Dr. Swain was gentle but thorough. The entire staff was friendly and efficient.

Friendly high quality service. There was a delay in the delivery of my glasses. They kept me informed and called as soon as they arrived.

Everyone is super nice and helpful. One of the gals super-glued my glasses frames back together and Im impressed that they are still holding 5 weeks later! I got great deals and the docs are professional

Sadly I waited almost 10 years to get new glasses. I just purchased a new pair and they were a ton of money with two insurance companies, and they hurt my nose, they fall off my nose, and they are heavy. In addition I wanted and needed the transition factor and I am very disappointed with that too as they barely turn a light Grey. I shouldve gone to Lens crafters.

I have used Shopko optical for the last 2 years for myself and this year I brought my 8 year old daughter also. The optometrist is thorough and really patient with young kids. He even chatted up my 6 year old while we were there.The optical manager Dan made sure my glasses were perfect. My prescription is difficult to make work in certain frames and Dan went above and beyond to make it happen in the frames I wanted. He also has great eye for what will look good on your face shape.They have made a lifetime customer out of me.

Dr. Holmes is the best Eye Doctor Ive ever been to. He gives great advice, obviously knows his field very well, stays up to date on the latest eye knowledge and very freindly. His staff is also very helpful and freindly. Not to mention, their prices are incredibly reasonable and available hours are great.

They are very knowledgeable about the services.
