I’ve never shopped at pandora before, so I’ve decided to give it a try since I liked the rings they had in the shopping window. Left frustrated and annoyed. I’ve never met a sales person who was less interested in selling me anything.... I asked the sales person if you have to make an appointment to come in since they have the bar that’s blocking the way. “No, we just have to let you in” she replied and continued with one ONE! Customer she was helping already. Not “I’ll be with you in a second”, or “let me fishing this sale real quick”, etc. A complete ignore. I am a retail manager myself and that was a perfect example of “how to loose a customer in 5 minutes”. I stopped on Tuesday morning and there was only one customer in the store that the sales person was helping. It wasn’t busy at all and I’ve waited for about 3 minutes. That sale must’ve been very big since she was not even interested in helping me or even offer a welcoming smile. lost my business. Never going there again.

Went in to the store to exchange a Christmas gift I received. The employee were rude and did not seem interested at all in helping me. Would not exchange our official pandora charm with the receipt. Do not visit this store or spend your money there. They dont care about the customers and only care about making a sale and getting you out of the store quick as possible

Excellent service...Gee (not sure of the spelling of her name) always remembers my name and what I have purchased. She is always very patient while I select my pieces and helpful showing me pieces that may be in a different case.I bought a bracelet that broke shortly after my purchase and it was exchanged with no issue.They will always have my business.Thank you Pandora,Jordan Creek Mall.Jennifer

Staff extremely rude, unhelpful, Three of the staff people didn’t even realize that me and my daughter walked in.... I came to exchange my bday gift for different earnings, so we walked and walked around store none of them said anything to us until I finally said hello we need a little help.... omg the lady who was helping us was so mean, so rude, worst experience ever....Staff needs to be more educated How to approach customers

The people here could not be more rude and unhelpful if they actually tried. My bracelet and charms are little mementos from family and loved ones. My last visit was appalling, with the workers suggesting that my 3-month-old charm was worn to the point of being dysfunctional. The rudeness and arrogance is honestly too much to stomach. Spend your money at a better branch. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

What a difference that the wrong staff member makes. I have two bracelets with 15 charms on each, I just received a third bracelet……….. but I will not be filling it, nor will I be purchasing anymore earrings, necklaces, or rings, after this experience.Helzberg has some very nice charms, as I have a filled bracelet from there as well. This now former customer of Panora will be shopping at Helzberg. I suggest that all reading this review to do the same.As for gifts I receive from family and friends, I will be sharing with them to never make a purchase from #pandora ever again.This staff member was so rude that I will never return to Pandora ever again. In the past everything had always been wonderful. The other staff had always been so kind and helpful, but leave it to one to ruin everything.

Just went in to purchase a bracelet, which I called ahead on to make sure they had my size. I was told they had multiple and I didnt need to have one held. When I got there, the sales clerk that was helping me couldnt find any. Multiple times she went and asked for assistance from someone in the backroom. After multiple attempts she was told to have me order one, still not coming out to assist. Finally one was found on display. I then asked to use my Pandora card but they would need to look up my numbers. I was then told the associate from the back world have to do it but couldnt step away from the computer...could I use a different card! I never leave reviews, however I had to this time because I am totally appalled by the lack of customer service I received.

Went in knowing what I was going to buy. Didn’t get a hello or a be with you shortly. I realized they were with a customer so I waited paitently. When I saw the customer walk away from associate I went up and said Hi and got cut off by associate in a rude tone saying “ I am still helping the customer I was just with.” And walked away with a annoyed face. Didn’t get a oh hi sorry or I’ll be with you shortly.I walked out and purchased online instead. This was Sunday 12-16-18 two associates where working. And I wasn’t the only customer that was upset.

I went in on Sunday 12/16/2018 to purchase a ring with my fiancé. I wasn’t in there long before I knew what I wanted. I was already a little bummed as I always purchase my Pandora from Jared’s and they are no longer carrying the line. It was busy, which I understood however when it came time for me to purchase what I wanted the lady brought me my options in the size I requested. It fit a little snug for my liking and asked if they had it in the size up. They did not so she showed me some things similar however it just wasn’t what I was wanting. I asked to see the previous size and put it on and was still on the fence about it. She said “Well it is sterling silver you can always go have it sized at the jewelry store.” I went ahead and let my fiancé buy the ring. On Monday I came to work to find out that my coworker had purchased the same ring that weekend, from the same location. They did not carry it in her size either however she was offered the option to have the correct size ordered and shipped directly to her house at no extra charge. I was pretty upset when I found this out. 1. Being I am truly in love with this ring and I am a little uncomfortable leaving it with another jewelry store to be sized, 2. Why was that even an option? Why was I not informed that I could have ordered the correct size I wanted at no extra charge? I was very put off by that and think I’ll order my jewelry straight from the website from now on.

Had such a poor experience the day I went. It was a Friday night, and there were 3 people working. Myself and my friend walked in and were the only ones in there besides the employees. We already knew what we wanted to buy, but the employees failed to acknowledge that we were in there. Mind you, they were having their own personal conversation amongst each other right in front of us. It took about 10 minutes before anyone asked us for assistance. Highly disappointing and unprofessional.

I have been to many pandora store, this one was far the worst experience I had. Came in with my 3 years old boy, my boy accidentally ran back behind the desk and one of the Worker (brown wavey hair, wearing glasses, pretty tall) yelled at my son. Seriously what does 3 years old boy know. I was very upset and left the store immediately.
