This store has an average grocery department, stocking standard fair and would likely meet the basic needs of most families. They do carry emerging products in some instances as well as some bulk supplies. The alcohol and meat sections are well stocked with a variety of unique options. The meat section carries a variety of cuts and a rich seafood area. The bakery also carries lots of options including seasonal goodies and made to order cakes and sweets. While the produce department is lacking in variety and is frequently low on supply, they always have an acceptable amount of local and ready to eat snacks. Youll also find some one stop shopping needs met including a pharmacy, a Coinstar machine, money orders, self checkout. Per the SC Lottery, if the store doesn’t have enough cash, you should be offered other payment methods in the form of money orders, cashier’s checks, or a combination of any.I visited this store on Augusta Highway. First, I was not acknowledged as I stood there the entire time while the manager on duty at 1:45pm on November 27, 2020, after about 6 minutes, she advised me that they did not have enough cash to cash out a 290.00 wining ticket. I was not offered any other options, simply, we can’t cash it. It didn’t matter what was posted clearly written per the SC Lottery, the female manager rudely stated that they could not cash the ticket. I asked for her manager who then came and approached me with an attitude stating what she just said again. Neither of the 2 displayed any type of customer service skills. Clearly they both can benefit from some sort of mentor training. I would have to say that yes, because I am an African American woman, that I received the treatment that I encountered. In short, it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Also, be mindful that some African Americas can read and interrupt things. I happened to be one of those persons. It’s awful to be racially profiled because of the lottery during a pandemic. When will this ever end? Again, be mindful of how you speak to a person. That’s the key element to take away. How would you want to be treated?

Clean store with great produce. Staff is nice. Meats are fresh.

If youve been to bilo before you know what to expect. This location is standard and seemed good at first. However, after seeing the meat section I do not feel comfortable eating anything out of here. Attached is an example of the ROTTEN lamb I found still out for sale front and center. Nasty.

I like this store. I go there all the time. Always a sale Im interested in. James in the deli greets me every time. Nice friendly guy. One of my favorite stores. Dont get the fish though. Their prepackaged fillets are higher than competitors but love everything else.

This is a nice, clean store with a helpful employees. My only caution is to not go alone at night. This is not the best area to be in after dark.

I worked for Bilo for years. Kids running the registers is nothing new. But ours was on her cell phone WHILE she rang us up and there were 3 other employees talking around the register. I hate to say it but Im not sorry to see the company go. It seems a lot of the employees kept their jobs although I wouldnt have kept anyone that we encountered that day.

My girls just love the mini shopping carts here to select their own snacks. Those little push carts are just too cute AND fully functional. My girls refuse any other supermarket because they want their own cart. I think its great to teach children to make healthy food choices at such a young age by allowing them to practice grocery shopping. My only complaint is they seem to have stopped carrying a particular product that I always need. And I end up going out of my way to get it elsewhere. Stumped on that one.

I will come here to get what I can while I am able to before this location is closed

This Bi-Lo is spot on when it comes to delivering great customer service. As a previous bank manager it comes natural for me to notice how people are performing their jobs and how well they are satisfying their customers. Ive never have encountered any employee here that hasnt gone above and beyond to do what it takes to give exceptional customer service.

Not a fan of Bi Lo stores. Self check out is a nice feature. Hard to find an employee when needing assistance in an aisle. This location often has employees a sting like they do not want to be there. Every once in a while one surprises me with a nice and helpful attitude found in other super markets.

They have the best store brand soda of any store. The deals on meats are unbeatable.

I go to this store a lot and everyone is really nice and good at their jobs. One gentleman helped me out today in a very efficient manner which I really appreciate.

I used to shop Bi-Lo all the time, but that changed a few years ago because of corporate management when they change the stores rewards program Ive just recently started going back because they brought back a rewards program similar to what they used to have. But at the same time, Im very careful of what I buy there because they do not check the dates of their food and Ive eaten food there before that just made me sick. Their prices are still very high too, so all I can say is there just okay

In terms of grocery store and pharmacy, this place is decent. Just dont ever use a credit card because not one person knows how to operate the register or track purchases on the computer. Also I found they do not pay attention to coupons that come with the product. Unimpressed with demeanor and ability to communicate with customers. Good quality on most things though and more options than some locations

Good sales,always stocked with pretty much everything. The store is always nice and tidy and well kept. Shopping center it is located in is a little run down, but other than that a nice grocery store.

