These guys are super professional, nice and friendly. The Eye Doctor have such a great personality and makes it not awkward at all to just sit and have him check your eyes.They went out of their way to help me and was able to have me pick up my prescription glasses the same day too. I love how they offer discounts and deals on your purchases. I got 9 pairs of color prescribed contacts and cool brand name glasses and so affordable. I was even surprises when they told me how much the cost was. This is the most affordable and convenient place I’ve been to so far and I love it. I will totally recommend it if your looking for great quality and people who wants to help you not just to hit sales only. ;)

Hands down, worst experience I’ve ever had. Loved my eye doctor, but the experience after has just been a complete hassle. Ladies up front in the glasses center will harass you if you do not want to order through them. Company will not release your prescription to order glasses from a third company. Even stopped in twice to get my prescription and they will not give it to me. They just write down what it is without your prescription number. Useless if you are trying to order from anyone but them.

These guys are super friendly and helpful. They are also quick to get you in and get your glasses sorted out. It was especially nice since I was dragging along two little kids. They were patient and informative. Great visit!

Well hello there, here is my experience at Lens Crafters. First of all the receptionist was nice, and she was on top of my appointment. I appreciate it. Second the eye doctor from Minnesota whos lived here in Utah for 30 years was super friendly and listened to my eye problems the rash Ive been having for the past t 3 months. Finally Gabe, was helpful, even though the system wasnt working, he provided me with is opinion on the frame I was interested in and provided me with my information needed if I decide to get my glasses somewhere else. The rest of the staff was great as well the girl with the cool heart converse was nice, the lady with the blond hair long hair was helpful as well and even gave me my receipt. This 👁️👁️ exam place if definitely one you want to go with. Everyone is in friendly and with a good vibe. If your a Karen or a Kevin stay away from this place and dont take your negetive Nancy non sense to them. Anyways have a great day hope my review was helpful. 🙌😉

All staff associates are kind, caring and attentive. I had a wonderful experience here with my family and I. Our exams with the doctor was suburb! I absolutely recommend anyone with vision needs to come in and be taken care of.

Everyone was very friendly. Good customer service, which can be hard to find these days. The doctor took his time - I didnt feel rushed choosing between 1 or 2, 3 or 4 as he flipped the lenses. The store had a nice variety of frames.

The staff were extremely helpful in finding me the frames I LOVED. I wasnt sure if I really transion lenses. Matt answered all my questions. He even stepped outside into t he sun so I old how quickly the lenses transitioned from dark to clear.

I walked in at 6:40pm and asked if I could purchase some glasses with an existing prescription. I was told that unless I have time to choose them and be all done in 20 minutes I will need to come back another day. The lady informed me they close at 7. Frustrating, especially since I googled the address before I left and the hours say they close at 9:00pm. Regardless, I walked in 20 minutes before closing at 7:00 pm and was sent out the door. I will not be returning.

I came in needing a pair of prescription glasses. Mateo who worked me really did a great job making sure i find glasses that would fit my taste and would accommodate this big head of mine. In the end i was able to find the perfect glasses and the price was right as well even without insurance. He made the transaction easy and painless. And Javon(sorry of i misspelled the name) helped me out making sure that the glasses fit perfectly upon pick up. Overall a great experience. These guys are awesome.

Prices are completely janky and dont add up properly. Their live chats and direct phone calls are garbage that you cant get an ounce of help on. Ill celebrate the day lens crafters goes out of business. Highly do not recommend.Edit to response: Ive already filled out that form numerous times have also gotten absolutely nowhere. Nobody in the lenscrafters business has any knowledge of anything. Contract redirect, redirect, redirect. Terrible customer service practice having to jump through hoops to get anywhere.

The service is very good and professional. They back their product with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and stand behind it. I took my glasses back after a week and a half and they provided me with a complete new pair. The only issue I had was how long it took to get my glasses. Hopefully I get my new pair in a little more timely manner.

Been wearing glasses/ contacts since I was 5; by far the worst experience overall in my entire life with the exception of 1 employee. Stick to Costco or anywhere else, promise it’s worth it.

No one called to tell me my lenses were ready tonight. I just called them now to inquire on what happened with my lenses today, and the store is closing for the night in 5 minutes. What am I supposed to do to see tomorrow? These were my only glasses. Disappointed that no one called to notify me, after they had specifically asked how I wanted to be notified ( Would you like us to call, text or email you?). Wish I had selected Personally deliver them to my door.

The doc was super efficient and friendly as well as the rest of the staff, was in and out in maybe 1/2 hour, paid for the exam and glasses and was gone in a hurry. Was able to select a nice set of frames for a fair price off the wall and had them ready in a week less than they quoted me. overall excellent experience and now i can see again.

Went for myself and my 7 year old. They made us both feel comfortable and very friendly. Really busy on Saturdays so would plan during the week for future visits with little ones.

