I would say 3.5 stars. The staff is fantastic and attentive, the prices are so so. 40% off full retail. A lot of odds and ends stuff, but a pretty good deal if you’re looking for something to take home same day vs. weeks if you ordered through PB. (Sofas, chairs) Also big savings on large item shipping fees.Bottom line is if they happen to have what you’re looking for you can save some $.

The customer service is superb and the employees are really helpful! They get shipments Monday-Friday and post on their IG so if you live far, follow them so that you know what their getting. Every Wednesday they change their discounts/promotions.This particular Pottery Barn Outlet has an ok selection of couches & sofas. They get quite a few dining tables, but they go fast if its a good one so dont snooze! Sometimes regular priced items from regular PB end up here, so obviously its a deal.Definitely check out the outlet if youre looking for a great deal!

Prices are outrages for a outlet, extremely overpriced, you can find somethings that are reasonable but for the most part the majority of items are very overpriced.

As soon as I entered the store I started sneezing !! So much dust, it looks more like an old warehouse . Found nothing interesting. Things were too expensive for an outlet . Waste of precious time.

Disappointing. It felt like a thrift store with people pawing through big boxes of assorted linens and amassing piles of stuff while blocking the aisles. The bedding selection was mostly drab and had almost no queen sizes. The decor items were on the junkier side, ugly lamps and vases. I didnt look at the rugs or furniture. I dont have young kids, but the childrens section seemed reasonable. Definitely not worth the hour+ drive to get there.

The only thing worse than the service is the condition of the furniture. I had to flag down a salesperson to ask for a price and had to find her and ask again 20 minutes later.There are some ok deals but a lot of the inventory is scratched, stained, dented or wobbly. If you are up for digging for buried treasure this is could be a good adventure.

Went today and was pleasantly surprised at the selections they had. Enployees very nice and there to help if needed. You have to remember it is an outlet store so you need to check for scratches and blemishes. Pottery barn is pretty pricey so the outlet is at a discount but still pricey but you can find some real good deals if you know your pricing.

TL;DR large selection of Potery Barn furnishings at discounted prices, but keep in mind 2 things: 1) normal pricing is so high that discounts still result in expensive me, and 2) selections can be limited in quantity or have some defects.

Never thought of shopping here before for furniture and other home items. Glad they came up on the wifes online search. After searching the main site decided to try our luck in-store.Boy that was a great decision. Since it is the outlet it can be a mixed bag of items. We were fortunate to find what we wanted in perfect to near perfect conditions. Saved 60% on the Modular Bar setup we wanted.Andrew was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very informative. We look forward returning to this location for our future household furniture and decorative needs and wants.

There was alot of great furniture and other house deco . Some oods n ends, damages, returns, still good but supper pricey . Everyone is very helpful, clean and orderly considering its an outlet

Stopped in a few days ago and I must say I was rather intrigued as I did not expect so many different options in terms of furniture, and I was really expecting Broken upset and I was surprised to see full sets was available. Mostly everything was in great condition I’ll definitely be returning!

Customer service here is sub par at best. I still shop here because it is the closest outlet and you can rely get great deals. Always look here before going to the store. We bought our boys a dresser that was selling in store for full price at 60% off so it is worth it, but dont expect much from the associates working.

1st visit to this location. Mostly furniture at prices that I thought were too high for the quality that you were getting. Customer service was fair. One associate greeted us the others were busy doing projects.

Ive been here now three times and Im never impressed.

Good prices, nice pieces, some furniture is damaged tho but maybe you can ask for a bigger discount on those.

Its really hit and miss here. Prices are pretty good considering Pottery is usually expensive. When they do have sales though, prices are very good. Only thing is that you dont know what they have in stock so you just have to keep checking. You have to look at the furniture closely too - most have scratches or blemishes but its just a matter of what youre ok with. They do have some furniture thats in like-new condition though. Large selection of area rugs too.

I purchased an item that I had to pick up two days after my purchase well turns out they didn’t check to make sure they had the item. When I went back to pick it up they realized they didn’t have it. The day that I came to purchase the item I asked several (3) sales floor individuals for help and they kept ignoring us. Store manager called to apologize via phone call.P.S. some of the items at this particular outlet are overpriced compared to their online website, check prices.

I fell down outside this store drunk. The fine young men who assist with purchases carried me to the back and layed me down upon some finely carpeted flat carts. The one with the glasses made me some chamomile tea and had the security guard jog around the back truck loading zone with me until I sweated out the alcohol.

This is not an outlet store it does not have outlet pricing. When it first opened it had price tags with the original price then the outlet price was marked below then they had sales off the outlet price. Not now!I will not shop here I get better deals pricing online or in the regular store. There merchandise is all clearance or sale merchandise and it is marked the original price, even with the 40 percent off you can get it cheaper online or in their regular store.Misleading and definitely not like it used to be. I wont shop here no deals like before.They need to fix this!

Just like any outlet store it is a hit and miss when it comes to merchandise. I have found some great buys here. Patio table umbrella for $49. in mint condition. I have bought the wyndam high back bar stools for $50 a piece and in the color I wanted. If youre a shopper you know it is also about timing. Still a fan either way.

Drove 40 miles to look at pillows (they only had had 4), found a carpet we liked with no price. Asked clerk to look it up, she gave us the price and we said wed take it. Went to the register to pay and it rang up $100 more than quoted. When we pointed out the difference, the rude clerk said thats the price. She didnt try to find out why we were quoted a lower price, she just kept saying thats the price. So we walked out, they can keep their $1,200 carpet. So unprofessional and rude, Ill never shop there.

Happen to find what I was looking for.....associates/workers very helpful & courteous....HOWEVER buyer beware.....I found a table (with some blemishes) with a listed original price that was 200.00 more than it was brand new online...when questioned did not receive a legitimate answer ?? Anyway the only reason it came out cheaper was it was 40% off which made it a little more than 100.00 off....moral of the story....KNOW YOUR PRICES....4 stars for WORKERS not for the pricing

Okay first of all the manager is so rude.She mocked my family because English was not our first language. Im never coming here again because I cant trust this store. They lied and manipulated our orders to get us to pay more. Dont come to this outlet. A manager should be helpful and reasomable but this one was straight up horrible and racist. Never coming back ever again.

This outlet is very hit-or-miss. You go in there 1 week and not find what youre looking for. But, you go back the next week and they have it. We bought 2 bar stools for $150 each. Those same stools sold for $500 at a non-outlet Pottery Barn. This is an outlet so they treat it like a warehouse. Also, service really isnt there - meaning you have to hunt to find an employee to help you.

Dont waste your time. Almost just as expensive as the regular store. At best 10 to 20% saving

I purchased a dinning table, bench for the dinning table and a rug today. When I got home I noticed that instead of 3 items I ve been charged for five. When I came back to the store questioning why I ve been overcharged, the sales person told me that they charge for table top and table legs separately!!!!??? That also applied for a bench!!!! Have anybody heard of it!??? I went on a West elm website and found the table with a bench. The most insteresting part that if you are buying it online, you DONT HAVE TO PURCHASE table top and table legs separately because it comes together (like in every normal store)...!!!! Also I was buying a table top that has price tag on it for $519.99 but have been charged $600 instead !!?? I drove 35 miles with a new born baby and got ripped off! Very confusing and disappointing.

This is an overpriced brand claiming to be an outlet. Not an outlet, prices are ridiculously high. A cheap couch, was priced at almost 6k... my jaw dropped. With that amount we stopped by Ashley’s, purchased two couches and a dining set, with money to spare!
