I received a notification that my package was delayed. Upon further review from the text link, my package was labeled as a failed delivery attempt.Like others reviewing, I was home. My Ring confirmed no one attempted to walk up my driveway.After opening a case and a few more calls, I was told they would try to get the driver to RETURN.The driver eventually came stating he went to the wrong address. Seeing how my address and phone number were listed on the package, I find that incredible.He inserted my last name correctly for the system delivery notification. Somehow he mistook my first name initial for B, instead of what it is, clearly listed on the label.Not a good look when the package contains an external note about the quality, consumable contents. Not sure what that was all about.At a minimum, drivers need to ensure theyre at the correct destination before injecting failed delivery attempt notices within The FedEx communication system.
I dont know all workers but the woman that helped me and my disabled husband send a package to our grandbabies was so polite helpful .
When I went to pick up a package, I was treated respectfully with a minimum wait time.

Had an overnight express package that was supposed to be a delivered by this station. The FedEx website guaranteed that I would get my VERY IMPORTANT package BEFORE 8pm on 8/20/21. By 7pm I call customer service who informed me that they were unable to reach the station or the driver as it was dire that I received my package today, when they said it would be delivered. By 8pm a customer service supervisor assured me that I would have my package by 9pm (end of day). By 9pm and after, website still says out for delivery, but customer service says that the package was returned to station even though they sent out an alert to the station and the website still said out for delivery. This shows gross incompetence, ridiculous inefficiency, and proves youre willing to lie to your customers to get their money... you will be seeing me tomorrow when I come pick up my package and I WONT be happy!
Had a package sent next day priority. Two days later I still dont have package. Last package I sent next day had to go 10 miles and took 5 days. FedEx has gone downhill check online ups seems to do much better suprisingly
I had an amazing experience with FedEx all thanks to the incredibly courteous delivery driver, Charles Craig. Charles attempted to leave my package, which was a 55 inch TV, yesterday but I was not home. Not only did he leave his phone number, I called him and he offered to give me a heads up before he attempted to deliver my package the next day. I was impressed by his level of service. Charles was concerned that my TV may get stolen or damaged and just did not feel comfortable leaving it without me there. Charles called me today, giving me enough time to make it home before he delivered my package. Charles went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received my package. Such impressive customer service. Thank you Charles, FedEx is lucky to have you!
It is ridiculous that employees have to work in moldy environment at this location. I have been going here for years and the leaking roof is causing moldy drop ceiling and I feel fear to just standing in the line looking at almost ready to fall ceiling. This is not the first time I have seen the ceiling is about to fall. It appears that they do not repair the cause of leak but change drop ceiling tiles as needed with mold growing on top of drop ceiling. I feel bad for employees work in this location

Paid for overnight shipping to be delivered to my company before 12pm on Wednesday. Driver came at 6pm when the company closed, so we didn’t receive our time sensitive package. Waited the next day for it to deliver and was told it would be before 12pm. Driver came after 4 when the company closed AGAIN. I Called and said I’ll wait if they come back. They agreed and never showed up. Please save yourself time and use UPS.

Fed ex cashierhad a hard time sending to correct address . She put wrong address on all 3 boxes. She weighed my items each time at a different weight ?¿From now on I will go to the Commerce Dr. at the Airport from now on they never have a problem with size weight or address! Who knows but she was confused and we waited a really long time. Eventually she got it right but I was not leaving until I knew for sure I paid for my items to be shipped to the correct place 💯%.

My FedEx delivery requiring a signature was brought back to he ship center facility after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. I was waiting all day for the package to arrive and no such attempt was made. When I arrived to the ship center, I stood in line behind 3 other customers. The staff member made it clear we were on her time, but I patiently waited to be helped. I was eventually able to leave with my package. 2/5 stars.

