This is the cleanest, most stocked, friendliest 7-11 I have ever been to. Thank you to those who own it.

Always polite

I went in and the bald guy would not sell me water because no change i would have let him keep the change but he was quick to get me out with out any conversation.

They scammed me for some cigarettes, I accidentally paid with two $20s that were between the 1s and I didnt realize until a couple of minutes later. When I returned they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. Terrible service and the employees are extremely rude. I expect some kind of word or refund back from the managers. Im not giving 0 stars just because its not possible.

Staff is great and super friendly but most importantly they have some of the best darn spicy chicken wings Ive ever had

This 7-11 is by far the worst I have ever entered. The staff are mean, truly just mean people-they are lazy and rude. Management is clearly lacking proper skills to operate this store, somehow nothing ever changes, it is a depressing and sometimes outright horrible place to go into. I dont recommend hitting up this 7-11.

STAY AWAYI DANGEROUS! I stopped in for some wine... There was a shoplifter trying to take some wine. The cashier was wrestling him, the guy said he had a gun (this is all truth here), Somehow they ended up outside and I hear a crash. The wine bottle ended up going through the back of my car window. The cashier was telling me he was trying to get him back inside so he could do something to him. I met with the owners the following day, I should have gone to the dealer as I wanted but I kept I took it across the street to a place I hadnt had great experiences with (One Stop Auto... AKA dont make the same mistake twice) The repair was bad, they didnt wash the cheese from the stolen nachos or dirt off, because... they cant have running water at the body shop?. He rubbed his finger into the black paint with glass and dirt on it, its scratched in that spot now too. SO... I text my displeasure to the store manager and I am ignored. I seek help from 7eleven corporate. After 3 weeks of waiting they are not accepting responsibility. So what was a stop to pick up wine has resulted in damage to my car, I couldnt use my car over July 4th weekend or get a rental as they were sold out, Im a massage therapist and go to peoples homes.... 7eleven failed here on every level. The employee could literally have gotten someone killed. (google valley village 7eleven march 2016 for the more deadly end to this story) the management lied to my insurance and ignored me. 7eleven corporate @7elevencares doesnt have your back even slightly. Typically all you can expect is for the place to be open 24/7.I dont need to stop and often, but when I do, I noticed the employees on the night shift seem to go out of their way to be rude.The way i have seen the employees treat the homeless who wander in to buy their drinks is disgusting. I dont like this place.

As a regular, this store is always clean, well stocked and always has fresh coffee and tea.

CHECK YOUR TRANSACTION! This place will rip you off, they charged me for an extra large slurpee and they dont even carry that size, then he tried to rip me off $.60 of my change!

I wish store owners would actually pay attention to whats going and take responsibility for what is going on at their place of business. This store is not only disgustingly dirty, but it is a hub for the homeless, vandals and mentally ill. Sadly, I live right behind the store and have had my car vandalized and worse. We have called the police and they do all they can. I feel bad for my landlord that the investment of her property is made horrible because 7-Eleven chooses to take no responsibility for their clientele and their environment.

They actually do not speak to you here. Worst 7/11 ever. 1/10
