot longer than I should have had to on the security quote. The sales rep always had stuff going on with his kids, etc and I waited on things more than once. He obviously works from his house.Ive been close to moving to a different company to complete the project so we will see how things end up. Ive requested a different person to help me coordinate the install. I will update once we see how things go from here.

Had a central vacuum included in our new home purchase to be installed by Avista. After multiple failed attempts at installing and fixing the unit after multiple failed installs we still do not have the vacuum that we paid over 3k for.

Customer service and scheduling needs improvement. Verdict still out on how well the security system is monitored.