Driver claimed that no one was home yesterday, so they couldnt deliver the package. Ummm. Been home all day. No truck showed up. No door tag left (as is their policy). They didnt even try! I called and the girl I talked to said they would try to deliver today. Nope. It says it is still at the West Columbia facility. She also said the address was wrong. It shows it correct online. The address is off by 1 number according to her. It doesnt exist on my street, unless you are attempting to deliver to a raccoon in the woods! Meanwhile, the Columbia location is out delivering a package. I never have problems with their location! How about NOT BE LAZY AND ACTUALLY DO YOUR JOB WEST COLUMBIA FEDEX! You deserve -5 stars!
Saying my shipment was supposed to be here on Friday. Still has yet to get here I called to pick the shipment up and they say the container is not open and they’re not gonna open it until Monday. If my stuff is there already why is it not ready? What are y’all doing there for my stuff to not be ready?
I’ve had to pick up a few things from here before when I wasn’t home to sign for a package. It’s a little hard to find and the parking lot definitely needs to be replaced. Overall it’s easy enough to get in and out. The pick up room is very small and cramped so if you’re nervous to be in close contact with other people during the pandemic I would suggest trying to go very mid day or during slow times to avoid the more busy times around too many people.
Im a very undecisive person and this guy stayed kewl with me during my crazy antics. He made sure to assure me of the right decision in what to do and how to go about making sure my Nana got her package. Thanks Fedex guy!!
The WORST shipper EVER!!! This company is the worst they lost my package on September 3rd. No one has called me back or followed up with me at ALL!!! Ive been calling every few days for a follow up they failed to give. I was told last night that they found my package. I went to pick it up just to be told they have NOT found the package!!!!! Yet NO ONE if following up and half of them never note the account. Yet my package Im sure was stolen by an employee at this point!!!
There will come a day when you will need to go here and pick up. It is a little hard to find. If your lucky you will see the sign at the end of the drive. If you dont, which you will if someone is pulling out, turn in when your GPS tells you to and go to the back of the property.
Had a return label I needed to print to ship an item. Said they couldnt print return labels. Said they had no computer in the building. Fedex website indicates that a ship center should be able to print my labels.

By far the worst fedex shipping location in southern America!! If you have fedex delivering your iteams hope you dnt live in a blk neighborhood because you will be the last to get your mail/package!!!! This specific fedex location directs its drivers to deliver mail in rich areas first then do the rest. My neighborhood is always the last on fedex routes!! WHY????

They consistently fail to deliver my package on time. They don’t bother to update the status and I have to call customer servir to find out that I won’t be getting my package delivered as promised. Some of the drivers are lazy! The actually opened my mailbox and put my package inside which they are not authorized to do. I would rather deal with UPS than FedEx!
Could not accommodate. Needed to return my AT/ Direct TV equipment but they were unable at this location. The girl at the desk was friendly enough. I have used them before. It is a convenient spot to where I live.

This is the worst FedEx Ive ever dealt with. The driver missed my house twice and their customer service is awful. Just a terrible experience every time, the times when they deliver they put the package at the side of my Mailbox and the problem with that is that my house is far away from it and people can easily steal it.

The ship center was fine. Its the pricing Im mad about. I got a rate on line before going. It was supposed to ho ground and arrive Saturday for $19.04. They charged me $32.56! When I asked why I was told thats just an estimate. I put in the weight and all the dimensions. Then she tells me she cannot go back to check anything. So Im stuck paying that much.(it was too late to take it anywhere else today)

***I will edit rating if I see improvements***Unfortunately, I was at this FedEx location yesterday after delivery of an overnight package was attempted at 5:30pm, and was supposed to have arrived by 3:00pm. As the package was of value, I had them hold it so that I could pick it up. I made the right call because the next day, a separate package supposedly had delivery attempted at 3:25pm (which is false). I have filed another trace with FedEx to try and see what is happening here. The business at which I work as been at the exact same spot for nearly 200 years (really), and they cannot seems to find it suddenly.
I had an issue that needed to be resolved and Gwen was super helpful. She really went above and beyond to help me out, and my issue was able to be resolved.
Efficient drop-off service. The lady on the front desk super helpful. If you need to ship anything with dry ice, this is where you go.
Why does my delivery driver keep dropping my packages off at my neighbors house???? How can u mix up a 4 and a 8 on a printed label!? Not paying attention! This has happened way too many times and all I am told is to wait 30mins for a response.
If I could give zero stars I would. This establishment is so very disorganized. They couldnt find my package no matter how much information I gave them. Then, when I mentioned it was a phone they found it... this troubled me. They failed to deliver the package 3 days in a row. Then I had to drive 1 hour away to pick it up. There are 4 Fed ex stores from my house to where I picked it up. I am hoping to never use this store again.

Didnt bother to knock on the door to see if anyone was home .Just stuck a post it saying we missed them.They were gone so fast by the time I got to the door the truck was gone .Then didnt bother to even give me a valid number to call or track package.When we finally did get ahold of someone went to pick up the package and it wasnt there.
On multiple occasions Ive had drivers from FedEx claim to attempt delivery of a package (signature required) while I was at the delivery location all day. They make no attempt to actually deliver the package, make you jump through hoops just to get to a live person on the customer support line, then make no attempt to correct the issue. Absolutely the worst service of any shipping company Ive dealt with.
My wife just watched the truck slap a sticker on our mailbox at the road and never attempt to deliver the package or contact us. He did not even blow the horn. This was a day and a half after the package should have arrived. I would change this to -5 stars if I could.

