Just like any other Best Buy. Some of the staff were very pleasant and some were not having such a good day. They had some good camera related products to check out. Again its hit or miss, some things are have a great price and some do not. Always worth it to check it out if you already have a price range for whatever you are looking for.
Awesome help and a wide verity of electronic devices that are in stock.. unlike other locations that are out of stock., great customer service very helpful with the questions. Definitely would call 1st to check product availability or check online helps expedite your visit
Had a great experience today, my wife and I went in to buy a laptop. We haven’t bought one in a very long time so we had several questions. Andrew came over and asked if we needed help so we said “YES”, he answered every questions possible and he lead us to a great product exactly what we needed. I went in to buy a power pack for my dash cam. The whole time I was looking nobody came over to help. I did find one in the end by myself. Im guessing hours for employees are low as I did see 3 other than the cashiers in the front🤷

It took a little bit of time flagging down an associate to help us out. At first I was a little bummed because of the thin selection of smart watches, but once we got someone to help us out it was great! The first associate did not have a lot of experience with smart watches but he was able to found Polo.Polo was able to answer all of our questions and show us all the features on the Samsung watches. He was most excellent! Definitely a Best Buy location to check out if you want good and personalized service!
Not the same best buy we use to go to anymore. I guess its due to online shopping. But it is still a good place to get wire chargers and tv! Since my wife has a best buy card we still come here to get stuff that we needed iphone accessories, pc and laptop accessories too!
Bought a keyboard online and returned it to this store at first my only option was store credit which kept popping up into the system but I explained that I had just bought it and I want the funds to return back to my best buy credit card .the cashier was persistent in helping me resolve the system error and we were both confused when it finally let her do the exchange . So thank you great customer service.
Usually has what you are looking for (unless its a movie) overall great place to go, been going here for yeeears. Highly recommend, and gotta love the very kind employees!

I had the opportunity to have Frank the Installer put in a In dash today. He did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable, he walked me through the process of what he was going to do. My scheduled install time was 11:30am and he was done way before my time I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. He called me at 12:30 and told me my car was ready. When I picked up my car he walked me through the setup from my phone to car. Thank you Frank for going above and beyond.
Good quick service. but they recently hired a new employee who forgot to ask for my best buy account. I know it happens but it was a solid 200 dollar purchase, I wanted the points and more importantly I wanted my 45 day return. when I asked this person to find a way to get my account on the purchase they became irate. they started slamming my belongs, they sighed loudly, and looked visibly mad. It was so weird to see but im guessing they didnt want to return and redo the sale. I had 2 big items taking the bulk of the order, 1 of which I was really worried about returning so I said hey maybe just return these 2 and add them to my account to which she said oh are you sure? its only like 70 points for the purchase. Its not a big deal. I have never had an experience like this and thankfully a knowledgeable employee came by and was able to do an account adjustment on the purchase. this was my second bad experience with this rep. which is weird because everyone else is great. i get it can be stressful but if the employee wouldve just asked for my account instead of telling me that item doesnt really work, you should get something else it wouldve not been an issue
I bought a small refrigerator to replace the one that went bad in a small Rv that I rent out . great $220 for a 4.5 cu. ft plus $40 for a 4 yr Warr. very good . I was literally in and out in four minutes.

This is bar none the worst Best Buy I have ever been too. You get stopped at the door and tell them what youre looking for. You tell them, then they give you a vague finger point in that direction and then you get check pointed to the next associate? Now that associate asks you to check in on the tablet in the front of the store where you just walked in? I get why people shop on Amazon instead of playing the last bastion brick-and-mortar best buy a visit. I was a Circuit City guy myself but this is just unacceptable. Lastly, there was no one in the store. I dont know why helping me was such a nuisance. No matter, Amazons got it coming tomorrow before lunch. I tried.
Its inside the shopping center of the West Covina mall So I can get kind of busy but besides that its a cool area I dont call it too much but Ive been there just the other day It was alright
Great Location as well as helpful staffing I loved when the HP Guy was there to assist in helping with trying to decide on which labtop to purchase he took his time and explained everything without being in a rush . But there is one guy that works in that department that always seem to be not helpful and dont have the time to explain the products are services and kind of brushes you off when asking questions. But overall great store and staff and the Management is awesome as well as the front door greaters you have to love them.

