One of the best kept secrets in West Haven...They have some of the best Mexican food money can buy. The service is friendly and attentive. The place is always clean and the food is always fresh. their burritos and big and delicious. If your on the fence about trying them ...go for it you want be disappointed.
We sat and ordered our drinks then my husband spotted MICE running around!!!!! We mention this to the owner of the restaurant and seemed very bothered. We took our business somewhere else, as most of you may know mice walk through unclean areas transporting infectious material, and they could carry fleas, mites and other tiny insects. Some possible outcomes from coming into contact with mice include Hantavirus, Listeriosis or dander and hair allergies. This place is unsafe and unhealthy, if I could I would give this place a 0 star review!!!

Eating there reminds me of when I was in the U.S. Navy out to sea. The food was horrible. They burn the toast even when you specifically tell them not to. Why ask how do you want the toast if youre not going to do it the way I asked you to. Ive been there twice but never again.

Delicious food and reasonably priced. The weekend specials are really great and worth trying. Desserts were excellent as well. A bit home in the wall feel but the restaurant by is clean and brightly lit. Easy Street parking.

This place is a gem in a slow part of town. Gracious service. I was bowled over by the consomé, served only on Sundays. Theirs is truly inspired. Consomé is a lamb broth produced by steaming (at least by the recipes I know) for 12-24 hours. Theirs is light, lively, and sublime, and I promise that I dont overstate this, a revelation.
Superb Mexican food - very authentic. Im particular about Mexican food because I grew up in El Paso, Texas. This place makes the grade. Lamb barbacoa was a nice surprise. They also have other unique dishes and specials for each day.

These people have no customer service skills at all. I ask to speak to owner Marcelo that is worst than his staff. I called to order a chicken wrap and was told that I have to pay $2.00 for avocado+$1 for cheese + .50 for cilantro. Really cilantro. This is Mexican cuisine everything usually has cilantro, avocado and cheese. Every time I call its a higher price. They need consistency and better people skills.
GREAT place! Extensive menu besides Mexican. Ive enjoyed everything Ive ever had from there. They always have the best tomatoes in their salads. Very nice people. They take pride in their food. Always seems to me that they give you a little better portions when you order for pickup than sit down.

This place was okay but not anymore I came today 1/26/2020 we was 6 people and they refused to give me 2 table and each table is o my for 4 people. Our plates did not even fit on the table and they where really rude they start talking trash about ur like how u disrespect ur costumer And it came from the owner. Smh
