Wow what an AMAZING experience at JLM. Linda and the team were absolutely incredible throughout this whole process. I am in LOVE with my dress and I am so happy I went here. They understood exactly what I was looking for and I ended up picking the first dress I tried on! They were all so nice and the communication was amazing. I cannot wait until my wedding day to officially wear my dress!

Spent the afternoon here with my girls and Mom and found the perfect dress. Jo Ann was a huge help and super patient! I love my dress! Allison Webb!!!

April Jo is a star! I had one of the best experiences here with her help. She was was through, patient and not pushy. I tried on so many dresses and had so many questions but felt so taken care of! Was in heaven. I ended up finding THE dress! Great selection and alteration process was straightforward.

Love JLM! The dress selection is diverse, literally any style you can think of they have! All so elegant. JLM also has a great flower girl dress selection; my daughter felt like a princess in her dress! Not to mention, impeccable service. Wish I could rate this 10 stars!

It has been a long search for my wedding dress and I finally found it here with a Lazaro dress. It is the perfect mix of elegance and simplicity. My mother knew it was for me as soon as she saw it. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and their COVID protocols were in place. I cant wait to pick up my dress!

Ive had just the best experience here- I picked out my dress in December 2019, and theyve held on to it & kept it ready for me until today, June 2021, due to covid. It was stressful enough having to postpone everything but the dress has been such a breeze. The process of picking the dress was also so fun and so unintimidating. They let me swoosh around in my dress and take all the photos I needed. Thank you April Jo for being such a dependable point person & for making the dress process so unbelievably worry-free!! ❤️

This review is based on how good the seamstress/alterations person is. Shes funny, communicative, professional and does an awesome job. Cant say the same about the hostess/receptionist where alterations are. Shes very confused, mixed up our appointment and added stress to an already stressful situation. Made us sit outside for 30minutes, didnt want to open the door. Terrible experience with her.

Sweet and lovely experience!Molly was amazing help in finding my dream dress.She helped me to openly discover what style dress I liked.I had a vision of what I wanted and she encouraged me to try on dresses I wanted and then also the ones that I might not have originally given a chance!Place is great, intimate, beautiful.Highly recommended.

Beautiful Wedding Dresses, wonderful quality and service.

They did not return my voicemail to schedule an appointment. When I showed up to try on bridesmaids dresses they let me know that they do not carry bridesmaid dresses in that store, despite what their website led me to believe. In addition the information they gave me for their affiliate bridesmaid store was inaccurate and unhelpful. I will not return to try and find my own wedding dress here because I prefer to work with people who genuinely want to help me. Not people who pretend they want to help so that they appear helpful.

Worst Company! Save your time and money!

To make a long story short, I drove all the way from Phoenix Az to West Hollywood just for this store. Not only do they carry the gowns I wanted to try but from the moment I called them they made me feel special and more than willing to help and accommodate my dad who is disabled as well as a bigger viewing party. But it didn’t just stop there once my appointment arrived we were greeted and offered champagne and Fiji water. See I’m a plus size bride and was worried about fighting into designer gowns and had a horrible experience trying on dresses here in Az. But they literally made me feel extremely comfortable and out right gorgeous. I had a confidence that day when trying on dresses that I hadn’t had since I was a way smaller size. But my stylist Malinda was absolutely amazing and if you want someone who will help you feel beautiful and easy to talk to ask for her! I’d 100% recommend going to them for your bridal needs if you want to truly feel and be treated like the princess you are regardless of size!

Very sweet consultant. Beautiful store location in a great shopping area. My consultant took photos of my in my dresses & emailed them to me so I could share them with my sister. I really appreciated them working with me on it since my family couldnt come with me to my appointment.Disappointed they didnt have a larger dress selection, including the next seasons samples. I just expected the flagship store would be stocked with all the styles.

Small jams. Every bride should check out this store.We have looked at 10 stores but found my daughter in laws dresses at JLM. Great customer service as well.
