The night manager/cashier Jen is so sweet and so helpful. I was in the other night with my baby and she was screaming and she was so helpful with my checkout and coupons. I come to this location because of the sweet staff that’s working at night. I’m a nurse a work long hours and it’s nice to come here late to do a little coupon therapy.
I went to return something and they would only give me half of what I paid. I called customer service as the manager said to get my receipt. An hour later I have my receipt and they said it’s the wrong type of receipt. And gave me half f what I paid in store credit. They wouldn’t even let me get a new working version of what I paid for. Very disappointing don’t go to cvs the return policy is ridiculous. It was a fountain by the way so don’t buy that either.
At this location the pharmacy actually closes at 730 on Saturdays. and 1130 weekdays. I have been burnt a few times now, arriving 10 min. before closing time. To find the pharmacy all buttoned up.Absolutely no sence of community service present at cvs 7777 south redwood road
I have been coming to this location for at least two years. I am sad to report that I will soon be switching pharmacies as CVS’s service quality has really declined. If you call and talk to them about it, they will talk about the labor shortage. But they fail to actually provide a livable wage to their employees, or good benefits. There’s not a labor shortage, there is a shortage of people who will work a type of job such as this for such a terrible wage. It is patterns like these that will pave way to using delivery only competitors such as Amazon pharmacy or OptumRX, unfortunately.
If you are in need of prescriptions plan to wait about 30+ minutes in line, literally the worlds slowest cvs. Will most likely be switching pharmacies. Do not recommend.
Stay away, worse ever. Had 3 appointments for a COVID test. Showed up at 4:00 pm (3 appointments 4:00, 4:10, 4:20) waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes before getting to the window. Told the lady we had appointments for the COVID test. She closed the window and told us that the COVID testing closes at 4:30. After arguing with her they finally said okay. After sitting there for another 15 min and having people behind us honking we finally got the test handed to us. Best part of the whole thing is we have to use them for the 72 hour negative test to travel to Hawaii, along with having to pay $139.00 per person to administer the test to ourselves.
Do not, I repeat DO NOT let a pharmacist called Leslie take care of you under ANY Circumstances!!! This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my whole life here in Utah. She was so rude to me from the start to the end that by the end I was just crying in my car.I went to get my COVID test done, but I was extremely ill, and forgot my wallet home. We waited about 40 minutes In line. I forgot my insurance card, and Since I live about 40 minutes from that location, I was trying to find a picture from my insurance card. And I was telling her that I could call my insurance to figure that out and she was super rude, but I understood that it was my mistake. She told me to pull out my car to the side and come back when I find the picture. I called a neighbor and ask them to go to my house and take a picture of my card for me, they did. I came back and she looked at me and said “you gotta go back to the line” and I told her that I couldn’t wait anymore because I was feeling really sick and she just LEFT and turned off that phone that they use to talk to us. So I got back in line, we waited for another 45 minutes and I took the test.Leslie, even if you’re in a bad mood, please don’t treat anyone like that. This is like 101 for customer service.Never coming back to this location. Ever!!!
I called to ask when my prescription would be ready, and they told me 3:00pm. When I showed up at 4:35pm, they told me it was not ready and then spent 20+ minutes preparing my prescription, making me very late for class.
I like CVS because of their prescription ready texts and this store because the proximity (the driveway is easier to get out of compared to the walgreens across the street). That last fact is the only reason I go to this CVS though. The pharmacists arent very nice, and Ive picked up a few different meds there that need a pharmacist talk and have never been offered one- and they seem too busy and unkind to even bother. Even at Walmart they ask if youd like to talk to a pharmacist or tell you the med requires a consultation. And though masks are still required, not all employees wear them. All of the CVS urgent care doctors Ive encountered are very nice but I seriously wouldnt recommend the pharmacy.
Whet to get a covid-19 shot today did a walk in very nice experience Elizabeth was very nice I didnt even feel the shot hung around for 15 minutes had no side effects Thank you Elizabeth and CVS for easing my mind
Waited in the drive thru for over an hour today. Literally. Come on guys.
No matter what time you call no one will answer your call. I am going to change pharmacies.
These people actually followed me and my nephew around the whole shoreline we was going to steal something. They were also very EXTREAMLY rude I am a prod LDS member and wouldent dare take anything from anybody without permission. I hope that they will find a better way to go about things this really bothered me for the rest of that day. Im sorry but I will not be stepping foot inside of that store again.
Been there couple of times getting my prescription never had any issues, prices were acceptable because I dont have insurance
I have transferred all meds to a different CVS because anytime I try to refill they are out. This is my last prescription at this location!! The new CVS Im at are on top of it!
