Meghan was amazing. We actually never meet in person but we had constant and clear communication via email and phones calls. She was so accommodating and patient with me. She sent me pictures and videos of all the engagement rings I was interested this. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep to help me out. Also my now fiancé absolutely loved the ring. I cannot speak well enough about Irene. She was AMAZING. It was like taking to a real life human being. Shopping for a ring is stressful and this was the nicest experience. We went other places and left feeling so stressed out and after leaving here it was like a HUGE sigh of relief. She wasn’t trying to “sell”Us anything, she was just giving advice and knowledge. We left feeling like we were so taken care of instead of feeling like we were sold something. The care she takes is unmatched. On a whim last summer my boyfriend and I decided to pop in to see if they had any black diamonds to try on at their Melrose location. While I don’t recommend popping in – definitely use their super easy online system to schedule an appointment to make the most of your time – we were lucky that day and were warmly greeted by Ruthie who we both felt instantly connected to. Ruthie is so genuinely cool and kind that her authenticity eased any sort of anxiety I had around trying on different pieces and asking questions. We later met, Irene, the store manager, whose knowledge and professionalism helped tremendously throughout the process of finalizing the order, selecting the stone, and customizing details. We remain especially grateful to Ruthie and Irene for their patience and kindness in accommodating us - which they expertly provided in a way that was really personal and special while also maintaining a high-level of service.
