Car was stolen and sent here for body work and to be cleaned and have seats and car detailed. Cars body came back good but the interior was very poorly detailed. Something you wouldn’t expect during a pandemic right? Used silverware in the center console. It was hardly cleaned and surprise surprise I found crack on the side of the seat. Use a different place that actually pays attention to detail. Steve told me they don’t go through every nook and cranny with an attitude. Also when I received the car from them the side of the seat was broken and hanging and he told me that” it just happens because Honda makes cheap seats”. Like I said find a different place to send your car that actually cares about the work they do.

The staff was very professional and friendly. I went there because my car was hit. The work on my car was done in a timely manner and they kept me informed. The car looks great!

They assured me my car repair was in great hands. They did a awesome job keeping me informed about my repairs from the moment they started until the end.

We had body work done after an accident. My Mazda3 seems even better than before. Steve was great at keeping us up to date on the car, and he seemed to take it personal that the car was fixed RIGHT! We are very pleased with our experience with them.

Not only do I use Andrade for my autobody repairs I worked for them for many many years so I know the ins and outs of the autobody trade all I want to say to you haters is that I know for a fact they use the best of tools and equipment along with the paint and supplies and as for the workers Ive worked with some of the best bodymen in the state!!! They did a great job of repairing my vehicle after a hit and run had smashed my doors. They were very organized and kept me updated regularly about the progress of the repairs.

Undoubtedly, great auto body work. However, If your looking for outstanding customer service. Keep looking!! They answer their phone, as if they either don’t want to be bothered, or as if they’re doing you a favor, by fixing your car!! You would think they’re doing it for FREE.

I had a fantastic experience with Andrade. They did a great job repairing my car. They also sent me daily updates via text message about the progress of my car. In addition to the texts, Dan called about every 2 days to personally tell me about their progress and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. When I picked up my car, in addition to the repairs, they had detailed it! It was cleaner than when I dropped it off and looked brand new. Andrade does a great job taking care of their customers.Update: Unfortunately, I had a car accident a few weeks ago but at least I knew where to bring my car. I trust Andrade Motorcar completely and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. They did such a great job on my car that I almost cried when I saw it. I ran back inside to thank them for the work they did! My car looks and rides like brand new. Im so glad they worked on my car and insurance didnt total it out. My car is absolutely beautiful. They even detailed it again and it has that new car smell. They do top notch, A+ work and I highly recommend them. Im a very satisfied customer.

By far the worst place Ive ever been too. Dont let these crooks touch your car or youll be spending more money to have it fixed. Terrible customer service too everyone in the office is miserable. Typically I like to find something positive within a business to write about, however I couldnt find one good thing about this shop.

I brought my car which is a 2011 Mercedes Benz c300 to this auto body shop after I got into a fender bender because the Hartford insurance sent me to “their” body shop. This place is a scam. They told me my car was a total loss and that from visible damages they were looking at over $8,000.00 and also said this was all after market parts. And that was before they even looked under the hood. They stated things were broken that weren’t. I had to go back to clean out my car and when I did there was a paper left on my front seat that listed all damages and prices for the parts and the grand total came to around $4,000.00 after all parts and labor. They straight lied to my face. They claimed my car was a total loss yet my car goes for over $12,000.00 on KBB for the condition it was in. So clearly they just lied to me to now go and fix it and re sell it. Such scam artists. And the employees are rude as ever! Do not bring your car here!!!!

If I could give a negative score I would give a -1M because 1 the guy Mike has bad customer service, he prejudice towards minorities, and thinks he knows how a car should be internally serviced just by looking at it and not diagnosing it like REAL mechanic is suppose to do. I could say a lot about certain people from the staff there but not all of them back up whatever lies Mike says out of his mouth.

I was all set to bring in my car for repairs. Once I spoke with the very rude and unprofessional Wayne. I decided to bring my car to a more professional auto body shop. Being without your car is stressful enough. The last thing I want is to deal with someone who clearly doesnt care about the customer or the car. Hit a tire on the highway and needed a repair. Wayne at Andrade Motors took my call, had me come in 10min later, had me back on the road within 30min and a handshake. Outstanding customer service!

Had to bring my car back to their shop two times after they did body work because on my front fender driver side fender they left the paint all blotchy on the edge where they thought I wouldn’t see it. Then the second time I had to take it back was because there was very small but noticeable rocks and dirt on my driver side door inside the clear coat. Luckily I had the lifetime guarantee through my insurance because not to mention they supposedly fixed my fender vent and claimed they used OEM clips like it originally had. Come to find out they used sheet metal screws and the inside of my fender was rusting. Will never go back nor recommend the owner/manager is rude and obviously doesn’t care to do quality work. I asked him to use OEM parts because I have a 2016 wrx not like it was a beater and he still went ahead and used sheet metal screws. This shop is a joke. North Haven Auto Body is a lot better

I brought my car here after an accident whicj geico insurance is covering! Its basically a one stop shop you drop your car off get a rental and go....then pick your car up when its ready! My issue was not with geico or enterprise but the actual work done by andrade motorcar! Their service can be better they need to be more detailed oriented and make sure you dont have to go through the process 3 times because they failed to get the job done correctly once!

