I can’t wait for covid19 to end so I can go back to the deli for double samosa chat! In the meantime the owner does a fantastic job loading your web selections in the back of your car when you arrive, no contact, very hygienic. They have the best price and selection on dry staples like beans and rice as well as spices and sauces. Their selection and quality is excellent! It’s really worth a look compared to your local big box grocer. I routinely stock up on beans and nuts here.

The cashier was the sweetest ever. My 2 year old was throwing a fit as he wanted to open his cookie pack right there and then, the cashier came and was so sweet. She told me to go ahead and open it and started to soothe my crying kid. Their customer service is excellent. The store itself has a huge variety of international spices. Loved their chicken samosas.

Not many Indian Grocery stores around. Glad to have Cosmos. Typical Indian grocery store. Well stocked and organized. And theres pretty good prepared savory food and dessert too if youre too tired to cook after shopping!

Great store that my family and I have been coming to for many years. It feels good to get products at a local store instead of a large chain. Prices are also very fair. For example - I enjoy a specific kind of tea thats unavailable in supermarkets which cost $10.50 at another local place but $6 at Cosmos. Sometimes if Im walking by the area, Ill walk inside for just a brief minute - I guarantee youll never step foot in a better smelling store!

Take your time to wander through the aisles exploring all the different options. They have lots of items that are not in your run-of-the-mill grocery store. We like pick up mangos, mango juice, tea, honey, Cadbury flakes, and some ready-made Indian foods at their deli counter ... and every once in a while a Crunchie bar or two (the best British candy bar - EVER!)

Although its for sale the current owner is very kind lovely knowledgeable lady who has over the years familiarized herself in regards to foreign/ ethnic food. Wide variety of options and brands along with section of prepared food.

I always find everything i need, i just wish they were closer to where I live. Very clean space, parking is kind of crazy sometimes, I look for Egyptian food and you have it! Great selection, owner is always very helpful. They even have a bathroom! I travel 1 hour to get there, so i really need that!

Love that store i have been shopping there for the last 18 years i find everything i need the people working there including the owner are all great i will recommend anyone to try there at least ones. I have already recommended so many people Jamaican African American so many to go there

1st time shopping here but very good experience .Had great prices for an item that is typically expensive and hard to find. Owner was very helpful and friendly . 5 stars all around! Ill be back.

A slew of great Indian food to take you back a notch, make you feel at home. Could get better if there were non-vegetarian as well. Definitely a regular for me

They sell great British teas in teabag and loose leaf forms that are the real deal and that you cannot get at chain retail supermarkets. So I am a regular!

Good selection of international groceries, emphasis on Indian and Israeli. Not the cheapest or most expensive. Staff are usually helpful, but sometimes out of what I want.

This was the first Indian grocery store in Hartford. Although little congested but still things are very well organised. They used to sell DVDs, not sure if they still do it .

I got some Indian bread that was in the frozen section. I heated it the same day I bought and had it. I had the worst stomach cramps of my life.When I looked at the unconsumed bread, I saw what looked like a mild fungal growth. There was no way to tell how old this thing was because they did not have a sell by date on it.

Only Indian grocery in West Hartford close to center, so have to go there. Prefer to pick up veggies in Aldi or A Dong (Asian Grocery store)
