Dont appreciate it the gentleman that works here in the evening the night of my visit. Its really rude and disrespectful when you direct a message solely to my wife as we leave the store. You cant just direct a message to one person if they are not alone. The staff here needs to be better trained on their customer service, and learn how to talk to their customers as a whole and not just one person. Maybe, he should spend more time wiping down surfaces and keeping the place clean instead of roaming the store and playing security guard.

This pharmacy has The worst customer service ever!!!They answer and try to place call on hold but instead hang up. Call back and they don’t let you say anything before you’re placed back on hold.Also they severely lack patient communication!!! My Dad has had issues getting medication on several occasions. If medication is out of stock you would expect an update but no, they don’t call, text or send you smoke signals. If they are waiting for Md approval they literally call MD once and never update family either.Horrible service!!!!!

I went in Sunday night and there was a water spill I brought it to the managers attention Omar and he didn’t do anything about it right after I saw him yelling at two of the employees for no reason he was harassing them and telling them they had to obey whatever he said I’m going to call human recoroces because this is unacceptable. I am a manager at another store and this is not okay I’m going to make sure this does not happen again.

To pick up medicine they take forever and sometimes they tell you to come back in an hour and when I come back the medicine is not even ready a worse attention in self service should put more attentive people

I had a great experience there while in the drive up to pick up my medications. The pharmacy intern Zaw went out of his way to help me and saved me money on my prescription and was so polite. He has great customer service and made my visit easy and great.

I just dont write bad reviews for simple reasons... however after the third time of getting the worst customer service.. i have too. I have tried 3 times to buy propane gas fron this store... and on every occasion i got the same answer... a month apart every time and the answer was I do not have the key... it is obvious if you have the business of selling propane.. you got yo have some respect for the client. Train your personnel not lie and be lazy.

Great service, conveniently close to home and the pharmacy assistants are always helpful when I call.

The employees are very friendly and helpful whether it is the front check out or the pharmacy. I have been shopping there since it opened years ago. My one criticism is the lack of cleanliness in that particular CVS. The floors are always filthy with gum and dark spots everywhere....starting from the door. It is so bad and appears to never be attended to...that I give the store a single star...nasty!!

When you come to this pharmacy beware, you just may be waiting for a while to find out your medicine isnt ready. Ive had to come back on four different occasions because they claimed that my doctor did not fill out the prescription. Meanwhile I do not have a steady supply of my medicine. I called my doctors office twice and they indicated that they had sent the fax a week ago. When I came in today they had not seen the fax and instead told me that they were working on it. Thank goodness I wasnt waiting for any serious medication. No apology was given or explanation for the mistake. I have issues with them filling my prescription every month. I have no intention of returning to this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Definitely improved since last time I was here (Which was few years ago, due to an unpleasant experience with one of their staff members). Maybe I was lucky to stop when there werent many people here, so the visit went smooth, and the staff was helpful.

They can do Money Order. Great place.

Tl;dr Apple Pay/Android Pay wont work if your CC has a chip. Besides that, wed be good.Dont rely on Apple Pay, Android Pay or any other NFC/tap-to-pay feature from your phone when you come here. This is the first time Ive experienced this since they brought the feature back to CVS terminals, but the payment was rejected and forced me to insert my credit card BECAUSE IT HAD A CHIP. I understand this is for security, but for whom is the protection for? (Hint: merchants)These days almost all credit cards (by law) should have a chip in them. If it becomes standard practice to force inserting a credit card with a chip, NFC payments will become useless. I like my virtual cards because it protects my info from phishing scams by keeping it away from merchants machines (remember how Target got hacked a few years back?). And its convenient. The chip system alone doesnt provide the same level of security to protect me (US doesnt use chip and PIN).Im only compelled to write this review because certain merchants have tried to stifle these types of transactions for years. Back when Android Pay was Google Wallet, CVS (and others) stopped the payments because they were trying to promote their own payment system called CurrentC (mainly to ensure theyd have your info). Something similar seems to be happening again...Besides that, my experience wouldve been ok, though.

I walked in shopping with my girl. She was looking at makeup taking a while and I needed to go to restroom. I waited at counter for my turn n asked for restroom cuz it was locked. Guy with name tag art, store manager rudely said its locked duh... And that pharmacy has to buzz u in and they r closed and cannot get in n theres no key. so I asked him, u sure? Then how do u go after they close? Then he goes... Womens room is open, wanna go there? So I said why not? I got there, he sent employee to open womens room for me. Employee came and he naturally opened mens room for me. Hats off to old guy who works there and shame on u art. I hope.cvs sees this and demote you as u clearly doesnt know a basics of service and u shouldnt be a manager. I should know cuz I am. :)

I am writing this review because I find this Pharmacy to be a joke. They not only give the wrong prescriptions, incorrect dosage and 9 out of 10 times when I go to pick up a prescription it is not ready or they say that they never called! I have moved to the Vons Pharmacy....... I need someone that I can trust

On hold for 30 minutes, then they hung up on me. Worst service ever!!!!!

They never have new hair dyes there I always look for the color green and they never have it