First impressions are important. I went there this morning on February 8 about 9 am for a body work quote. The gentleman at the front asked if I was going through insurance when I said no he huffed and puffed saying Mondays are just busy days for a large shop like his. He said Ill take a quick look at it. We went outside side it was bumper damage and he said well its gonna be over 600$ why dont you go to a smaller body shop theyll have the time and it will be 300-400$. I can not believe a business turned away money. He basically snubbed his nose at me as a customer. He assumed I couldnt afford the cost. Im highly offended. And will never return whether its out of pocket or through insurance.

Rude unprofessional condescending staff went there because the Hartford told me too he proceded to tell me my car wasnt hit while im trying to explain they hit my open door wouldnt let me talk had to just get in my car and leave never go there again!!!!

Go elsewhere, terrible work, never prepped car prior to paint. when I questioned them their response was insurance company wont pay us for that and when I asked why I wasnt notified and that I would have paid the extra hour it would have taken to sand the area I was then told usually our type of clientele [whatever that means] cant afford to do additional work well that was the wrong answer .Im getting the area repaired and repaintedI shouldnt have followed Safeco recommendation to use their body shop but now they can pay twice

Called to get past info on my car for an IRS audit, not something I want to do but have to. Guy that answered phone was very rude and bothered that I needed this info. He ask for my license number, I thought he meant license not license plate. I no longer have the car so dont have that info. Then sarcastically asked me if I knew what my last name was. Honestly I feel sorry for the guy to be so angry at the world he feels the need to treat people that way. Anyways I apologize for bothering you and taking 2 minutes of your time, will pray for you to find peace. P.S. Jesus Loves You and he always gives 5 stars

My wife was rear ended mikes in orange towed our car to this place without our approval. Bob called me tolls me to come down and sign some papers. I told him my wife was handling this process and not to touch car until she called him. The next morning he called me with a quote, we wanted to get a 2nd opinion but they had already took car apart without our approval. Then tried to charges us a crazy amount for the tow of car, one who told them to tow to this place. Two there not suppose to touch car without verbal or written consent. Three car would be out of commission for over a week. The have a enterprise rental car satellite office. The agent tried to give my wife a car with defective tire, with a big chunk taking out. I pointed out this dangerous situation. He tried to ignore until I demanded another car. Overall very bad first impression. I pitty anyone who has cross path of this place

My towed car arrived there on Tuesday at 12pm. I was told on Wednesday my car was next in line. Its now Friday and Its STILL not diagnosed. #notEvenA1stTimeCustomerYet #placeIsTrash #iRecommendAcrackheadInsteadOfAndrade

I went through this shop as part of GEicos express repairs program. Theyre promise was that if i used this shop my car would be made the priority and the repairs would be done quickly. I had a horrible experience. I was told my car would be done Saturday, but did not get it back until Wednesday and then found that the repairs were NOT complete and had to bring it back!! at that time i was promised that they would fix the issue in that same day but then later received a call with more excuses advising me that in fact, my car would not be ready again! i was very angry at this time, as i expressed several times that i was only going to drop my car that day if they were going to fix the mistake within that business day, and was assured of this several times. When i got angry and called Geico to complain, all of a sudden i received another phone call from Andrade telling me that my car would be ready that evening?!!!!!!! These guys are FULL OF EXECUSES! and need to take on less jobs so they can actually begin to mean what they say.Not to mention, when i got my car back the first time, there did not paint the entire side of my van and tried to leave one piece with a big scratch on it so that i had to return again!! Then, my kids got into the third row of my van and there was a disgusting substance all over one side interior panel, which smelled like vomit! i spoke to the employee who had been dealing with me at the shop, and he assured me he would look into this, i dont know if someone was driving my car in all those days it reamined at their shop not even being worked on or what, but i never did get any answers. I would stay far FAR AWAY!WHile i was in the waiting room *(picking up my car for the SECOND TIME) another woman came in to pick up her husbands car and was told the exact same things i had heard so many days during this experience, that actually her car wasnt ready and wouldnt be until Monday (it was Friday). When she got her husband on the phone and he complained to the associate, the man put the phone down for a moment, then picked it back up and said, Ill get it done for Saturday. The woman then left the shop and the employee complained about them right with customers in their waiting room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
