I only go to this location. Always clean, excellent customer service and if I dont see something I ask and someone always always goes in the back and look. The produce guy is always nice.

Always a very good experience. I love this store. I found everything I needed and wanted. The store is clean and maintained well. I had no wait when checking out and my cashier was very professional and courteous. He even asked if I wanted my raw meat purchases placed in a plastic bag before bagging it in my reusable bag. Now that was thoughtful! No blood and yuk in my fabric bag. Its the little things that make me smile and give thanks. And shopping at this Food Lion always makes me smile. BTW, they have a variety of great freshly cooked wings at the deli area.

It’s my favorite grocery store! So don’t come over here making no messes, and doing anything ghetto! This is a very nice strip mall and grocery outlet! The staff are so nice, the managers care about the store and serving the community! They keep everything fresh, clean and well organized! They are patient and professional including the young ppl! I call this the juke box Food Lion… they are always playing THE BEST MUSIC! I catch customers dancing in the produce section all the time… it’s hilarious and cute! Broad River Isn’t what people think it is. We are a real community! Respect that! When you visit this store do your best to come in with good service so you can receive good service in return! Just ok. Eat the fresh fruits and vegetables within two daysThey dont last. Very small selection compared to most. Seam to have problems keeping stocked. Convenient to location only.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Sanitation was top priority among staff and customers. Highly recommend this Food Lion.

Worked here for awhile and it sucked, management doesnt listen to employee and is completely useless, work environment was strange and unpleasant. If youre shopping though its a very pleasant experience.

DO NOT shop at this Food Lion if you want good customer service! Most of the cashiers are rude and usually never even acknowledge you are there. They are always stocking and the stockers act like you are getting in their way when you are shopping. I’ve shopped here for two years and it has gone down hill gradually. I recently purchased an item and when I got home the cashier left it out of my bag. I went back to the store 15 minutes after leaving to retrieve the item I had already PAID for. After 10 minutes of discussion and examining my receipt they said they looked at the camera and that I had already received the item and that I would have to pay for it again!! The item was never put in my bag. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this store and they lost a loyal customer over an item that cost $3.99. I would drive 20 miles to another store just so I don’t have to shop at this store again.

Clean, busy for most part but you can find good fruits and vegetables for the area there. There chabatta bread is amazing!!!🤗

The Bakery Dept ladies are amazing!! Went in on Sunday morning to grab a birthday cake, didn’t really have one in cooler that I wanted. They were so nice to grab a cake and get it decorated the way I wanted while I waited. Thank you both.

I absolutely love coming here. The employees make me feel so welcomed and cared for. If you havent tried the Delis fried chicken and wings, make sure you add that to your bucket list. A++++ Food Lion.

Phenomenal customer service! It was pouring down rain as I was leaving the store with my two kids in tow... Melanie (a gift from above), approached me and said to leave the kids with her while I grabbed the car and pulled it to the front of the store. She even helped me get the groceries in the car as I was scrambling to get the 2 kids seated.

Great selection for such a small store! There are things here that I cant find at other, larger stores. While I cant say they are the cheapest store in town, they also arent overpriced and the quality of the food as well as the service is outstanding. They make grocery shopping as relaxing as possible so I keep coming back here even with all the recent options in town.

This store is clean, well-stocked, and well laid out. Items are easy to find. I feel comfortable going in to pick up a quick item knowing I can get in & out without a waste of time looking for what I want and standing a long time in line. I appreciate that.

Great choices in the frozen and meat departments, gonna try some bacon wrapped chicken strips and baked potatoes with bacon and cheese.

I did really enjoy the staff I will say!!! However I feel like there shouldnt have been so many issues with the products I was trying to purchaseEx: I picked up some bread and it had black specs all thru it Im sure it was moldEx2: I grabbed not one not two not three but four different cartons of eggs with bad eggs in themEx3: I had set my milk in the car on its side and it poured all in our Plymouth prowler... I then brought it right back in and exchanged for another gallon which also leaked from the seal in my car at which point when I noticed I was home and had a huge mess to cleanP.S. I do not mean this in a rude manner id just like to see the food lion that Ive gone to most my life up there game, this was the last straw for me...

Its pretty small but its in a convenient location and it has most of what you need. Theres fresh produce that always looks good but it does tend to run out pretty fast. Lots of good deals especially if you have the food lion mvp card.Their store brands are cheap but theres even cheaper orange branded items. They have a piggy bank on the packaging and theres bread, dry pasta noodle, and canned vegetables that Ive seen. Milk is a little expensive.They have a bakery and deli with fresh meat, bread, and ham. Plus theres a hot bar that you can get chicken wings, chicken tenders, and rotisserie chickens.

Was in the store this morning, 6/30 at 1010am. I came in to purchase cigarettes and went to Customer Service desk. I did not see anyone at desk but saw 3 cashiers further down next to the express lanes. I stood there for over 5 minutes and saw all 3 female cashiers look at me. At no time was anything said to me like, May I help you, or let me get someone. I was just left to stsnd there. I finally left and the cashiers seemed okay with me leaving. Due to this experience I will not shop at this store again. I can understand if store was busy but there were hardly any customers checking. A shame to, nicely remodeled store but staff that has no idea how Customer Service works.

Store is nicely organized, but when I went the ladys bathroom was out of order. My husband went to the mens bathroom with me to guard the door and there was a cone in front of it, as well. I am 8 months pregnant, so having a restroom available is kind of important. The manager (or what seemed like one by his attire) came out when we were about to leave the stockroom where the mens restroom is located. He said he would check it. We walked out and waited in the hall area. He came forward and asked my husband if he needed to use the restroom and he said that it was me that needed to go. Then he scoffed and waved us off and walked away without saying another word. I was offended because he was apparently willing to work with my husband, but then acted like I was a nuisance.

Clean and easy to shop. Employees are friendly and always willing to help you. Their customers services is great. Prices and sales very good.

Consistency and customer service is the point here! I know that Walmart and some of the other groceries chains customers have to load their own grocery cart; but at Bi-Lo, Publics, etc., the store employees always help you. I have a shoulder injury which I shared with the cashier and she still didnt help me load my groceries in the buggy. This is the reason I have been shopping at Food Lion and other grocery stores whose employees are willing to give their customers this type of assistance. Well, I didnt get it this time. However, she did point out which bags were the heaviest and most delicate so that I would be careful in loading them!