We purchased a very expensive pair of glasses on December 3rd 2020 from Mateo. Recently the lens were scratched so I called the store to asked about the scratch resistant warranty. The store associate explained that LensCrafters only offered a 30 day warranty on there glasses, lens, frames etc unless you purchase a one year warranty. I was shocked because Mateo never explained this to me. Please avoid LensCrafters, they are very dishonest. I will be calling my insurance today to inform them of LensCrafters policy as well. I should have purchased my glasses from Walmart, Walmart stands behind there glasses, lenses and frames for full one year.

Doctor Campbell is literally thee best optometrist I have ever had the privilege of working with. Lannie, the tech, is also the sweetest most thoughtful lady I have ever met - and my mom is awfully sweet and thoughtful. This store is a gem amongst LensCrafters. Everyone is so friendly and inspirationally informative. No other LensCrafters Ive been to has treated me like theyve known me my entire life. I can tell these guys have my best interest at heart.

They sent a text saying to pick up the glasses any time at 7:05. Google was updated with hours 3 weeks ago to 9 pm. We got here at 8 pm and theres a sign on the door saying they closed at 7pm.

This office is so horrible. I’ve been trying to get just my prescription for my contacts for 2 days now. I don’t understand the difficulty of this task. I went in person myself to get it, and I went to Costco where I usually get my contacts. They wrote the prescription wrong, tried called the office to fix this. They said sure, we’ll send it right over. They took about 15 minutes just to call me back saying. Oh we don’t have the update of your prescription on file. I informed them I was just in 10 to 15 minutes ago. How is my prescription not correct? I just don’t get it. Rachel said I’ll look into it and see what I can do. She didn’t call me back, I called her back. Since it was taking more than 10 minutes. She informed me that person that wrote my prescription was no longer their, and neither was the doctor. And neither updated my prescription. She said to call back the office tomorrow and she’ll talk to the doctor and have it fixed. I call the next day, the lad that helped me said hold on.. let me get to a computer. I was on hold again for 10 minutes, and got disconnected. This office is so unprofessional, and just overall rude.

Doctor Campbell, as usual, was fantastic. I have been seeing him for years and he always gets it right. I would suggest this place for him alone. He and the staff are very quick, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful.The glasses selection is strong if you lean a little more towards trendy styles like Ray-Ban and Oakley.The prices however, are not. The frames were reasonable but I was able to purchase the frames that I wanted, (which werent available from Lense Crafters) and keep high index lenses for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.$500+ for high index lenses is too much. Might be worthwhile if your prescription is low. I will continue taking my business elsewhere until this changes.

My glasses were ready for pick up in just two days, which is super fast! I got a convenient text when both pairs were ready. Staff was friendly. I did have some unrequested charges on my receipt that were never mentioned by the associate nor did I ask for but I was automatically charged for 2 protection plans for each pair of glasses that came to about $70. I did go back the next day to have it fixed & I did appreciate that they refunded it without incident but in the future the associate should ask the customer first before charging for it, otherwise it seems a little shady wether they intended to do so or not. Other than that the customer service was good.

My spouse and I went to Dr. Chad Campbell for eye exams for over 4 years now at the Jordan Landing store in West Jordan Utah. We went in for our annual checkup yesterday and Dr. Campbell as usual was exceptional. This is not the case when it comes to the people who work in the store. I had questions about why our cost was so high and the salesperson Ashley did not answer any of them. So after my wife was being quoted over 500 dollars, I got frustrated and walked out. My wife stayed and paid the bill for the opti-scan and bought some contacts and glasses. When she got to the car, the cost was still near $300.00. The receipt did not explain what the costs were. So I had her call FEB Blue Cross and find out what it is supposed to cover. The explanation did not match what your Lens Crafter employee told us. We called and canceled the contacts and glasses and had FEB Blue Cross Blue Shield cancel the authorization. When my wife called in to cancel the order, they told her the contacts had already shipped and that we would have to come in to get our refund. So I went in and started talking with Javen and Ashley heard us talking and interrupted us and took over. I asked her to explain the cost. I told her that the receipt shows that we were being charged a co-pay and our insurance does not have a co-pay. She went back and forth on how the receipt works, but never explain how the co-pay shows up on the receipt. Then her manager walked over and stood next to her. Ashley, infant of her manager snapped at me saying You walked out!!! I told her I walked out because it was too much money!!!. The manager then told Ashley to leave because he is rude!!! Actual words. She proceed to call me rude at least 5-7 more times. She processed the refund and asked me to leave. I asked her if she was ever going to tell me what the charges were on my receipt. Her answer was If you were not rude, I would do that, but your rude. I simply wanted an explanation of what was on my receipt and what was charged to my Insurance. I told her that I had been going there for over 4 years and never had an issue. She asked me to leave. I asked her for my medical records. She snapped at me and said, no problem, I will go get them right now. Then she said that I will email them!!! So I gave her my email address. The problem is, that I already know as a health administrator and my wife a medical billing coder that this is not allowed with HIPA. Worst visit ever!!!. I am a 24 year Army Veteran with 3 combat tours, combat wounded and disabled, and federal employee. I think I deserve a little more respect. We have spent a lot of money at that store with my family. We have been loyal customers. This is no longer true. If that manager and Ashley are removed, we may consider going back. Even though you are not part of the BBB, I will file a formal complaint with them. I am pretty laid back and easy going. But this is the most un-professional experience I have ever had.