Driver claimed to have came by the house at 1:37pm and no-one was home, been here since 12 but never heard the truck pull up and my dog never barked like it always does when someone comes by. Called customer support and they said they would put in a redelivery request, That was at 2pm and I still havent seen or heard the truck.
Poor customer service and not convenient. I arrived hoping to print my label unaware that only office locations do that. Was told abruptly without any attention to delivery, or tone. I then called Amazon to get a QR code. The agent saw me re-enter the store and wait in line for another 10 minutes. Did not address me at all, then helped the person behind me before telling me that they also cannot scam the QR code. All without apology. Ridiculous; far from convenient. It feels like the pony express.
So I’ve purchased my fiancé’s wedding ring over two weeks ago and since it has reached this place it has stayed stagnant since. It says they have tried to deliver it but I turned it down twice which is far from true. I’ve yet to see the package.
The driver lied about comeing to my house. I was sitting in the living room and had just sat down from checking outside for the truck when I got a text that they were unable to deliver my medication because no one was home over 21.Been here ALL evening!!!! No door tag was left, no dogs barking like the ALWAYS do whe they here a vehicle. (There was no vehicle!!!) Very upset that they lied. I reported the situation to my pharmacy as suspicious behavior from the driver. The pharmacy will now be doing an audit to how many of the same complaints they get.
I can’t even describe how mad I am with FedEx right now! They were supposed to deliver my package yesterday my Christmas presents I order for my niece and they called to say my address was incorrect so I called and fixed it and then they said my package would be here today and when I called they said it was never even put it on the truck and also said nothing was ever wrong with my address and that if I want my package I need to go pick it up myself or I just have to wait until Tuesday after Christmas for it to be delivered! I ordered them ahead of time so they would be delivered to me before Christmas! It’s not my fault they messed up my whole address they should deliver my package before Christmas not make me come get it when they are the ones who messed up!
FedEx USED to be an A+ shipping place. Not anymore we have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES with this place. Hire some better employees that know what they are doing. WORST PLACE EVER TO HAVE SHIPMENT THROUGH.
If I could give a 0 star rating I would, 3 different times we have paid for 2 day shipping my driveway is almost one mile long however the driver feels that he does not need to come all the way to my house, Instead I get alerts saying that my package was unable to be delivered for no apparent reason, Call customer service where I am told if I want to come pick up my package I can that the driver got into an accident around 1:00 p.m., I was notified that my package cant be delivered at 12:10pm, My wife seen him in my driveway at 10:15am, very interesting, upon reading other reviews I see this is a common issue, I suggest get employees who will actually do the job and customer service reps who wont lie to customers. In case some are wondering there are no large holes or downed trees in my driveway 😁
Had someone at my home ALL DAY to sign for a package that was sent overnight with a guaranteed 8PM delivery. At 7:55, with no package delivery in sight, I checked the tracking. At 7:50 PM they updated to show that no one was home and that a door slip was left. NO DELIVERY WAS EVER ATTEMPTED! No slip was ever left. I called customer service, and was very rudely told that there was absolutely nothing they could do. That the local shipping center closed at 7:30 and that there was no one left in the facility. I asked why delivery was never even attempted, and they tried to claim it was until I said I could prove otherwise. Then I was given the excuse that maybe the driver forgot it and only saw the package when he got back to the station. Why offer 8PM guaranteed if your stations arent even open that late? Or cant even answer as to why they didnt deliver. Now I have to waste my gas and drive 20 miles to go pick up my package tomorrow or have to wait until Tuesday to get it delivered again!
Took my sister to pick up a package. The driver had not returned from his route yet. We sat in the car waiting and person that assisted my sister brought her package out to her at the car.
This is the absolute worst FedEx shipping center I’ve ever had to deal with. Over the last year and a half, we’ve had more than 10 issues with packages arriving on time. We’ve had drivers claim thy they attempted delivery of a package while I was home all day that weren’t delivered and I’ve had them claim they cannot find my address when other FedEx drivers have been able to do so without instructions or issues. Unfortunately, the drivers who fail to make the deliveries continue to fail until I make not one, not two but three phone calls to the facility to find out where my package is and why is hasn’t been delivered. We have also had attempts to deliver our package, only for the driver to take the package (that does NOT require a signature) and place it back on the truck and mark the package as delivered. When we explained what happened to the representative, they had the audacity to ask if one of our neighbors may have taken it because their driver confirmed it was delivered. We had to explain to the representative that our doorbell has a camera in it and it feeds directly to our phones so we have proof that the driver took off with our package. I’m honestly so fed up with this facility and their drivers. Something needs to change.
Had the same issue that i see alot of others have. Was home all morning/day waiting on package only to get message saying delivery was attempted yet i never heard a knock on or recieved slip on door. Not the first time this has happened either.
Has everything to copy, send package or box up things to send. Staff was very helpful. And you can fax also. Clean and comfortable.