I came in with the intent of buying a FitBit today. I did my research at home, watched all the YouTube reviews, all that stuff. Went in there, walked over to the fitness band area, saw the unit behind the glass and waited. And waited and wait and waited. Nobody ever came over to help. All they needed to do was unlock the case and hand it over. Nope. The workers were all too busy talking amongst themselves to ever glance over in my direction. There was even another groups of folks who came over and waited with me for some help. Nothing. Crickets. And so I left empty handed, came home and bought the FitBit and Amazon instead. Oh Best Buy, how far youve sunk...

Way overpriced. I went there to get a HDMI splitter, and they wanted $68 for it. LOL I went on Amazon and got this for 9 bucks plus $5 shipping and handling, with taxes totaling about $18.
Wow! Where do I start, I walk in to help my Mom purchase a vacuum and we also wanted to buy Movies. Mom asked the cashier wearing a “ Best Buy” sweater if she was open and she replies in disgust while on her phone and sitting on her behind . She began to ring up my items with annoyance and asked if I was a rewards member I gave her my number and she punched it in and replies with an attitude “That’s not it!” I repeated myself in a slower pace so she can get it right. Once finished she grabs my items vigorously with her negative body language to shew my away. You would think if being paid to help customers she would have a better attitude. She can stay home and be a you know what.

I just had surgery & it was a very difficult day. I needed a specific item ASAP for work. I entered store & was directed to where to find what I was looking for and could not find it. Devin was headed on a mission but still let me stop him to help me. He found the item & took it to cashier & I was out so fast. Great Customer Service seems to be going out of fashion but not here.... Thank your team during Christmas & especially this day, Thank you Devin.
I was expecting delivery today. A vendor called and claimed the product was not at Best Buy. Im very Disappointed. I called Best Buys toll free number and I havent heard back from Best Buy.

I went to this Best Buy looking for a laptop only. I had done my research before hand and kind of knew what I was looking for. The greeter/associate, (at the front), sent me to the computers/tablets section of the store. There I waited for an associate for the next 10-15 mins to help me out, (no one did). I decided to walk around the store and browse other sections to kill time. I came back a second time and still had to wait 10-15 mins for an associates help. They had all but ONE person working the whole section, and she was with a customer at the time. This is when I decided to go back to the front, (where 2-4 associates were grouping around talking), and ask if anyone could help me out with the purchase of a laptop. Finally Simon took up the task for himself and helped me out with the info/purchase/voucher of the laptop. He even went further in writing down the info related to my purchase. In the end I came home with my new ASUS ZenBook 14. I was a happy camper. Overall please have your associates at every section ready to help out customers.

