Idiots work here.Tried gassing up, it said please see cashier. I go to see cashier and he says I need to pay cash and can’t pay credit. I told him the machine allows me to pay credit and we go back and forth for 40 mins.Little did the moron working the May 26/19 night shift know that the gas pump machine was broken with a large notice to him saying “CASH ONLY.”Meanwhile I kept getting blamed for the problem this whole time when it was his own idiocy.They’re rude, dismissive and incapable. Best to avoid the headache and go somewhere else.

I would give Zero stars if possible. I have been going to this gas station for years and years for convenience not for customer service. Over the past 6 months, I have noticed an uptick of unexceptable, rude and downright nasty employees. For the second time in a week, I had the misfortune to have dealings with an employee with the name tag Shadi (whom Ive seen chillin with his friends outside the booth on numerous occasions not working and leaving a line of people waiting). Anyway, on both occasions today and last week the same guy met me with instant attitude and a despicable tone. Todays interaction was especially brutal when I stated that my card had a problem at pump and I needed to use the chip. Before I could finish speaking he cut me off, laughed at me and said you didnt put the card in right. This escalated into more words and him getting nastier by the word. I told him Whats going on, Ive been coming here for years and years and this is the second time in a week that he was attacking me he said I dont care. I replied back you dont care??, he said no, I dont care. I left, but it was a terrible experience and he must be a family member or something and feels entitled to his terrible customer service. At least he is working I guess. I will definitely tell everyone I know not to ever go here again. I cant tell you the amount of money I have spent here, but enough is enough and I wont be back. I guess Shell Stations promote bad service.

Negative experience and unhappy with the service from Mike. Asked to speak to manager/owner Sam. Was told to call him. Called for 2 days and left my number for him to call me. He never called me back. Like the other person below, I live locally and will not use them again. The Shell station on Beverly + Fairfax is just as cheap.

Don’t come here to pump at 10 pm. You will have to wait 2-3 min while they restart their system, happen every night.

Was was just there to buy water for my daughter I parked and this short fat guy came right away with a bad attitude asking me if I was gonna park there I asked him he said he was gonna get my car tow I walked up to the store to buy some water next thing I know two police officers were asking me to leave I told them I was just gonna buy some water for my daughter and one of then told me that he wasn’t gonna sell me anything so I left I don’t understand how she’ll let people like this guy run a business I’m gonna call shell to report this too

I have 3 cars use this place for about 25 years and today I gas up and my dog need to do his business, parked and the owner from became very aggressive because I was parking here, explained my situation but the nastiness of and entitlement of the owner, I won’t be buying anything here anymore !!👍🏻👍🏽👍🏾👍🏼👍