Horrible experience every time someone ship me something via fedex. The driver continues to come after business hours, I signed door tag to leave package the driver placed another door tag over the signed door tag. I never have any issues with UPS but fedex never can get it right. It’s like they over work their drivers or place impossible tasks on their drivers. When driving to their office to pick up my package the driver didn’t leave one of their drivers almost hit me because he was rushing. Horrible!!!
Driver showed up to my house around 9:30 today . DID NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR NOT ONCE . but proceeded to put a door tag stating that no one was home to get the package when that was not the truth . Called the location they gave me the run around and i still don’t have my package. Horrible service all around !
If I could give zero stars I would. I was suppose to receive a package on the 19th. The driver never showed up. The date changed to the 20th when I tracked my package. It was supposed to be enroute. I stayed in my apartment all day waiting on my package. The driver never showed up again. I tracked my package 3 times it continued to say out for delivery then at 6:15 the date changed again for today the 21st. I wasted my entire day off sitting in the house waiting for my package. If it doesn’t show up today it’s going to be a problem because I have to work. This is ridiculous!!!
The driver came to my house 2 times I was in the house. They didn’t knock or anything. He just left a door tag saying that he attempted!! Now I have been on the phone for hours and still no package

I have a new home. after the first day my tracking says undeliverable incorrect address I contacted their Customer service to see what the issue was. I was told it was a wrong address and they could not deliver. I informed them this was a newly built home, the address was correct and I even put a status with them with exact driving directions and my personal number incase the driver needed to contact me further. next day, same exact thing. except this time, the customer service said they couldnt do anything for me. either pick it up or contact the company I purchased from. never mind I paid for to home shipping. nothing but bad experiences from a bad company.
I genuinely dislike getting items via FedEx. I purchase items online for my business and I’m always disappointed to learn my package will arrive via FedEx because it NEVER arrives when it should. I track my packages and this is the 4th time where tracking information habitually changes. I’m frustrated with the disorganization and lack of empathy from staff.

I wish it were possible to give a negative rating. Driver stated no one was home at time of delivery. I was home the driver didnt knock on the door. I call the number to make complaint was told they would call back by 5:30pm no call was ever received. I had to drive to Fedex the next day because theyre closed on Saturdays to pick up my package that I paid $8 to be delivered. I will update if something changes.

Everyday my package says that its on the way, and then everyday about 8pm it changes the status to will be delivered next business day, no attempt made. It is Thursday my package was supposed to be here Monday. I literally used next day shipping... I am about to stop shopping with companies that use FedEx as as their delivery system.

They left a 1,000 laptop on my porch with no doorbell ring or signature required, but wouldn’t deliver a pair of headphones from the same order without a signature.....I went down right after they rang the bell and no person or truck was in sight.
I have had numerous problems with FedEx deliveries. I have contacted their customer service departments as well as gone down to the local delivery center to try to rectify these delivery issues. Today I had to track down a package that was listed as delivered to my front door yesterday. I finally found it wrapped in a plastic bag in the bushes near my mailbox...I am through with FedEx. They are consistently horrible.
We were guaranteed delivery by 12, and we had friends stay at our house to sign for package. At 11:55, there was still no package so I checked the tracking and it said they had delivered at 9:00 and no one was home! That was NOT TRUE! I called customer service and was told they would send it back out and would call within 2 hours. I said that we were driving by the facility and we could pick it up, but she assured me it would come back out. Of course that didnt happen. We were called and told we would have to pick up because the driver left for the day. I will NEVER use FedEx.

How is this company still in business??? First of all, it takes longer than any other carrier to ship and deliver. You cant count on them for fast shipments. Then, they do it their way. Today I got a package at 7,30 AM!! And they rung the bell of the house and woke me up and ruined my vacation day. Who is going to compensate for their lack of consideration to others?? People need to sleep and not open the door not even for a package! Never ring me bell again!

Fedex lost my passport so that I cant go abroad to do my internship. They never called me during the whole two-week investigation, even though they said they would call me a million times. Then they only paid $100, but in my case the total cost is way more than that. The worst thing is that, without noticing me, Fedex sent the check to the shipper, not me. But Im the one who lost the passport and who paid for everything!
