The 2 girls working there were not helpful at all! I love shipping with UPS, but if this would have been my 1st experience shipping with UPS, I would have definitely not continued to use them. I know they dont care, but I will not be returning to this store. Really bad customer service.

Last time I will be going to this location. The last 3 packages I have dropped off to this location werent even scanned as being dropped off and ready for pick up, they just sat there for an extra day or 2. The first 2 were dropped off hours before a UPS driver was scheduled to do a pick up. The last one was dropped off WHILE, a UPS driver was beginning to load the truck. I asked if this package would go out today (monday) and was told that it would go out the next day (tuesday) because the driver had already loaded the truck, even though he had literally just begun loading it. So I said fine, as long as it leaves the next day. Its now wednesday and the package is still at the store, not scanned as being dropped off and ready for pickup, and I just spoke to someone at the store saying that it was picked up the day before. This store desperately needs new management.

Negative vibes, surly service from manager to cashier clerk. Dont know why, but they give off very hostile feeling. Service is slow and they hate answering questions, like they are the boss or something. Fortunately, some other UPS locations have opened up. This UPS store will have new management or go out of business, Im sure.

If I could rate this particular store I would give it a negative 👎 0 . For starters the clerk Jessica was rude and spoke with an attitude when I questioned the $1 fee for tape? (Mind you all I had was an envelope, not even a box) I’ve been to many other UPS stores and never been charged for tape!! In the end Jessica rudely threw my shipping receipt at the counter. She didn’t even hand me the receipt. Wow, some great customer service. This UPS store in West Covina has the worst fees for random stuff like tape, and the worst associates like Jessica with a horrible attitude. A smile and eye contact goes a long way Jessica, ever heard of it???? Obviously NOT.
I guess I need to put a star to rate this place. It is the WORSE service I have experienced..!! I called the place just to confirm if they still have my package. 1st attempt they put me on hold then the line just hang up. I thought it was just an accident that they hang up my call. 2nd attempt they still put me on hold, I wait for 7mins. then they hang up again. 3rd attempt they said to hold again..I said no Im not holding anymore and they just put me on hold and hang up my call again. 4th,5th attempt they just keep putting my calls on hold and hang up.

I came in to return a package from Amazon. They got me the right box since I had discarded the original shipping box, not the packaging box the item came in. They also box and tape it all up for you. No complaints here. Easy as 1 2 3.Other reviews on here complaining about they dont give you tape for your packages that are not from UPS. Unless youre 5 years old and you dont have an understanding that things arent for free, why assume UPS would package USPS or DHLs packages? Sure its just tape. If 80 people come in every day asking for free tape, those rolls of tape will run out real quick! This makes costs go up. Costs passed on to the rest of us because you didnt come prepared. Same as McDonalds charge for extra BBQ sauce. Think about it.Also people complaining about them charging to use their computer. Its 2019 pull out your damn phone already. And if you dont have internet access on your phone well I guess you can go back 2002.

This Store beyond what someONE anonymously post, is very well run, operated and customer focused. I use this location frequently and find as with any business, wd as customers need some patience and a good attitude with a smile, makes any situation better for all. I suggest you continue doing your service as great as you have, because you are providing your customers a great source of convenience and quality..
So convenient to have a mail box there. Can pretty much take care of all my shipping needs there. Great customer service from all the girls working there. Ive read some negative reviews Ive had my p.o box there for over a year n Ive never had any problems with any of the staff there. Theyve always been polite n helpful to me so I dont have anything nagative to say about them.

Nothing blatantly egregious, but the girls do seem to have a very lackadaisical approach to customer service. Interactions with the workers on the phone or in person are like a limp handshake - not a giant faux pas, but still semi-cringe-worthy. It would help to speak up and be clear. Make the customer feel like you want him/her to be there.
9 times out of 10 real fast in and out on occasion a little wait

I went in to rent a mailbox, they told me they didnt have any keys. Then I asked the girl when will you have keys. She said they have not had keys for a couple of weeks and she did not know when the owner was going to get new keys. Then she gave me a mailbox agreement trying to charge me a key deposit. I asked her when will the owner be in and she said I dont know she never comes in. I asked the clerk several more questions for which the only answer she seem to have was I dont know. Service was horrible at this place I would not ever go back.
Got myself a business PO Box here. and let me tell you... Never again..Absolutely garbage service. Considering reviews have been bad for over 5 years, this seems to be a upper management/owner problem.And not only does their service suck, they close 20 minutes before their real closing hours.RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
