Had been troubled with discomfort in my feet for over a year. Im a little stubborn, so I went through two podiatrist, several pair of shoes and socks with no relief. A friend recommended the store, so I thought I would give it a try as my last hope. Jeff was very professional and gave me hope. Purchased inserts and boots that he recommended. With RA, The Fitting Place has been my shoe store for the last 10 years and they are great. They even fitted me for a pair of sandals so I dont have to wear athletic shoes or my Mary Janes in the summer unless I want to. They have great, friendly service and the owner is wonderful. I occasionally wear other shoes for an event but will as soon as possible go back to wearing my shoes purchased here so I can wear my orthodontics that they made for me. Give them a try!

I have always had excellent service at this store. They corrected a problem for me that was caused by another provider. Jeff fixed it for me. Jeff and his staff are always kind and helpful.

These people know what they are doing and are AWESOME. I have bunion and hammer toes, the shoes have helped. In fact, I need to go in and get new pairs, so see you guys soon.

The Fitting Place provided me with excellent orthotics after surgery on both feet, and has kept the orthotics up-to-date as needed.

They charged my mother in law for shoes she never bought. When she tried to get the error fixed they blamed her age and that she was too confused to remember. Also, the shoes they sold her worsened her foot condition and they refused to do anything about it. They were rude as well as unethical. Be very, very careful and check your credit card receipt before leaving the store. If you are willing to take a chance on them.

I have several pairs of shoes, New Balance and Drew. My feet feel better and knees are much less painful in these shoes. I plan to go back and get another pair. Kdl

The owner was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He gave no concern to our families needs, at all! I hope nobody else has to get treated the way we did after leaving his store!

Rude owner

As a former shoe store retail manager I found their customer service less than adequate. For a shoe store they do not seem to care to much about making a sale nor following up with concerns or questions from doctors offices. They also do not call back when they say they are going too.

They have been caring for my feet for at least 25 years, and have done a great job of it.

Ordered a very expensive brace that most 18 year olds wouldnt need after not hearing from them for 2 months I called and they said we called you at the begging of last month the day it arrived keep in mind I didnt get a voicemail nor a second call after not reaching me.
