I bought sweatpants and realized they were too small once I got home. Went to return them the next day and as they were looking for the attached tag one of them accused me of steal saying there’s an extra tag in the bag which was not from me since I only bought one pair of sweat pants. Then went on saying I can’t return them because the tag was off, which it was not and the girl finally seen it attached to the pocket lining. Another employee came in and was cussing and being very loud while I was waiting for my transaction to be finish up and somehow got all the employees talking about it “freeway drama” while helping other customers. Not professional or friendly service at all. Get it together girl, you don’t gotta make everything about your drama
I was trying to return something at pacsun and an employee had zero customer service and was very rude and told me that i needed to shut my mouth when i wasn’t saying anything. this is not what i expect from customer service
I went in and tried to talk to the person working the front counter and he continued texting on his phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. There were other people in line behind me and two employees were flirting and not paying attention. It took another customer saying “is this register open?” For the male employee to walk over and help him. I tried returning clothing and they wouldn’t accept it even tho I had the receipt.