The glasses I was considering before hand wouldnt have looked nearly as good. He also did a great job of adjusting the glasses even though I am picky. They said they would come in 7-10 days but I got it in 4!

Beyond rude service horrible prices. David the assistant manager wasnt only rude he was completely unhelpful. I went in to see about replacing scratched lenses. When I purchased the frames and lenses a year ago it was $210 total not on sale and no insurance. He told me to just replace the lenses today it would be over $300. When I asked him to explain this he said its just the way it is and seems perfect reasonable. On a second pair it was worse.. I paid $180 for all and to replace lenses it was $340.. again I asked why and he said because it is. Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

Doctor Chad Campell is really friendly and amazing with my kids. We look forward to our annual visits. He always remembers who we are and things we talked about on our last visit. My kids and I had a great visit with him today. Also, the associate sho helped us find glasses for my son was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I think his name was Javan or Jaden. I wish we could remember because he was really great with my kids. He was really fun with my boy. He helped fiz my sons old glasses for him. He complemented my sons tee shirt, which made him feel really cool. We all left with a great feeling and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Great customer service! Steele repaired my glasses that I expected to pay for since it was obvious I didn’t buy my frames from there. He said that this kinda fix was still free and even cleaned them up. He easily could have charged me when I asked how much it would be. He was quick and professional.

I am so angry. We paid over 600 dollars for glasses and sunglasses. Were told that it would be 7-10 days. We got the sunglasses within a week. It has taken over 3 weeks to get the glasses, still nothing. They dont communicate with customers. Every time I call all I get is Did you get your text message. Do you think if I had gotten a text message I would be calling you asking if the glasses have arrived? All I have been told is that there is a problem with the lenses. No other explanation, nothing. Isnt this your business? Isnt this what you do? Dont you have more than 1 pair of lenses per frame. I have never had such horrible customer service. I get no answers when I call and talk to someone. Just a fake and insincere apologies. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to get a new pair of glasses. I will never go through Lens Crafters again. I will stick with other places. Very dissatisfied.

I first got my glasses at the beginning of July. Its now the second week into August and I still havent really been able to wear them. When I first got them I had anti-reflective put on them but I was not told that it makes them smudge. It made them smudge to the point that it felt like cheap eyewear that you get at the dollar store and I could not even see out of the glasses. So I took them back and told her about it and she said oh yeah they do smudge and you need to have special towelettes to clean them (which is super inconvenient and I was not told about this). Then I told them that I would like to reorder the glasses without the anti-reflective. A week goes by and I got a call that my glasses are ready, I go into the store and they have remade the exact same glasses I have, with the anti-reflective, they changed nothing. So, I try reordering the glasses right then and there but she said that I needed to have my credit card with me to refund the purchase so she could reorder the glasses. I did not have the card with me and I told her that I could just bring the card with me when I came to pick up the new glasses and she said that she needs the credit card now otherwise she cant reorder them. She wanted me to drive all the way back home then all the way back out there just to give her my credit card so she could reorder my glasses. I wish I could have had a better experience with this company but I cannot get past the disorganisation.

I came here with my family of four. They have very friendly employees that work out front a great selection of glasses and services. Although, the doctor that helped us spent very little time with us. He performed the eye exams so quickly my wife felt that his prescription was very inaccurate compared to all of her previous ones. This was our first time here I dont think we will be back.

Mistake!! My husband and daughter both needed eye exams and glasses this was 3 weeks ago! We are STILL waiting on the glasses! To be fair my husbands glasses came in last Friday however it was the wrong prescription! They re ordered the glasses and we get told ohhh they will be in Friday thats today. I call to see if they have arrived and was told oh the ups driver didnt deliver our package today so nope not today! We spent over $800.00 on glasses that we have waited 3 weeks for!!! Hopefully if and when they come in they will be right this time!! Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere!

My son just picked up his glasses yesterday and the lens already popped out. He is legally blind without his glasses and this puts my son in danger when driving if they cannot make a quality lens. I am so very sad. I was hoping we had finally found our forever vision home but when I called to let them know he was coming in on his lunch break I was told well as long as we have a full staff and not many people we can take care of him soon. When asked if this is covered I was told depending on what needs to be done. Are you serious? YOUR LAB made the lens incorrectly and you put MY family at risk? NO I dont think so. UGH shame on me for trying to find something closer to home. I wont be going back here next year. Im just glad that I didnt get MY glasses here just my son and husband. I will for sure be going somewhere else from how I was treated on the phone. Glasses are not for looks as the staff that works there should know...PEOPLE depend on them!!!!

Great and fast service..

We were unable to afford there frames and lenses so we had to get the eye prescriptions from them and go somewhere else. They wrote the wrong prescriptions down and now our kids have the wrong glasses. Unwilling to fix their mistake, we are out a couple hundred dollars. Definitely do not recommend! Go somewhere else!I forgot to mention when I brought the issues up with the receptionist she tore the copies I showed her and tried writing down a new prescription and back-dating (more then 3 weeks previous)the script. After I told her I gave her a copy she just refused to help.