Clean store, was not crowded
So I have gone to this store maybe a total of 12 times my whole 30 years in Utah. CVS is one of my very favorite stores ever! Ive never had an issue with shopping at this CVS up until yesterday! As soon as I walked in, I see the jewelry section in the very front of the store. Of course I walked over and started looking at what they had, and right away I noticed a younger female employee walk by where I was standing and holding a couple rings in my hand because I wasnt able to put them in the cart with the rest of the jewelry I picked out because they would have fell through the cart because they were too small. As soon as we made eye contact I already knew that she had already made the assumption that I was there to shoplift,b I was holding them in my hand Im assuming. after she walked out of sight it was just a few seconds after I heard them call security over the intercom. I really didnt think much of it at that point because of course I was not there to shoplift! Well every aisle after that I noticed I had a shadow following me! And I became very irritated and frustrated and even uncomfortable at this!!! My boyfriend had came in a little while after and I had told him to pay attention to the next aisle we walk down because we were going to have the same lady at that next aisle. Sure enough there she was! There was three different ones following me around the store the whole time! At this point I was furious so I went up to the front to check out and I had asked the employee at the cash register if there was a reason why they have employees following around their paying customers. She looked over at one of the other ones that were following me and told me to ask her. That lady had told me that security was called because I was over in the jewelry section quit looking at jewelry with my purse in the cart and it was opened!!!! Ummmm first off, I thought thats what the jewelry was there for was to look at & to purchase the ones you picked out!!! I had no idea I wasnt able to bring my purse inside the store and set it in the cart with it being open! I do not understand how this was a problem and why it got security called to follow me around! I didnt ask to security employee lady if she would like to look in my purse and she told me no. I told her that I felt it was very rude that they treated their customers that way and very uncomfortable! And then my boyfriend told them that it was very disrespectful and they shouldnt act like that off sumption and not facts. She then told us that if we did not like it and felt that way that we didnt have to come back to that store again. So we left all the items in the cart and walked out because we were refused to give them any of our business!!! I cannot believe how rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and very unprofessional all these employees were! I will NEVER go back to that CVS EVER again!!!
I have had mostly very positive experiences here, and the employees are usual very friendly. I do like their Care-pass, it has been very beneficial and useful; I believe I would recommend it to just about anyone.
I have been going for years then one day the systems crash and I cant get my meds. Hello these medication are not something to mess with and they tell me they cant do anything. When I told them to transfer them to another pharmacy that I have used because the CVS I use isnt open 24hrs he tells me he cant do that. This is total BS because I have had them do it before when they didnt have have I needed in stock. I will be moving my family medications out of CVS. I will never go back.
We have been going here for awhile. We have a son with special needs that requires a lot of medications, and a lot of time sensitive medications. We just constantly have problems with the pharmacist filling prescriptions for us. And they are extremely rude. There is a lot of turnover. When we first started coming here their pharmacist was really nice and we had no problems and now it’s a different pharmacist every time. No good. I would recommend another pharmacy to anyone getting their medications here. Brian treated us with no respect and was horrible to us.
No one working there was wearing their mask properly.
This is by far my favorite CVS! Every time I enter I am greeted and the store is always clean. Megan is an amazing employee who always says hello. I regularly use coupons and have never had an employee get upset at the amount of coupons I’m using.
I have never visited this CVS location without being greeted in a warm and friendly manner by every employee I pass - This pleasant experience is made all the better by the outstanding Pharmacy staff that care for me and my family. I ALWAYS know that I can get the advice I need about a prescription, its interaction with other meds, and so on. I also greatly appreciate the lengths to which this pharmacy will go to coordinate my prescription refills so that I do not have to make multiple trips. Many thanks to each of you for making my experiences at CVS pleasant ones!
Amazing store and staff, always get greeted when I walk in the store.
I have called 3 Cvs pharmacys open 24 hours to ask a question no one answers the phone, your terrible
Corporate seriously needs to revisit the hiring process. I came here with a friend on Saturday 06/23/18 at around 11:50pm, we came in wanting to buy several items. We were there for about 2 minutes and Megan approached us and and said just so you guys know were closing in about 5 minutes, I looked at my watch and asked if they closed at midnight and she said yes and walked off. So we just grabbed the most urgent item we needed and were on our way to pay before the other lady that worked there came up to us and said were closing in 5 minutes. At this point I was annoyed, when we went to the register I noticed the 24hrs sign all over the store and I asked why all those signs stated 24hrs yet they were closing at midnight. The girl gave me some excuse about there being no workers. I said I would call corporate and asked her for her employee number since she said she was in charge and had not rung me up. She rolled her eyes and said, what do you wanna shop more or something? She refused to give me her employee number and just wrote her first name on the back of the receipt. Megan was very rude and unapologetic about kicking us out. This place is honestly garbage because of the people they have working here.
This is one of the cleaner CVS stores Ive visited lately, so much so that it stood out to me upon walking in. I did have a problem with pricing on some eye drops that were ringing up at twice their marked price. Turned out that they had the exact same product in the same boxes but with different UPC codes, one at double the price. Kind of frustrating as it added time to figure this out, but the employee who helped me was nice through the experience and I left happy.
Got an email saying my meds were ready and they had to be picked up or they would be sent back. Got here and was told they weren’t ready and I would have to wait 20 minutes to get them. At least the girl was nice at the window.
