I had New England Collision work on some body and undercarriage damage I had on my vehicle. My main concern was getting the vehicle back soon, and although it took longer than I had anticipated, the staff that I dealt with was amazing. This is the second time that Ive dealt with New England Collision, and the quality of work and professionalism from everyone there turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a good experience. Id like to specifically acknowledge Angel and Mike, for going above and beyond, and also doing whatever they could do to ensure that I was happy and my vehicle was taken care of.

Joe and his crew were incredible! After our car accident the last thing we wanted to deal with was insurance companies, appraisers and rental companies. New England Collision took care of it all for us. Our driver side door would not even shut from all the damage. They came to pick it up and left us a rental. They handled all the details for us. I knew our car was in great hands. They called when it was ready and we didn’t have to wait long. Impeccable service that you won’t find anywhere else and just look at these before/after photos. Dropped my 2018 Honda Accord off for front and rear bumper repair. John Kraemer and the crew looked at it-assessed the damage and wrote up a very fair quote. Got the car back and it looks as good as new. Both front and rear bumpers were replaced and repainted. Couldnt be happier with the service and work that was done.My father also had body work done to his truck here last year and was extremely happy with the service and quality of work done here.We will HIGHLY recommend family and friends to take their cars to NE Collision for any auto body/service repairs.

I highly recommend this auto shop. My car was pristine when I picked it up!! The damage was completely gone, the paint matched perfectly AND when I opened my car door, the interior was clean and fresh. I was blown away. The repairs were completed within the time frame they estimated and the quote was very reasonable. It was also super helpful that they have rentals available through Hertz on site. If you ever need body work done to your car, this is the place that will get the job done well!

My driver side mirror was knocked off in a accident.I shopped around different car repair body shops in the area.It was around new years eve and no one was willing to help me get the new parts in time.New England Collision Center made the effort to rush order the parts I needed and stayed in touch with me along the way.My car was back and ready to go the next afternoon!(Other body shops said it would take a week minimum).When I came in they greeted me warmly offered me coffee and water while I wait for the repair to be made.Really happy about their service and most of all the feeling of the costumer comes first.Highly recommend this place to get your work done.They will treat you like a mentch!

My landscaper who happens to be my friend scratched my car up from bumper to bumper with tree limbs. I immediately went to NEC to have them assess the damage. Fortunately everything was able to be buffed out. I am so grateful to have these guys in my corner!

I had my 2005 Dodge Ram in for driver side bed wheel well rust. I had them replace the panel. While they had it apart also paid to have them undercoat the entire bed. If you look at the repair there was clearly not enough paint put on the panel ( light / dark spots) and now 3 years later the undercoat they applied has peeled off the bed showing a nice shiny bed where nobody prepped the surface. Manager looked at me like I was crazy when I told him about not enough paint on the panel. 2500$ later never again!!! RIPPED OFF!!!!

I had an accident, and my car dealership recommended New England Collision. They did an AWESOME job and unfortunately about 1 month later my car got side swiped, needed another repair. ANOTHER AWESOME JOB!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

These guys are the best. They fixed the damage to my truck flawlessly and were able to manage the insurance company with ease. The whole deal ended up costing me LESS than my deductible. Though I hope to never use their service again I recommend them to anyone who wants it done right!

Friendly and attentive staff! They worked with me on getting the best price possible for my budget. Also really nice that they offer rides home if you’re in the area once you drop your car off.

Overpriced! Was told that the paint and installment of my bumper(which I brought) was $500, I paid the same day. Went there the next day and dropped of my car to get my painted bumper installed. Received a call later saying that I needed some extra part which cost approximately $160. Ok. Was told there would be no labor cost for the installed. In the end had to pay another $600, for LABOR AND PARTS.

Not only for crash repairs, also does an excellent car wash/ wax/ deep detail!!!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. That was the least stressed I’ve ever been about car repairs. I was given the solution that best fit my needs and budget, which I truly appreciate because I went in expecting the worst. I was taken to work, and given a ride back to pay and collect my car. I think that’s a unique service that made it convenient to get the work done. And it’s like the accident never happened! You always hope you never need these services, but if I ever do again they have my business and my recommendation to others.

Great service. Honest and timely. Fixed my front bumper on the spot in under an hour. They offer a free ride to your destination. Only downside: bathroom was out of order and no coffee. Bottom line: highly recommend

Im continued to be impressed by the level of professionalism, quality (in workmanship), and services New England Collision provided me in my last three visits. It worked on removing dents and repainting the front bottom of my E92 (BMW M3), and resurfacing/repainting the scratches on my Chevy Avalanche. The office admin manager, Christina, and Joe, the co-owner, have been absolutely phenomenal; they make you feel very important and most importantly, get things done, whether they be coordinating with insurance companies and adjusters or getting the jobs on time. Joe worked with me to defray the part or in some instance, all the deductible, and personally drove me back and forth from the shop to my home (3 mi away) a few times. This is the first and only place Id recommend my family and friends.

Having been referred to the shop perhaps my expectations were too high. When I picked up the vehicle after a very simple repair, I was not impressed with the quality of the paint finish, seeing dust particles in a number of areas. What most concerned me was the scuff on the drivers seat (leather) from what was likely a tool in someones back pocket - pure carelessness. I also requested the vehicle not be washed or cleaned, and that request was honored. I noticed another vehicle being washed with a broom or cash wash brush - not good. Overall I was not impressed and had forewarned the company that I had high standards - I regret going there.

NEC has a good reputation for a reason- they are fast and efficient. They took care of everything. The staff and crew were very friendly and took care of my car. Lifetime warranty on their work, but you can tell it was done right. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, Im going here.

I brought my truck in after damaging it by bungling a turn around in a tight space. I had my truck back two days faster than they estimated and for less then I could have hoped for.

Got into an accident last year in my wifes car during the snow season. Slid off the road and hit a guardrail. Needless to say she was not happy. 1 call to NEC and they had a rental car ready to go and a tow truck out to pick her car up. A week or so later it was out of the shop and looked GREAT!!!
