I find it very hard to personally rate this store. I do not agree with their political views whatsoever. I dont even want to get into it, Im just mentioning that those views are reflected in my review. I just cannot ignore it. That being said, this is a beautiful store and its very clean. They have a large selection of anything and everything related to crafts, decorating and much more. The products are definitely not always the best as they are produced on large scales with cheaper quality products.Shop there or dont. Thanks!

Okay, this place makes The Home Store look like the dollar general. Im not sure what they have going on as far as algorithms, but I had a vision in my head of a wall piece, and they matched it exactly and had 5 alternatives to choose from. My only complaint is that I went on a Saturday and it was BUSY! People were in a mission and I almost got ran over a couple times. Their checkout lanes were also slow. Other than that, cant wait to go back. Their Christmas section was ON POINT! EVEN IN AUGUST!

Never been to a hobby lobby before and I was so impressed by the products they sell. Nice quality stuff and when you can hit the deals, even affordable! my partner brought me and I giggled excitedly through it all. As a crafter/artist/designer (tomato/tomato/tomato? 😆) and super-couponer... hobby lobby pretty cool 😎

Always somewhere i can spend at least an hour and some in. The selection of hobby oriented merch is VAST. I see a good amount of associates to ask for help. Things can get pricey but they have a fair selection of things for EVERY budget. Home decor, crafts, things for school projects. They hit every personality. There is literally something for everyone. I love this place.

Love this store and when my favorite season is on sale Christmas!! Making my own wreath and did our yearly family tradition of picking a ornament of something we loved from the year!

Havent been to this store as always went to South sides. Loved all the 50% off items. Of course, the items I wanted were not on sale. Still, this place has lots of fun things and good prices!

Omgee. Christmas items are out already and I got some really great deals.

Love all the things the store has, but customer service needs to improve. Returns were only able to happen at one lane due to a register down. So line backed up at the only line able to take returns. Lady at the only rerun check out had at least 30 items to ring up and get packed into paper. She did not have a return, only a purchase. The lady in charge did nothing to assist in helping move the line that was building up. She stood there when she could of helped her wrap items and bag them. I get this is not normally her job, but when you have a return line backing up it just seems appropriate. There was another check out open for others. Finally when she was close to being done the cashier mentioned to the supervisor that she could help wrap! So disappointing...

They have quite the selection of products. I would definitely come back here again. The staff were polite and helped me find what I needed, right away.

I headed over to frames I was greeting by a outstanding employee. My frame ended up having a crack in it and I took it back in no questions asked christen (sorry if misspelled) blew me away with amazing customer service help. Highly recommend for frames

Ran in to grab some thread which wouldve taken me 2 seconds to get and buy and the lady freaked out chasing me down to tell me they closed in 5 minutes in the rudest way possible. Its fine to let someone know but not in that manner.

Our cashier Shea was a gem. So personable and funny. Hes a true asset to Hobby Lobby!

The manager has mood swings and is very disrespectful his name is jim. told me i could return a item without the wrapping if i had the receipt then proceeded to tell me i need to go back to my home to get the wrapping. then repeatedly say “your being very stand offish with me” i was trying to be as respectful as i could till that comment was made.

Hobby Lobby always has a huge range of items related to what Im looking for. I can go in with an idea and develop my thought into an actual project. This visit didnt disappoint.

My daughter and I were looking for pink accents and there were a ton! Always great sales and friendly helpful staff.

Cindy helped me return stuff and she didn’t believe me that I had bought something here because “she didn’t recognize it” when I pulled it up on the hobby lobby app and showed her. I also had my hobby lobby receipt with the item on it. She proceeded to call another staff member to see if they actually sold it. While having me wait in line for over 20 minutes. I will not be returning to this location. The checkout and return experience isn’t worth it at all.

Store is clean and staff is kind, however as a customer I should not have to personally walk the staff to the shelf to show them their own discount signs to not be over charged

They always have your hobby needs. But I downgraded them because they no longer do savings coupons of any kind. Whats up with that!? Their competition, like Michaels, still take coupons.

Wow! I hadnt been to Hobby in awhile, they have really upped their game. Abundance of products for anything crafts & decorating. Michaels is usually my go to, but now definitely Hobby Lobby is.

Good store. Worst checkout ever in any of the Hobby Lobby stores Ive been a customer.

Apparently the checkout lines are a free for all and pay no mind to the stickers on the floor trying to space people out because we are in a pandemic. And when I pointed out to the checker the rampant cutting and disregard for space he said it was ok, some people were just in a hurry. Thanks for nothing, Shea B!

My wife and I love to shop at Hobby Lobby because of their great selection of wall decor. Their prices are also really good thanks to frequent sales and coupons—you almost never have to pay full price for an item.I buy quite a few baking supplies from Hobby Lobby, as well. Many of their sprinkles, food colorings, etc. are produced in a nut free facility, which means theyre safe for those with peanut and tree nut allergies.Hobby Lobby is a great store. I highly recommend it!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They had amazing deals for a last minute (little over the due date) christmas present. Was able to get in and buy half a cart of stuff for less then 40 dollars and was so happy about that. Usually I hate going to craft stores because of the insane prices but this was a nice change.

I was looking for a 20x30 frame. Its not the most common size, but they had it. Was able to use 40% off coupon I found on my phone. The nice framer came over to assist with hanging hardware. There was no wait at the register. A solid experience. Also, I had custom frame done here that came out excellently. My only issue is the closed on Sunday deal. Thats my preferred shopping day.

Easy to shop with the layout of the store. The displays are well spaced allowing wheelchairs, strollers, and large shopping carts to navigate the isles easily. The theme displays give you great ideas of how you might decorate a room in your home. The custom framing is awesome!

Always a great selection. I didnt buy anything because the canvas I wanted was a bit too pricey, but their selection is really good. I shop for paints, brushes, and canvas, and Im rarely disappointed.

Great variety of products, but it gets really tiring to see regular prices so incredibly high. I simply cant buy anything in the store that isnt at least 50% off. I would purchase so much more at your store if you would change your pricing structure.
