I’m glad I found this place. From previous experience at other eye centers, this place is beyond better. Its good to know there are still places like Eyes on Park that value customers.

I love it here. This is my first time being at their new location and although there are different receptionist its the same doctor and she is the best I love her everything about her 1212 I love it

I found the staff and Dr to be prompt and professional. The waiting room/retail space was lovely and comfortable. I have already recommended this practice to my husband and friends.

I am so happy I found this place for many reasons. The entire office was SPOTLESS Including the bathroom! The receptionist staff are very welcoming and friendly which was very refreshing and last but not least Dr.Antwi is EXCEPTIONAL she did a great job at thoroughly explaining my condition which was important to me because I like to understand what’s going on. There is also a very nice selection of frames. Everything about this place is great definitely will keep this same eye doctor for as long as I live in Connecticut.

I recently came into Eyes on Park for an annual eye exam and I am so glad that I made the decision to switch my eye doc. Dr. Antwi was beyond delightful to meet with and was very thorough with my exam. She explained everything about my eye health and their up to date technology made my appointment quick and easy. The facility was clean and everyone was very professional. The doctor I spoke to was very personable and the people at the front desk were knowledgeable and professional.

The wait time was short and staff cordial. The optometrist was knowledgeable and very patient, answering all of my questions in a nonjudgmental way. She was efficient while maintaining excellent chair side manner. The staff explained insurance coverage without pressuring me into buying glasses from them. I would definitely recommend Eyes on Park!

Both Dr’s are fabulous!!! Dr. Antwi has been my eye Dr for my kids and myself well over 7yrs!!! She always has time, patience, very helpful she never rushes us answers any and all questions We might have…. My kids and myself luv her she’s an awesome Dr. I luv the new office it’s very up to date the frame selection is very nice. The staff are a pleasure as well always friendly they are beyond helpful with anything we need.. wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!!❤️💯

It was a very Modern and Clean atmosphere, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They were able to assist me even when I forget my insurance card they went above and beyond. The doctor was patient and friendly she has great bedside manner. She put my daughters at ease right away. Also the selection of glasses are modern and a lot to pick from. I’m glad we found this place I highly recommend them to anyone.

The exam was thorough but when it came time for me to choose glasses I was charged a fee that I have never been charged before…I ordered them anyway…then I got a call the next day telling me my frames were not covered…I was just done…told them to cancel the order…now I have to order glasses some where else…I really dislike having to do things over…all of this after not being happy with the glasses I got there last year…was giving them a second chance because the prescription was off due to COVID protocols the machine kept fogging up…I’m done

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and she explained every thing that was discovered in great detail. I left feeling very confident in my eye care.

I just went to Eyes on Park for the first time with Dr. Antwi and I am SO happy with my experience. She is clearly so knowledgable and explained everything to me in such a clear manner. She was so patient and never rushed me with my appointment to make sure we got the exact right prescription, which I appreciated. Making an appointment was easy and there was virtually no wait time once I arrived for my appointment. Overall, a great experience!

Great customer service. Explained everything to my satisfaction. Now question was left un anwered. Even if it was simple as a child type question. Being with that doctor for many years. Was with her at her previous office before she stablshed her practice. I recomend her to all my friends and family.

Dr. Strebig was amazing! It was my first time here and all the staff members were so accomodating. I was here for a full eye exam and contact lens consultation. Dr. Strebig went above a beyond. She thoroughly explained everything as she went and made sure everything was suited for my eyes. We tried on some contact lenses and she even tweeked it further so my vision became sharper with them on.I also have constant dry eyes, so she recommended me some eye drops. As a student, these eye drops were a but expensive but she gave me discounts and worked with my insurance to find a reasonable price. Overall, I had a great time and never felt rushed.

Everyone from reception to the doctor was very patient and attentive. Especially impressed by the doctor who did a great job of making every step of the process very clear, and instilling confidence in the level of precision involved in determining my quality of eyesight.

I went for a contact fitting and let’s just say it was evident this was my first time practicing. Dr. Antwi was incredibly patient and encouraging and kept me laughing the whole way through.

It’s rare to find a combination of professionalism and humanness. Eyes on Park seem to be carving out that niche. You will not feel like a number or a person in a slot, which is what most places make you feel like. Everyone there was courteous and accommodating while being professional. The look is contemporary and the service is legendary. State of the art facility with a nice array of frames to choose from. Doctors and staff are awesome.

Family visit with my two toddlers. Front desk staff were professional and courteous, even upon booking last minute appointments. Very accommodating. The wait was short. Dr. Antwi was very thorough and very patient with my children who were 3 and 4 (first vision exam). She allowed them to be curious and interactive and managed to administer eye drops for my 3 year old without her crying/fussing and maintained her trust and confidence. All tests were completed. My girls were good friends with her by the end of their visit. Dr. Antwi explained our results well, answered all questions, and we didn’t feel rushed (3 appointments in one). Clean bright trendy office with several seating areas, and a small area for off to the side to keep small children busy. Bathroom facilities were clean and trendy. Glasses selections were modern, affordable, and of good quality. COVID protocols in place. I can’t say enough about how positive our experience was. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for timely quality professional knowledgeable and compassionate service. We will continue as long term patients to Eyes on Park practice with Dr. Antwi.
