Both of the times I have rented a unit from this company in the past 2 years have been successful. The prices are comparable to others in the area but the difference in what you get for that price is what makes all the difference. First, genuine employees, such as one employee named Colin who I had the pleasure of meeting, provided me with all the information I could ever need for the unit rental. The units are clean and easy to access. Not only are they easy to access, but more importantly - secure and safe. You have to enter a security code at 2 gates in order to access the indoor, climate controlled space which has 2 floors of units. The ability to park vehicles up to 15 feet in length indoors while loading and unloading make moving a breeze in any weather. Lastly, the location is to get to, easy on and off access from I-95 in less than a minute. I highly recommend using this company for your storage unit rental needs!

The young woman who waited on us was so friendly and knowledgeable! She made the whole process smooth and simple! I would highly recommend your facility to anyone! She was so helpful. It was so easy to get started and even easier to cancel my rental when I was done with the unit. I got a good deal. It was a bit pricey after my promotional period ended, but it was worth it. Great security, easy access, VERY clean, and the employees were fabulous.

This storage has been a godsend! This is the second time I have come to this storage when I needed extra space. It is always very clean, climate controlled and more reasonable than some of the other storages in the area.The staff has always been friendly and courteous.I would highly recommend the storage if you’re looking for a place to store. I really like that I can drive right into the building, unload or load and then drive out. The weather never gets in the way.

Highly recommended. Clean and very well-managed. Large open interior areas for loading and unloading. Service was personal and friendly and they always called (not just email or post) if there was a payment issue, such as a changed credit card number. Both the company and the local managers deserve much credit for their good work.

Very clean, drive in access makes it super easy to unload no matter the weather. The front desk is super helpful. There are carts always available to help you move your items.

We live in the West Coast but our kid attends school in New Haven.My wife found this place for our kid to store her dorm room belongings for summer break back in 2017 and we have used this facility every summer since then! Sue has been extremely helpful each time in helping us secure the right size unit at the best price available by phone as she knows we live 3,000 miles away! We have recommended this facility to many of our friends over the years and they have all had the same positive experience with the cleanliness of the units (the whole facility is flawlessly impeccable) and the level of service Sue and the rest of the staff provide. Highly recommended!

There is no room for a pick up truck with 7x12 trailer unless you want to walk 5 minutes back and forth from storage unit to truck

Highly disappointed. I was looking into getting a unit there but when i call them i got three different price within 30 minutes from two different people both working at metro storeage. I was told by the call center that the rates can go up within minutes. People should be aware of this when calling and getting information on rates . I prefer to find another location where you can get better service especially getting the right information.

Very dissatisfying would not Work with us we had a unit there and we had a month that was financial hardship were we asked if we could pay 2month because of the money situation they wanted us to pay 3months would not take 2months very bad business the manager was very abrupt and snotty now they are auctioning off our things and dont care this is a lot of our memories in there NIce way to do business I would definitely recommend that you dont store your stuff there if you want to see it again
