I enjoy doing business with a company like Lebeda. You can tell they are an Iowa company. Ive bought several mattresses from them over the years. And I did have a problem with 1 of them but true to Iowa values they stood behind it 100%. I am a customer for life. And the sales staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and no pressure. I wish all companies would follow their example.

It was a pleasure working with Dan to select and purchase a new mattress, box spring and protective cover. He was patient while helping us to find the the most comfortable setup for us. The experience was excellent, all items are being delivered on the date we requested, and delivery is free! Thanks, Dan, for helping us through this process so easily and quickly. I called Lebeda with a special request for something that would make our bed a little higher. Kent Beane helped me figure out what we needed and was almost apologetic when letting me know it might take a week to fulfill and deliver my order. On the contrary, I was elated it would be here that soon! He was great to work with, the 2 delivery men were prompt, courteous and accommodating. I recommend Lebeda 100%!

Both times I was in the store trying to figure out which model etc I wanted Kent was amazing. He answered all my questions, along with recommendations for the type of bed I was looking for. I also had a phone conversation regarding some questions with Dan the manager. My entire experience was great. I would highly recommend Lebeda. I had a Lebeda bed several years ago and decided I wanted to try a Tempurpedic, bad decision on my part. Im back to the Lebeda. Showed up ready to buy a mattress 10 minutes before 5pm on Sunday and watched the staff turn off the Open sign and the lights right as I parked.Oh well, they lost a sure sale.

Mike and Jessie were absolutely fantastic during my deliver. My headboard was from a crib and didnt quite fit, Jessie and Mike worked hard to complete the job and made sure the headboard fit and bed was put together before leaving. Amazing service and really nice guys. I highly recommend Lebeda and Mike and Jessie!

Stopped here looking for beds and we found the salesperson to be pretty standoffish. He barely greeted us and didnt really offer us any help until we spent a few minutes clearly not finding what we wanted. Ive had good experiences at other Lebeda stores, so maybe we just caught the guy at a bad moment. Didnt buy anything here so cant comment on the buying process. Id still shop at Lebeda, maybe just at another of their stores.

Buying a new mattress isnt too exciting, but Dan definitely made it easy. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didnt try to pressure me into buying a more expensive line. Mike and Jessie delivered the mattress five days later and were extremely friendly and professional. I appreciated that they called an hour in advance and were careful to not smack any walls!

I have not had great experiences with similar people in the past, and I hope the company realizes what great assets they are. They are the face of the company providing great service.

We purchased a Lebeda mattress from the Urbandale store in 2007. We felt the mattress had a little sag on the side and we thought we needed to purchase a new one. We went to the store and the manager talked to us about what we wanted. We told him we had purchased a king size mattress and we thought it had some failure. To our surprise he looked up the purchase and told us it had a 15 year warranty. We paid $80 for them to pick it up and delivery it back in a week. Much to our surprise our old mattress is like new again. We dont know what they did to it but they stood behind their sale. We will always purchase from a great Iowa retailer who does what they say they will do.

Every mattress in our house is a Lebeda Mattress. They are comfortable, well made and hold their shape. Mike and Jessie delivered 2 mattresses yesterday. They went above and beyond. The daybed they were intended for was put together incorrectly. The pretty much took it apart and put it back together in order to accommodate the new mattresses and be safe. I strongly recommend Lebeda to anyone shopping for a new bed.

Mike and Jessie delivered a mattress and frame recently. They were polite, professional, and helpful. Appreciated them assembling the bed frame too. It was a rainy day and they took great care not to soil carpeting with wet shoes/boots.

We have bought mattresses from Lebeda for over forty years (worked for Heitman Mattress when I got out of high school until I got drafted, Lebeda bought Heitman Mattress). Every bed we own has a Lebeda mattress on it and we have had nothing but good sleep. Lebeda delivery personnel are top notch setting up do what they say they are going to do and leaving the area clean. LOVE this outfit.

Selection was good, didnt think the prices were to bad either. However, the manger Dan didnt seem to care at all once he got my money. Delivery was only in the morning (which is hard when you work and time off isnt available), and was told by the snarky lady who wouldnt give me her name that weekend delivery wasnt available. When I could eventually pick up my new bed it was basically shoved out the back door with no assistance offered again by Dan. I had to rent a van too to get it home, instead of getting free delivery like I was promised. I wont be doing business with Lebeda again, and would advise others to avoid this location. There products may be built in Iowa, but they dont seem to give a care about their Iowan customers.

Mike and Jesse delivered and set up the new Lebeda bed and relocated my old bed. They were helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. They also were efficient and made sure I was satisfied with their delivery service. Im looking forward to receiving comments from guests on my new bed.

We purchased a king sized Aurora Plus 2 Mattress last year. We were told that there were no returns possible (although in now looking at Lebeda website it says that the mattress is returnable for 30 days). We were also told that this mattress must be flipped and rotated every month (it is actually advertised as Flippable on the website). This, however, is nearly impossible to do because the mattress weighs 225 lbs! In our most recent attempt, I dropped the mattress by mistake while trying to rotate it and the mattress broke our bed frame. This mattress is unreasonably heavy for a mattress that needs to be flipped or rotated EVER!. So disappointed. Had the sales people not told me that returns were not possible, I would have returned this mattress as soon I first tried to flip/rotate it.
