My car was stolen in their possession!! They’re running a scam there . It was definitely an inside Job . I had a newer car Infiniti Q50 2015 there’s . It’s extremely difficult to hot wire that vehicle.

I went for a smog check and was told 65.00+cert. !!!With the ad that conveniently excluded my vehicle ... and was told that his price is competitive ...lol I drove 5 minutes away only to find it for 50 bucks out the door !

Went in for a smog as soon as I go in they told me if I wanted and oil change and I was just there for a smog. The car didnt pass note there is no free retest. Took it to another mechanic and they told me that all you need to do was to reset the OBD 2 codes and it passed. Not because I needed a fuel injection!! Good thing I didnt get it.

I immediately took to dealer. They called to say battery is completely dead! I called Purrfect Auto and asked to speak to a manager. I told them what they did to my car and I was going to give them a bad YELP review and file a complaint with the Bureau of Auto Repair, and i was hung up on. I called back and a different gentleman answered i asked him to let me speak. He told me F☆☆k U and hung up on me. I called a different Purrfect Auto and asked smog procedures removing filter is not protocol for smog.Do not patronage this placei

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided great service. I came in to replace 2 tires originally, however, when they checked all my tires, I actually needed all 4 replaced. I went with their suggestions on tire choice and replaced all 4 tires. I am extremely satisfied because now my car drives amazingly better. The ride comfort and handling have both improved drastically. I highly recommend Americas Tire for their amazing service and friendliness.

Tried to upsale me on a fuel injection cleaning after I passed the smog check. It only has 20K on it, thats like a 80K service besides just pour some injection cleaner in your gas.1st time & last

I was searching for a place on Yelp for an oil change since my car has been way overdue. I called the place and they gave me a fair price and service was quick as well. I also needed to get my filters change and was given a great price for all three services. Its my first time here and definitely wont be the last.

Literally the WORST!! dont take your car here. Not only is their customer service just the worst its dirty and they dont care. They tried to overcharge me for a smog check and were incredibly rude on top of it. Dont even bother using their nasty bathroom either.

THIS IS A SCAM...What a horrible experience we/ my father had for a smog check and oil change at this place. We got a coupon and it said Most cars so we called to get a price. THE manager gave us different price and was rude...Said he didnt make the prices. With all that is going on my 84 year old Cant drive around. The manager has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. DONT GO THERE

I have been here twice now, and even though they weren’t able to help me with the problems I was having with my car, both gentlemen that helped me were super friendly and able to help me figure out what my next steps should be to fix my car up.

They over priced us by a lot. They charged us for parts that were not changed and did not even fix the problem. This guy is a crook.

I do not recommend this place. Initially told price was $39.99 for an oil change with high mileage. When my car was done the guy at cashier tried to say I wanted full synthetic and there was a labor charge included. Suggested price said 84.99 but was suppose to pay $65. Corruption at its finest. Look out for places like this. I ended up paying 45 because I wouldn’t pay anything more than that. I doubt they even did an oil change.

This place is a scam place do not waste your time or your money coming here. I came in for a brake light switch replacement. Took 3 hours after he said it would be a half an hour. Did nt even replace the part. Came back less than a week later and its costing me another 3 hours. Last time i ever come here this place is a joke. Beware beware you have been warned.

I brought my car here to check the AC because it wasnt as cold as it should have been, by the time the check up wad done I was presented with a work proposal of almost $1000 for new ac and valve plus I was charged 123 dollars just to do the checking of the AC. I drove home car was hot as heck AC not working at all. Im sure they ended up breaking it on purpose just so I would be forced to have the work done.

I spending more than 500 dollars trying to fixed my Toyota Camry 2014 and this is the 3 time in the past 3 week and my car still have the moise in my car from my brake brake .please don’t came here because they technically stealing your money a have the same moise in my car ...

Went in for an alignment and they didnt align my wheels, told me to go back and theyll do it again but if they couldnt do it the first time why would I go in again. They didnt do anything. Also my car started heating up alot after going here. And they charged me for parts I dont think they put in. 400$ spent on nothing. This place is a scam.

So far my vehicle came in for a 60000 mile service. Fluids were changed and tires were rotated. The service seems okay but the mechanic left my car dirty with filthy oily shoes see the pictures attached. I know my car wasnt sparkling but I dont need any extra help getting it dirty. Make sure you check your vehicle right when you get it and let them know if they do this idiotic stuff.