One of my favorite Bi-Lo Stores. Great Staff in customer service as well as Management. Lots of buy one get one free sales. Great meat market, I also like the fact that they still have a functioning meat market, where they will custom slice your meat selection however you want it cut, this is a bonus for me. Another bonus is they always have great sales throughout the store, and some of the best prices on good quality meat.

Ill start by saying that Ive not actually been to this BI-LO, but have had good experiences at other ones. I tried to place a catering order for two pretzel trays over the phone. I needed them the next day and did provide a 24 hour notice. At first I was told that they couldnt be done. The associate checked and replied that it could be done. Unfortunately, I get a text the next morning an hour and half before pickup stating they no longer carry the product. I understand that its not the associates fault that those products are no longer offered, but I wish I had more of a heads up. I was able to take care of my catering needs with another competitor.

This store is always neat, clean and well-stocked. I love their produce.

As far as the actual store and merchandise go.. this is great.But the employees are RUDE. Not all, but the ones I have encountered.I am on WIC. You are entitled to have your opinion on that, but in a business I think all should be treated fairly. 🤷🏽‍♀️ As soon as I present that I will be doing a WIC transaction, I get the third degree eye roll. I always feel so embarrassed and end up holding up the line. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Hot breakfast selections at the deli are great! Get there early for bacon. It gets gone really fast!

As far as having what you need and the brand of grocery store it is, it will have what you need. The outer appearance and atmosphere looks like its not been upkept and it sometimes has a hood appearance to it. Great cashiers however.

Always clean. They have a Cashier there named Wallace. Hes been there forever.Hes very knowledgeable and always so friendly.

My go to store. Right around the corner from my house, the produce is absolutely beautiful, wonderful fresh. With your card you by low card you get great discounts and points money off. So yeah, I love this store.

The store is always nice and clean. The cashier and the bagger were talking like I wasnt even there and to top it off they were kinda arguing about who was going on break first. They have only a couple good deals this week. Its really starting to get on my nerves when the companies are doing buy 2 get 1 free sales. I want to buy 1 get 1 free. I dont need a total of 3 things. Thats about all they have this week.

My go to place for all my groceries!! The employees and management are always friendly and say hello! It really makes you feel good when they remember you and make a point to ask how your doing!

Been here many times. Produce is typically NOT fresh - often wilted, mouldy and disgusting. I learned to NEVER come here for fresh produce.

General manager was rude and will be reporting incident to their corporate office!Have shopped there for years. Staff is great. Prices have gone up. Neighbors are shopping at Publix more as the result.

This grocery store always seems dirty to me and you smell like old fried chicken grease when come out, even if you just ran in for 2 things. They do have decent prices and they carry the creamer I like, Coffee-Mate Vanilla Caramel.

I stayed under my budget of $100. My check out was speedy. I will be coming back.

Overall pretty pricey despite the name. The meat is not very good either. On the upside here is BiLo has a great selection of lower end wines & great sales on things like water and coffee.

Not happy i purchased medicine advertise good rx 8.12 came to pharmacy $12.55 over what was advertise.called good rx it so happends someone from bi low pharmacy put in a wrong id to identify drug but now who gonna refund my money mr manager?

I usually shop here because it is smaller than some other stores so I can get my shopping done faster. There isnt usually too long of a line at checkout. The produce is a little less than fresh sometimes.

I found everything very easily and they were a lot of sales specials. The staff was very helpful and friendly in the checkout line was very quick I will definitely be back to this location.

I really miss this location being 24hr. Still, decent Bi-Lo. Always clean and well staffed. Definitely worth hitting if trying to evade a trip to Walmart.

Only giving it 3 stars because the staff is nice. This Bilo is so convenient for us but a large portion of our shopping is produce and every time I go in the produce looks horrible.. like really bad, especially for the price. I’ll drive out of the way to the Foodlion on platsprings with the sun blasting me in the face to go shopping for good produce. 😢
