Wife loved the ring I purchased there. Pickup was very easy. However, we went back to exchange the ring for a different size on Sunday afternoon and they were closed (even though the hours posted on Google said they were open 12-6). Thats an hour down the tubes! I would call before making a trip just to make sure. BTW, best place to enter mall to get to this store is by Red Robin.

Super friendly and nice staff. They go above and beyond even after my friend told them she wasnt going to purchase an engagement ring but the gentleman still helped her figure out the style of ring and didnt pressure us to leave even though we were there 5mins past closed. Great customer service.

High prices for simple silver. I will take my business where I will find a better bargain.

Went in to get a ring cleaned. Waited for 20 minutes to be told they arent doing that right now due to Covi19. They should have a sign up or it should be posted on the website so we dont waste our time. I dont think they even apologized.

I went there to pick my 25th anniversary ring . I met with Gloria I told her exactly what I wanted I got a Vera Wang ring i amazed by the beauty of this ring. But i got excellent service from Gloria she was not pushy at all I love people like that, they care about customers more then the money. I will highly recommend this place to family and friends.

My Sons purchase a beautiful necklace w/ Crown pendant for me. It broke in a month. I took it back to get repaired and the did an awful job of fixing the necklace. Even my pendant looks black. White Gold isnt supposed to look dark grey! Disappointed in this store. Isnt that what the extra charge of warranty is for? Fix it to look the same as when bought?

First of all when we open the package The box was totally destroyed no problem so we took it back to the Zale store and we replaced it no problem. Well when my mom went to put on the necklace she noticed the chain was broken. At this point I was like really first a totally disheveled box and now a broken chain? So we took it back again to the store and the lady straight up gave us attitude abou it. She’s like well when I put it in the new box it wasn’t broken. First of all she didn’t put it in the new box the man working there did so how could she know? She ended up replacing the chain for us, but I won’t buy anything here again because it was a mess and then when we tried to get it fixed we got rude service.

Customer service was very informative and pleasant attitude.

Horrible experience they got me with false inaccurate information they fed me . Horrible people my mistake as week too should of read the contract not just gone with what she was saying. Never again.
