Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful. Beautiful shop. Top of the line sewing machines and embroidery machines. Amazing selection of fabrics and they offer great sewing and quilting classes. The new owner is amazing at customer service. Loved the free coffee and tea!!!

They repaired our B830 and cleaned it for a reasonable amount. It has been working great since. Was having several different issues. We live near Omaha and it was worth taking it to Des Moines.

So much variety, definitely for quilt shoppers, love the people and the atmosphere.

While traveling cross country with my husband, I allowed myself the fun experience of visiting one shopIn each state. On a Sunday afternoon, I called the shop to make sure they were open. I told her that I was traveling & would do my best to get there before the 4:00 closing time. She told me not to worry, that she’d keep the shop open til 5:00 for me -and she did!!! How many shops have you heard of that would do that for a stranger? I think her name was Shelley, & she might be the owner. The shop is very wellLaid out to invite you into other areas to explore. I wish I’d had more time to shop, but I knew my husband was getting impatient since I’d loaded the wrong address into the GPS system & we’d been driving in circles. So, even though the shop had a normal inventory, I’ve given it a higher rating because of the wonderful clerk. I know with this type of service to her customers, that her shop will excel in the market.

The new owner has made an effort to stock lots of fabrics that appeal to all quilters - from traditional to modern. The store hosts many great clubs and classes and everyone who works there goes out of their way to help. They offer great service for Berninas, and make sure you know all the machines great features. Very cute store! Little bit of everything a quilter would need. The owner and employees are always willing to help! I’m a new quilter and they helped me figure out exactly how much fabric I needed for my project.

I loved going here to buy my Bernina, they sit you down and teach you how to use everything on your machine. Which when you upgrade to such a nice machine its kind of a must. They also have fabrics that you cant really find in other stores. They can also order foots for your machine for you! Id stop by here more if I didnt live so far away.

There is so much to see at this store! Great fabric selection, and the ladies here are always willing to help you with anything you need. I love coming here!
