I bought a wedding set here in May, and now in December, the main stone is loose! Like.....what the hell?! Seriously! I shouldnt have to spend a ton of money on a ring thats going to fall apart in less than a year, good thing I have lifetime insurance or I would turn into king Kong in that place! Too expensive for what they sell, you can find way better and cheaper if you just look......no matter what you find, I promise its better than here...... >>:((

Stood inside this store for over 15 minutes and not anyone asked if i needed help. 2 people saw me looking at jewelry and didnt even stop. Horri le customer service. Take the extra 15 minutes to drive to the Montclair plaza for a better customer experience and bigger selection. Never again.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..... This branch of Kays Jewlers gives them a BAD NAME !!!!!!I went into this store to purchase a chocolate diamond that I had been saving up for. As I stood there in the store with my $3000.00 dollars burning a whole in my pocket waiting to for somebody to help me and dancing with excitement. I made eye contact with a girl behind the counter who just ignored me and continued with what she was doing. as I am still standing there a couple come into the store and out of the back comes a salesman and immediately starts to help the couple who just came into the store. And the woman behind the register starts to help another couple who came in the store after we did. By this time my excitement had died and I was pissed off. I asked for a managers card just to be infrmed that they do not have a manager in that store. I have been a customer of Kays for a very long time. and this is the second time that I was just left waiting at The Kays Jewlers in West Covina Plaza.
Go somewhere else. They don’t listen to customer’s requests. We waited two weeks for a ring and when we received, WRONG SIZE. So yea, that’s the facts of life.
They have very poor customer service. I come to this location every six months for the rhodium and clean on my rings and there is always an excuse for their long wait time for customers. They don’t acknowledge you. I have have to ask to get the help.
