This is exactly what I had been looking and hoping for in a mechanic - knows everything about my specific car (Prius 2010), honest about what they can do, actively teaches me, and very reasonably priced! Id gone to a brake shop and they messed it up on accident, then a Toyota dealership and felt there was a lot of insincere politeness and overselling (while also making the problem worse). Here, they fixed the problem for 1/4 of the price and said not to pay them until I was sure it worked! They even gave me their own personal car to drive 10 minutes home. It was an exceptional experience and Ill be a loyal customer from now on!

Blown away. We had brake issues with our Prius and were charged thousands by other garages who failed to fix it. Not only did this guy fix it, he did it for half the price we were quoted elsewhere, promised a refund if it doesn’t stay fixed and even let us borrow his car. He also took the time to explain everything. Uzun is now our preferred garage.

I came here to fix my hybrid battery of my Toyota Prius. Mechanic was very honest and charged me really cheap compared to the market. He got it fixed before the estimated time. While my car is being fixed they took me to home and picked me from home the next day. He will be my mechanic for as long as I need a mechanic. Highly recommended!

I work at the VA. Only a 5 minute walk after I dropped the car off. Have had my 07 Prius in twice and can not be happier about every part of my interactions with Uzun. Great service. Got a flat tire on the highway and stumbled into Uzun out of luck. I was in and out in 30 minutes and at an extremely reasonable price. I explained the rush I was in and the father (owner, I believe) did everything he could to accommodate. Would recommend them to anyone - very nice and courteous.

Heard about Uzun through word of mouth but the reviews here are all accurate. Brought my older car here without a scheduled appointment and they were able to address the issues the day of! Dropped me off at home while they worked on it and the price was unbeatable. Definitely recommend this establishment!

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Had brake pads, calipers, rotors replaced and a brake fluid flush. Very fair pricing, I barely paid extra for the flush because he was already replacing the caliper. He Told me I didn’t need to get another flush for a while and to watch out for others who were out for my money who tell me I need it very frequently. Hard to find honest people like that these days. Thoroughly satisfied and would come again.

Top shelf!! Great guys father&son. I just bought my wife a used Kia Sorrento with low miles it runs great. We had already paid for it as-is and he said to us oh I also put in new brakes and a sway bar which he did out of his pocket!! As I already bought it. So extremely honest and reputable which is rare in any business today!!! I never go online to review anything but UZUN auto is awesome. I had to say something as a good car sales&repair place that is reputable&affordable is rare to find nowadays. I love the 2007 Prius I bought. Great price, clean, passed MD inspection-no problem. Honest/Transparent...Picked the car up after dark, and salesman made sure to show me that there was a scratch on the bottom panel that I wouldnt have noticed at night. My kids keep asking to borrow MY car even though they have their own. My daughter said she likes driving my Prius because it makes her feel safe. She might be their next customer!

Overpriced and unimpressive. We went to see a Prius that the price would be fine.. if the car was in good condition! When we saw the car the seats had cigarette burns all over them and he would not budge on the price despite the condition! His answer was to take the seats out of another car he was selling and put them in that Prius. I was really hoping for a better experience.

Uzun Auto has been a very good quality, and trustworthy mechanic for me for 3 years. You know how difficult it is to find reliable mechanic and dealers these days. They have been taking care of my 2011 Camry LE including brakes, oils, and many other regular fixes, as well as my spouses Prius, which she bought from them a few years back. We are quite happy with the cars and they go above and beyond to help you out with your problems with your car. Plus, they have specific expertise in hybrid batteries and Prius cars, which is quite hard to find in north east. 5 star for service, work ethic, pricing, and quality work. Kudos to you guys!

Hi Faten I do not agree about your comments and I have been know them for 20 years now. I have been bought from them 6 cars so far until yesterday I bout Honda accord and they are very kind people and many times they fix my cars without money, I think You do not know how to deal with cars and is your mistake to leave the light on. As I know their kindness they probably try to help you but I think you misunderstood them.
