Great Burgers but id like to address why are there 2 persons guiding people in the lines but when a car came right in front where the line divides into 2 lines on San Bernardino Rd. One of them told them to go back around on Orange street, they completely ignored him and just entered the line anyways. I mean at least let people at the front not to get his order or tell them to go back in the line while blocking their way so they dont enter the line at all... this person skip about 8-10cars ahead just like that.

Great location ..There is window backside where you can give order walk-in.. seat are there to sit and enjoy food .. on speaker they say your number on receipt to collect 🍱…

Great location away from the main freeway. Been here for a long time.Classic double-sided drive thru serving the classic In-N-Out menu.Always busy but peak times are lunch and dinner.

Best in-n-out location in town, sometimes it gets really busy especially on the weekends, but totally worth the wait. I always get the number three with root beer, it hits the spot.

I love food at In-N-Out, no complaint there. Staff very friendly too. I only have one complaint. After placing my order at the walkup window. I observed aprox. six cars that had pulled up through the drive through window. All six cars pulled up after i had already placed my order. All six cars received their food before I did. 😡☹😲

I was very pleased to find they have decaffeinated coffee hot and fresh. Most other restaurants dont offer. As for the food, it was great as usual. The service top notch. Super friendly courteous, and fast. Keep it going you guys are great.

What can I say about In-N-Out that isnt great. Nothing, their burgers are delicious fries made from real potatoes also amazing, drinks or shakes are wonderful. Prices are low and the food is great. Go get some In-N-Out from some of the most polite employees in town.

Good as always just dont like the long lines in the drive thru at night.

Quality Service fast The staff were masked the masks were not required I missed a few customers for a lot of customers coming without mass so of course I thought I left other than that and that was its In and Out self really really good

I don’t know what it is, but everytime i gone they forget the grilled onions on my protein burgers. They always repeat back the order and say the grilled onion part but then when I get the food. I noticed it has no grilled onions. This is always at night time. It extremely frustrating, this is the 4th time it happen.

Best In-N-Out! The line is a bit of a problem because you can’t wait on the street. The gas station next door has security to keep you from blocking their drive way. Walk up order is super easy too. Just make sure you speak loud enough for them to hear you inside. Burgers are great and bun is the right kind of toasty!

The best and juiciest burger I have ever had. Always delicious food and the staff is always kind and fast to serve. Will definitely return to this location again.

This is once if the older, smaller locations. It has the double drive-thru, so they are not as fast but the burgers are just as great!

In-n-Out always serves a great burger. Ive been going to this particular one for 40 years. They are usually very fast and very accurate, but this on this visit it took a little longer to get our order. No worries. Sometimes stuff happens. Still very tasty. Highly recommend it.

This is one of my favorites. Usually not super crowded and always fresh burgers. Awesome customer service puts a smile on your face every time... the only thing you should know is the driveway is right next to a gas station so it gets crowded fast and the walk up is usually a much better option.

There was a long line, which is expected at In-N-Out, with Security helping direct traffic, which was wholly appropriate. We decided to get out of line, park in their lot, and order from the walk-up window. This was a more relaxed way to place our order, but we didnt get our food faster by getting out of line. My passengers said that the cars that had been in line ahead of us were already gone, while we were waiting for our food. Of course, there was a line at the window, too. Affordable and delicious -- and worth the wait!

In-N-Out is hardly ever bad, and this place is no exception. Friendly staff, good food, gets everything right. Food was even packed a bit more nicely than most places.

In-N-Out is a place that you can easily burnout on.Maybe not as a kid, but as an adult for sure.I think if you space out your visits, 9 out of 10 times its going to be a positive experience..

During this pandemic going out for food has been difficult. But the one place I can always depend on getting good food is in and out. Place in my order and getting my food its quick and easy. Even when theres a long line that seems to go very quickly.

Food is always warm not hot, fries are always stale when I get home, and I literally live down the street 3min away, this the third time this has happened, you think I would have learned my lesson, for sure next time Im going to one on francisquito.

The wait is extremely long. Your best bet is to carefully go in the exit lane & go up to the window by foot rather than going thru the drive-thru.

The fries were cold, and so was the burgers. I spent almost $40 for my family to have something to eat and the food was cold. I live only 3 miles away so theres no reason for the food to be cold unless they gave me an old order...

This particular In-n-Out may be small but it gets you In-n-out fast. Love it.

Quality of food is great. However I am taking away 2 stars. The last three times I ate at this location I noticed everything they touch has hamburger grease on it. Spread and ketchup packets, receipts, bags and bottom of trays are greasy. This doesnt happen at all the locations.

The line was very long but they did a really good job and we got to the window fast. Very satisfied

Its good...Not great and definitely not wait in huge long lines good. The burgers are small and the fries have a 5 minute shelf life before they are so city. Staff is always best in the industry and do give great customer service.

I love to go to In n Out when I visit my sister in California. They have the best lettuce and tomatoes of any restaurant! The service is FANTASTIC! They are well known for the great, friendly, fast service and for their fresh food. It is the best! The fries are different from anywhere else. And last but not least, the prices are good too! Excellent food, quick service. Just another In and Out location. It was a little busy, but which location isnt.

I came here at 8:10 pm on a Monday night and it’s slow. No one is around and the drive thru is short. I go to order at the window and they have me waiting for about 15 minutes. They see me but no one comes up to me. It not until a line forms that they finally get someone to take orders

Ive been going to this in and out off and on for years. But lately I realize when you order burger and fries they will ask if you want a drink I say no thank you. After awhile I started saying burger fries and nothing else they ignore that and ask if I want drink. So I had to be more specific and say no drink. but sometimes they still ignore that and say no drink thats very disrespectful. Ive complained to corporate office. but theyve done nothing. Also I pulled in the drive thru once the customer at the window was leaving at the same time so I drove up to the window. one employee complained with an attitude that I did not stop at the speaker thats senseless and very poor customer service.

Never had bad food from here. Always had friendly service and a great go to spot with the friends. Lines, particularly the drive thru, can get long do to mass hunger for that delicious food.

Hard to go wrong with In and Out. I do have two issues though. First, the left side drive-thru has a curb that sticks out pretty far on the right side that chewed up the wheels of my Benz, and second the last time I came it took WAY too long to get my food. Three of us came for lunch, the first got our food very quickly, but then the other two took at least another 5-7 minutes to get our food. But, of course, it was fantastic. It just would be nice to get a couple more napkins.

Excellent service. There are two lines, and they can be extremely long. But last night, even with the long lines, service was fast. It really didnt take that long for us to move up. Food is fantastic as it is at all In & Outs. Double-Doubles cost $4.15 as of right now. Fries are about $1.90. Try them animal style (costs extra but worth it)! They do have hot cocoa now, i think its small sized (not sure).They do not have an indoor seating area at this location, but they do have a walk up area for ordering. Cant go wrong with In & Out!

This is a smaller than usual location, but still quick in service! Also due to the Virus, only certain outside tables are open for you to sit down and eat. This location does not have dine in.

Everyone i know from SoCal raves about In-N-Out... I have never had a consistent experience any of them. Fries are either overcooked or undercooked amount of toppings varies drastically, I like grilled onions, but a tablespoon of them one day and a pile of them the next. If I didnt have to wait so long to get the food after ordering I might make them fix it, but my time is valuable too and I should not have to wait twice as long for a consistent quality experience.

Not the best location for a high traffic In N Out. Cars always stick out onto the street while they wait to order. Staff always does a great job moving orders quickly, yet it is not enough to prevent a backlog of cars. This creates dangerous conditions on the road. Also, cars end up blocking the gas stations exit.
