My husband went in yesterday to ask about repairing my son’s muffler. He was told best to purchase the muffler to save some money! We said great and had an appointment today for the muffler and emissions. Got there and was told it couldn’t be done, something about the muffler and something else, oh took the $20 for emissions and we didn’t get it done there! Had to go back for our money! Brought it down the road and was told absolutely can be done and have an appointment already set up! Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere! And they were extremely rude!

Got an oil change here ended up costing me over $500.Was Friday before labor day weekend, oil was changed at 11:00am. By 2:00PM my car was out of oil, it had all leaked out on my drive to New Hampshire. I called the shop and owner Jack reached out very apologetic saying he would make it right, that eased my mind. Left my car for the weekend getting back to in on Monday (Labor Day), no shop was open in NH to repair it so I had it towed back to Lyons on the word that Jack would take care of the cost of the tow. Lyons looked at it, determined that the issues was nothing to do with them, covered the cost of what they said needed to be repaired (I have to take their word for it), and left me with nothing on the tow job ($410).Im sorry but if my car left your shop for an oil change and 3 hours later it is out of oil Im pretty sure it was your fault, that should have been caught at the shop. It must have been leaking oil the second the job was done/I will not be going to Lyons again.

I went to Lyons for an emissions test. Was in and out in 15 minutes, and was treated very well. These people are professional and treat their customers nicely. Great experience!!!

Lyons Auto Service is a great local independent car repair shop--trustworthy straight shooters who stand behind their work. Happy with all the work from exhaust to sensors to brakes.

I am updating a previous review. My first experience was not the best. That said, Chip reached out to me to clear things up. He presented me with a fair offer to remedy the remaining concerns and repair the relationship with me, the customer. Customer service in the second time was stellar. My issues were fixed and I will return to Lyons for future service. Thanks Chip and the Lyons crew.

Very friendly and helpful. I needed my oil level checked and they did it free of charge since I didnt need any oil which I thought was very nice.
