Both pharmacy and store staff here are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always very clean, and the drive-thru service is excellent. I recommend this store. I am only knocking down one start because sometimes it takes a while for someone to help you at the photo center. BTW, the youtube video everyone is talking about the store in Covina, not West Covina. This is obvious on the video to anyone that ahs been to the West Covina store.

After seeing the video online I advise the public not to go to this location....it’s a shame for them to dishonor a veteran as they did...unacceptable...no dignity given to him and no public apologies just racial profiling and accusations of stealing by hearsay (even the lapd confirmed he had not been stealing) and to go by what another customer says without checking cameras and STILL kicking him out is a disgrace. Walgreens you’ve lost me at any of your locations...

After watching a video on fb of a man being accused of stealing after being racially profiled and the store not checking cameras and banning the accused with a cart of goodies I take it upon myself to stand up to this. No one should ever feel this way. That man should have been given a Walgreens gift card for $100 and an apology, instead he was banned after finding out the accused wasn’t the thief. The manager should either be demoted and learn how to deal with stealing the right way or should be fired.

The manager isnt affraid to ban people based on no more than hearsay from a customer. She rudely banned an american vet from her store based solely on the fact that he was black didnt ask for any extra details from the customer and didnt even second guess or ask the manager of the store he supposedly stole from just banned him and called the cops on him instead of treating him with the decency he deserved.

Saw the video, very upset that Walgreens has not acknowledged the racial profiling incident that happened here! Will never shop with Walgreens again!

I would like to commend Jasmine and Irene of the West Covina Pharmacy. They are very professional and knowledgeable of their craft, and most of all, has a very caring and kind demeanor. They both have helped me and my husband in all our medication needs and we can always approach them if we have questions or inquiries about a new prescription. They truly are an Asset to your company. More Power and keep that smile in your faces all the time. You dont realize what a huge difference it makes to us.

This is my go-to drugstore for all my makeup, photo, and other necessities. I love their customer service and theyre always so helpful when Im trying to find something.

Since they merged with Booths, they are clearly economizing. They have cut their hours and staff. Because of this, my wife has transferred to Rite Aid. Others will surely follow. This will do no good to Booths which has been an institution in the UK since Victorian times.

The hours for Sunday is incorrect! It wont open until 10am but it shows 7am on Web. Please correct it so people wouldnt go like me and to waste time.

THE DRIVE THRU THEY HAVE YOU WAITING UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO OPEN THE WINDOW THEY JUST SIT THERE HAVE CONVERSATIONS WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE.

An African American lady at the cashier is very rude as I continued to stay polite to her. I think she is trying to get fired so she can get unemployment benefits.

I asked the cashier (the afroamerican miss) if I I could get some help at the baby stuff and she responded to me in a very rude and unimpolite way. I willnever go back there again.

Pharmacy service is terrible. Very rude attendant. They were also late coming back from lunchtime on Sunday. I will transfer my prescription to another vendor.