Dr called in medication an hour ago and they said its not ready. In fact they can’t find it. Called my Dr, they said they had a confirmation. Dr office called and 4 people in back with phone ringing - no one picked up. I sat there while it rang for nearly a minute. I caught the tech and said “thats my Dr calling about this issue”. They picked up then told me itd be ready shortly. Not even an apology wth.
I love love this pharmacy. The girl New was so kind answered all my questions!
My local drugstore pharmacy. friendly employees
Horrible customer service. Wouldnt fill a script from my dr.
I have been visiting this CVS location since August 2018. I went the first time from curiosity about their makeup and skin care. When you go in, you can become a member of the free Beauty rewards club. Each week, you will receive at least 1 - 4 beauty coupons in your email, which you can click to send to your CVS card. You need to check the coupon expiration date. Some are good for only 1 day. Then you should look at the CVS ad/circular online or in-store to see the deals for the week. Deals run from Sunday to Saturday at midnight (12am Sunday). You will see deals listed brand by brand which tell you if you spend $12 in Maybelline, for example, you will receive $4 extra bucks on your receipt or in your online/app account after you pay. You can then take the $4 extra bucks, rip/cut it off your receipt (there is a bar code the cashier scans), and purchase another item. You will pay $4 less than the listed price on that next item. You can go find another brand with a good deal and use your $4 extra bucks on that. Or you can take it home (the extra bucks are usually good for 20-30 days) and watch the ads for the next week to see if theres another brand with a great deal featured.I always check the free CVS app and my email every day that Im planning to visit CVS. I see what department has coupons, and I click on Beauty, Personal Care, Health Care, etc. I save any coupons Im interested in to my card. Most of these get printed out at the red kiosk. But the ones that come to me in my email stay on my account and can be applied at checkout. The first time I went in to look at Makeup in August 2018, I chose a highly raved about baked blush called Luminoso. I knew that blush might be $7.99 at Walmart, but Walmart will not give me $7 extra bucks when I pay. So even if Im paying $3 more to get those extra bucks, I now have $5 more than I would have had if I purchased at Walmart. When I go to the 7777 S Redwood Rd CVS location at night, Im always greeted politely. Usually the staff person tells me if I need them to help me with anything, just ask. I go straight to the red kiosk to enter my card number or phone number print my coupons. My favorite makeup deals so far:1) Spend $10 on any Non-clearance Physicians Formula or Milani product, get $7 extra bucks.2) Spend $15 on any non-clearance Physicians Formula product, get $10 extra bucks.3) Spend $12 on Cover Girl, get $6 extra bucks.Etc. Etc.Choose carefully, because you are only allowed to get the deal one time. When you pay, your CVS account keeps track of whether you already redeemed that deal for that week.It pays to be patient! Dont just shrug and say, Well, Im already here so Ill just spend my extra bucks on anything. Save it for what you really want!Purchase everything that will give you Extra Bucks separately, so you can use each extra bucks voucher on the next item. You have to figure out before approaching the checkout, what is the best deal and order to purchase each item or brand specific product. The night staff employees at this CVS are very sweet, helpful, fun, friendly, and patient. I began going late at night after work, and I like not having a crowd to shimmy around or wait for someone to scoot over when Im browsing through the makeup aisles and displays.
They send a text message to pick up, when I get there they dont have it. Now its back ordered. Worst pharmacy Ive ever been too. The most unfriendly, useless....rrrr Ill stop now
The new manager accused my son of stealing when I sent him back in with the receipt she said I was not allowed in the store .To my son When we asked for her Supervisor number She refused stating that she was the manager Very very unprofessional. Extremely rude.......
Rudest least helpful employees I have EVER dealt with at a reasonable pharmacy. This place is worse than Walgreens, which is saying something. I could tell my whole ridiculous and terrible experience but it would take pages. I truly believe they were purposely sagotaging my Rx pickup. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
I had a poor experience here where I tried filling a testosterone prescription. The pharmacist took my prescription and in front of everyone, told me that they dont fill prescriptions from that doctor. The tone of the comment was totally inappropriate and came across to me as very judgmental.Look! I am older. I do not look like a bodybuilder. My testosterone is VERY low without HRT. Thank you for rubbing it in my face that I am getting older or must be some shady person taking that path to address the issue. I am not happy about having to take test. but at least I have enough energy to get out of bed.I took the prescription and went to Smiths AND have transferred my other prescriptions along with my wifes to a pharmacy that doesnt treat me like some co-conspirator or soon-to-be felon. Totally uncalled for.
Did not have the CVS generic drugs I was looking for. 😩👎🏼However, employees were helpful.
Excellent store manager. Great deals in there ad .

I went here to get my Prescription sat in the drive though for 1 whole hour and finally I left came inside and waited another 30 min just to pick up my prescription....
Great customer service. Always clean.
I arrived to pick up a prescription I dropped off and when they told me that they didnt have enough to fill it. They did say I could call around to find but who had it. Seriously. Oh and I was never notified about any of this until I showed up. Worst experience ever.
Idk whats wrong with this Pharmacy but theyre a bunch of psychos.
Why does it say its open 24/7 when it isnt open 24/7? This is garage
Great employees!
Great buys