On November 13th 2020 I came to this Best Buy with intentions of buying a 4K TV. I really had no idea what I was looking for but the staff was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! I got a PS5 and was looking for something that worked great with it. The salesman show me a Sony TV that was designed to work with the PS5 perfectly however, he informed me that the television needed a firmware update so it would work seamlessly. I was extremely impressed and happy that he told me of the problems that the television had before I purchased it and that the problems would soon be fixed. I purchase the television and within a week the firmware update was released and now everything works perfectly and I am extremely happy with the television
I had no waiting in line. Was right away helped by greeter clerk. Looked up product I was looking for. Sent me straight to where I could find my item. The clerk there was very knowledgeable about music electronics looked up other items and gave me prices and choice of buying now or online he would order. Just LOVE their courteous savy employees. I left as one happy camper.
Didnt really like it.. they where short in movies meaning they had nothing very very little.. they said they are all online movies only.. and as for the open items having it for 5 months un-sold and missing the main item power cord for the monitor and still wanting 200 for it and new its like 245 yea they dont work with you..
Save yourself a headache, and a heart attack. I came into this location to purchase a refrigerator I really need. After about 10 mins or so of browsing by myself with no assistance as to what I was looking for; I ask an associate to help me out with the color selection. If you look closely, the color selection is shown in fine print. After about 2 mins, I decide to purchase it.I had an option to add an extended warranty for an additional $75 or so in which I had to decline. Delivery was set for 2 days later between 12:00-6:00p.m.I cancel my plans and 2 days later Im up and ready for delivery. I work graveyard therefore Im up at night, its 9:47a.m day of delivery and I decide I should take a nap. 5 secs before dosing off,I receive a call from an Asian speaker stating my delivery had been canceled.I tried calling customer service multiple times and kept getting hung up on. I suffer from severe anxiety and after the 3rd time getting hung up by 4 different asians, I ask for management was refused due to remote working. I drove to the Best Buy and was asked to purchase another one and drive to the warehouse to pick up myself. What the hell.

We walked in last night with zero knowledge about MacBooks, we only know we wanted one. Fernando was great and didn’t immediately talk us into the most expensive product on the market and explained well the basics on the Air we purchased. We truly appreciate his effort in speaking Spanish to my husband and was extremely knowledgeable in many terms in Spanish which made us make a decision almost immediately. He explained everything from AppleCare to geek squad perks and I can safely safe we walked out happy. He told us his schedule in case we had any more questions further down and do see ourselves seeking his help in case we purchase more things. Great customer service overall at this location
Today my son and I went to purchase some electronics with his birthday money. We had an excellent experience. I really enjoy shopping at this Bestbuy Location because they always have the things we need or want to purchased. We had a excellent experience with a employee by the name of Elizabeth. I really liked how she was so explanatory on the insurances for the devices that we were purchasing. She took her time to explain what the Insurance was covering on the device. I always have a great experience at this bestbuy.

Ive always felt this BB should have had a much bigger share of the property on that side of the mall so shame on whoever projected this would not be a busy Best Buy. That being said the customer service is a lot better and more attentive than other BBs in the area (and there arent many) which is why I still shop here. Your experience may differ and its a good place for Black Friday as well.
If you dont use apple, its a little hard to find cases so i recommend you to take your actual item and tell them at the front when you enter (so you dont look like you stole it) and just let them know youre finding a case, i had to exchange twice before finding the adequate size for the tablet i have. there was a line to pay but it moved fast, cashier was helpful!

I was cheated by best buy for 2 hours with my child.I want to say that I spent 2 hours with my child here very bad time. Their clerk first told me to apply for their card to get 10% of the vouchers, but I spent a long time to apply for the best buy credit card, when the credit card application passed I bought the first mobile phone, his staff Suddenly 10% can only enjoy the day, before they close, and then 5%. I felt that I was deceived. After that, I hurriedly chose another item to enjoy the days activities. They told me that the credit card I just processed could not pass, and I didnt confirm when I could pass. I called a person many times and asked me all the information many times. The time has passed for an hour. I asked the staff member that the other party is the bank. I asked the other party that she said she was best buy. Customer service center. When the other end of the phone verified my information multiple times, I was tricked into saying that my mobile phone could not accept the text message (but I confirmed that it was possible and always used), so I cant verify that I am personal, there is no other channel, so I dont know when. Can be verified. This bank is the city bank. They are so stupid that they can only verify their identity with a mobile phone number, but I believe they are not stupid. I should be deceived.

Little confusion over Curbside, but the items were there and work great.
My phone battery is swollen so I contact with Apple support and they gave me two option: send my phone to an Apple store or go to an Apple authorized service provider. So I choose to go to Best Buy. They wanted to charge me $371. Which doesn’t make sense because my phone still covered by the 1 year Apple warranty. I came back home and I talked again with Apple support. I sent my phone to an Apple store for a replacement battery.
For such a small location, this store has a lot to offer. Staff was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this location.
