Not satisfied with a long term waiting, & when I got my turn to get attended they down graded the made of of one seal... they skipped my self turn to help other behind me with copies.Not satisfied at all.Will find a better place.

Went on Saturday 4/24/21..Too get are vaccination cards laminated with my friend n his wife..Ladies that work there were super helpful n proffesional nd the one guy that helped my friend with a chair very good customer service i liked being there nd experienced workers that care about there customers nd there jobs..👍

Came in with a crazy request to blow up and print something, wasn’t even sure what i needed. They didn’t even blink, just got to work and made it happen. Great attitude, great job. Sandra was especially helpful, what a great human being

I ordered business cards on the website to pick up in store. After I picked them up the first time they were a little too small (my fault) and asked if they could be resized slightly bigger. They worked with me on getting them the right size and came out perfect. My only complaint is the website name, I noticed I had it wrong the first time as well and asked if they could just take it off but she told me she could fix it. So I showed her how it’s written out and I just noticed that it’s still wrong on the card. If it would’ve been right I would’ve gave this a 5 star but now I’m stuck crossing out my website name and writing it correctly.

I came here to print some labels for my wedding, waisted an hour of my time just to be told they didnt have the equipment to print, so I waisted my money bought the labels and was still not able to even use them. The store manager had her young daughter cleaning the store as she was working. Sara the Store Manager did nothing to help me just kept telling me to go somewhere else and gave me attitude as she argued with her daughter and played on her phone. I cant believe she is a GM. Really shows that Office Depot didnt bother training her or looking for a Professional manager, they have lost my business. Sara has horrible work ethic, customer service and manners.

I came to the store to fix my laptop. I don’t really need smiles and kindness, I’m results-oriented. And this Michael Kitchen helped me with quick service and affordable price. I respect that guy. And these 4 stars: 3 are for him and the rest is for the store.

Quiet, clean. Everything is clearly listed and sorted. Easy to get what you want.

My reviews in the past have been 5 stars but now it is 1 or less if allowed. I had a refund that was supposedly processed but instead I was charged. and I had repurchased the items because I unfortunately used the wrong card.. so now I have two (2) charges and my refund is no where to be seen and I was told by the store Manager that it was out of her hands unfortunately. To wait a week and see if it processes. I said its a debit card and you can take the money but not give it back? I have been a Loyal Customer since I was in High School and it originally was called Office Max. We are talking 46 years now. I will Never go back and when I say Never I mean Never. I will now start doing my business and for my business with STAPLES.

Awful.They have a copier service where you put yoir credit card and it holds $5.It says right on the copier that the hokd will be released immediately once yuur copy is done.I have been to other office depot stores and the hold was always released.I went there yesterday for an hour at 3 -4 pm and I did 6 jobs copy and scanning so 6 $5 holds were created and aupposes to be releases..This morning Inget a call from my ofrice that the accountt has six $5 holds and this is the last day of the month where we have an end of the month fee coming out of the account. Now that money is not there.oir acxount is negative.We operate on a shoestring budget.I called the store and they said I have to call my own bank and tell them to release the holds.They cant do anything..Why can they,its their hold! My bank would only release 3 holds in a day so our end of the month fee is still not there..we only brought it up to negative $1 from negative $16 This is Horrible

Pickup is fast and associate is nice.

Brandon was very respensive & helpful, and did everything he could, to make sure I had everything I needed. He was also forthcoming with helpful advice, comparing brands and performance experience.

I called checking for availability of a certain label not only did they have it in stock they also held it for me. Labels are quickly printed after test print. This is a smaller store. Very satisfied

Poor work ethic!!!!!!!! I took 6 big pictures of my daughters to get them laminated and they did an Awful job!!! I requested to get laminated with the BEST lamination they have and they only laminate 2 of them with the best lamination and the rest they used the cheapest lamination sheet that they have and 2 of the pictures I gave them they ripped the picture and they still laminated and they put those 2 pictures on the bottom of my the other pictures 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is going to be my last day I get any services there!!! Went to Home Depot- Westminster Covina Eastland Mall Tuesday 2/5 morning Danielle helped me with printing out my emails, she was so helpful I didnt know what I was doing, she was very busy but she took her time, and was very patient with me. Im 60 years old so I know patients, and good customer service goes a long way. Thank you very much Danielle (I hope I spelled your name right)

10/18/16 11am. Store is absolutely dead. Went to purchase a laptop. Waited for 15 and not one said hello or can I help... 1st rule of customer service, greet your customers and be tentative.

The young man that assisted with a office chair was great, found it in the stock room took it to the desk, showed the cashier how to do her job and then carried it to my truck, good job young dude !!

Asked for assistance, thought I was being assisted, however both emloyees asked another customer if they needed assistance while supposedly assisting me. One of the other customers told employee to help me, however she chose to help him and left me standing. After a few moments, I left the store insulted and frustrated. Employees need sensitivity training. I had planned on making purchase at that store, not now!

Prices are great but when they are in the wrong they do not honor the advertised price.

They give good bonuses and sending nice deals through email, so it’s better to come when you have some discount in your hand, but not just come in store to pay the full price.

Office Depot in the Eastland shopping center has handicap parking not handicap accessible they do variety of things I dont think they have public restroom but they do have a lot of help and they were very helpful in scanning and sending papers for me very helpful.

Office Depot has everything I need regarding computer.
