The staff at Alamo Pawn are amazing! They are nice, very patient and dont pressure you into buying anything. Ive been to Turners down the street and the staff are very rude, not friendly and very impatient. Alamo has pretty much everything you are looking for and the prices very fair!

They have a good selection on New & Used weapons. They offer layaway & loans. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. One of the best pawn shops that Ive been too so far. They have all kinds of stuff from video games to fishing poles. Its a very clean and organized pawnshop.

Chaos in here, they take people that just walk in over you. Its like you have to fight to get their attention. And I was coming to pick up a piece that I had purchased already. Horrible customer service, will never return.

I went to sell gold. Josh helped me. He was great. We ran the numbers together and came to an agreement on the value. I got the amount I had hoped to get. The store is clean and well organized. They sell a lot of guns and ammo.

Recently I began shopping for a 9mm handgun, after visiting several shops and aside from a shop inSan Diego, all lacked even reasonable customer service. Leaving a local large gunshop I drove by this pawn shop remembering having seen some reviews that were good, despite being skeptical I thought I would drop in to see what, if any selection they had. I was surprised, quite a few guns were on display, in fact, more than the last 3 shops I had visited combined. I spoke briefly with Josh (part owner I believe) and was pleased with his customer service and willingness to help me out and even order/locate a new 9mm. I left as they did not have what I was looking for but called a few days later and Josh had come across a trade in of exactly what I was looking for and offered to hold it for me despite barely knowing me. After inspecting the handgun, my friend, Josh and I all determined the handgun had likely never even been fired. I saved about $50 on exactly what I wanted and am very pleased and have now determined where I will buy my next guns as well. Thank you Josh.

Is there return policy? I bought a upper reciever yesterday for $119.99 after tax 130.00 I like to return it. I got reciept and new in the box.

Please read Mr. MANGANANever had any issues till today went for a loan and got insulted by the amount wow I was like really dude. Then the attitude after was wow man I was nice about until you said go look for yourself in fact I was doing that the whole time in there. I dont care if one employee quit or got fired. Then another on vacation dont take it out on the customer rule 1 if you would repeat business. Low balling for a loan. I always pick up my loans but I guess mangana was overwhelmedEdited1 loan out of 3 werent paid and it was a shotgun Im pretty sure you got your money back. The other one which was paid was my ps4 and also my TV was pawn there too so 52 % doesnt add up to 3 things for a loan. Since we are trying elude the subject of bad customer service I get banned for a honest opinion of this pawn shops. Since the owners feelings got hurt and since they had no way supposedly knowing it was that left this but I get banned. Hahaha come on is grade school or a business. The rest of the staff is cool as hell. Trust me I will continue to spend the word about this place and its butt hurt owner. Look for my yelp review to .I would like to know how do you think %52 is the right numbers for 2 out of 3 loans where paid off. Lol I dont know but those numbers dont add up. Dude grow up and let your man parts drop because your acting like a child that gets mad being called names
