Love this store!! Got all my hair needs.

Nice store but the worker was on the phone the entire time i was there. I wasn’t able to ask any questions then I get to checkout and it turns out the shop is only for licensed hair professionals. She said she tried to asked if I had a card when I came in when i thought she was on the phone since it was on her ear the whole time. Phones should be put down or on hold if you’re going to talk to a customer

The employee was so not helpful I asked for black head face mask in a store were Im sure they had it I think bc Im a dude she didnt want to help me

This place is very nice. My girlfriend visited Not too long ago and she said the customer service is very friendly. That they have staff on hand to help you with any questions and also give suggestions.It is definitely one of the nicer places to buy your beauty supplies in the West Covina area.

I like to review, my cousin and I walked in to buy a hair growth product but when I ASKED KINDLY where can I find it I was told that she did not have time, and to look at the end of the isle, i asked if she can show me where but she ignored me and walked out of store carreing trash, i was in shock wont you be ? I walked out without a product of well I drove from San Diego specifically to your store and the customer service talked me out of buying anything fortunately the hair salon next door had the product I was looking for, so to you thank you but no thank you and to the public I do not recommend this store 😉
