This place completely ripped me off for hundreds of dollars in gold. I sold them a gold bracelet worth hundreds and they only gave me $150. I didnt know it was worth more until after i sold it to them, since i was unexperienced in selling. I found the person in the office dead asleep drooling on the desk when i went in. I cant believe what a fool i was to take his offer. This place is a horrible business only looking to rip people off! I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve honestly never had any issues. Everyone is very kind and easy to work with.

Their office hours are supposed to be 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. I showed up at 11:50am today (Friday oct 4, 2019) and the office is closed, locked, and no one is inside.

I weighed everything b4 i went knew gold prices for day and the lady helping me weighed all gold together offered me 150 for it all i asked her y she weighed all TOGETHER she said its all the same .lol .no no no thank you i took it all down to azusa and 10 freeway jewelry by design they weighed in front of me showed me everything unlike ither lady who had scale turned towards her .i ended up getging 589.00 for what she offered me 150 for think twice before you go to this cash for gold and then dont go run other direction unless you like to get ripped off and taken advantage off.

Disgusted I just got off the phone with a lady that wouldnt even give me an estimate guess she wanted me to make the trip all the way there to try and lure and cheat mean please down load any gold exchange app for your google or I phone the gold exchange rate as of today 7/30/15 is around $ 26 per gram which is 185 per 7 grams this piece of work offered me $118. And she offered so smuggish and disgustingly like she knew herself it was a rip off she must be like being business of screwing people over. Buyer beware. Download a gold exchange app or look it up on the web . These people are sick and ruthless and want to take advantage of others people. They know someone must be pretty desperate financially to have to sell their jewlery. The are well aware of this and will use it to !/^^ you over. I am concerned for those who elderly and those who just expect to get close to the going rate of what their gold is worth. This is a refinery gold smelting there is very little overhead and loss for them. I was quoted less than what I would get at a jewler who has a higher overhead more work to put in into personally taking the time to melt it and refurnishing it. Refineries melt by the ounce thats what they do. Another place quoted me 160 this is around the fare asking price you could even bargain higher. You should be selling gold very close to the exchange rate at a refinery with. At 25 per gram which is the exchange rate the retail value is 185. Anything less then that is profit for them she wanted around a 50% profit from wholesale. Greedy dumb #/^&*
