Im confused with the pharmacy. I called at 12:20 and was on hold for 20 minutes until it said they went on a meal break so i could either call back in 30 minutes or i could wait on hold. Then i called back when theyre meal break was over and Ive been on hold another 10 and now its notifying me that they go on a meal break 1:30-2.. Fingers crossed that what happened the first time doesnt happen again.Update.The person that answered and I said hello 3 times and he said he couldnt hear me and then whatever billing 1,2,3 means he hung up with a bunch of attitude! Im in awh. 0 stars

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! Staff members do not know the sky is blue, and they dont know what they are doing. It has taken me 2 days to get a prescription taken care of and out of the 5 people I had to talk to, only one was able to help. This is NOT safe!

Staff is rude. They dont accept Mexican passports for some reason? Theyll literally take any passport in the world except Mexican. when I asked for their names too give too a supervisor they refused. CVS across the street is so much better

I called first to ask if they take the photo for Chinese passport, and I need the digital not the print out photo. The answer was yes. When I get in the store the lady who works in the photo department even doesn’t know they can take the photos for Chinese passport. She was continue telling me they only do US passport and Visa photo. I think Walgreens employee’s training was really bad. Who didn’t know well about her job working on an improperly position. Then I was told they can not offer the detail of the passport photo, which the Embassy is request for the digital. Then I ask if I can use my camara and just using their white background to take a photo. The answer was no. This is my first time try to use Walgreen’s photo service,I’m really disappointed.

If I could give 0 or a Negative star, I would. Ive been having various medical issues for a while now, and being a caregiver makes everything much more stressful. I have to be extra careful about my health because Im not the only one who will deal with negative consequences if I am not. So, I always call and talk to a pharmacist about my new medications and if they will interact alright, the possible side affects/things to watch out for etc... For various reasons I could not call my regular Walgreens Pharmacist (doctors appointments for the family member I look after and their care, errands etc.) It is 3am and my regular Walgreens is closed so I call South Jordans 24 hour store and ask for the pharmacist... This man (I want call him a pharmacist because he doesnt deserve the title) answered the phone, didnt identify himself, and was curt, rude, and very ill informed for a pharmacist (if he wasnt and it was just a rude tech speaking then this Walgreens store has a bigger problem and should be avoided even more, but I believe he was a pharmacist and had an Indian accent. Not that I cared he was from India but that is a way to identify him in lieu of a name.) He didnt answer my questions just vaguely lectured me for about 5 minutes about taking risks and weighing benefits. He ended the call by just hanging up, no good night or goodbye just a quick rude lecture, no answers, and a click once he deigned to finish. Dont go here Pharmacist (ha!) doesnt know diddly squat.

I called this Walgreens today to double-check when the actual pharmacy was open. (Currently using the CVS across the street.) The auto-mated reply stated that the pharmacy was open 24-hours a day (except a short break in the middle of the day.) I tried calling pharmacy directly to double-check. I was on hold (more or less) for almsot 20 minutes!!!! Every so often someone would pick-up the phone, not say anything, and then it would go back to hold - Then someone did pick-up and immediately asked me to hold...and 5 minutes later I was again on hold. I then called store and asked automated service to connect me with the store manager. That was another 5+ minute wait - So that I had the opportunity to speak with the store manager. He was rude, argumentative (stated there was no meal-break as the automated reply states). And then, basically, told me he was busy at the cash register and didnt have time for me. I cannot remember a time I received such poor service and/or been subjected to such a hostile reaction to a simple question (save one bad experience at a Sizzler in Ogden 30 years ago). Though not 100% satisfied with CVS - I will not be switching our familys prescription needs to this store!!!!!

The first time I went through them for my prescription, I didnt have any problems other than low-energy staff who seemed like they couldnt be bothered. I just tried to call through them again to get a refill on my prescription, and the guy interrupted me before I could fully explain what my situation was. Because of that, he became cross with me when I told him which prescription I needed, saying that I had already picked it up, and began having a tone with me as if I was trying to trick them into filling out more than I was allotted. He then looked and saw I had a new prescription that I had sent in, and then began whining about how they cant fill that prescription because they are short on the tablets necessary to fill the full prescription, and to try and call back tomorrow. I then call back later to see if I can get a partial refill, since I needed this dose, and his next great excuse was something about my insurance not being able to do it (Even though that wasnt the case the first time), and he still had that same attitude with me, being frustrated with me the entire time despite the fact that I had done nothing wrong. I will never come here again, and I certainly hope the person who had helped me loses his job soon.

Pharmacy is unacceptable. Youll wait an hour to pick up your medications. They will tell you your insurance doesnt cover your medications, even though your insurance does. You will never be able to get a pharmacist on the phone. Go to CVS or Smiths across the street.

I am standing in line right now to pick up my prescription. Initially, they told me twenty minutes. I came back 26 minutes later and it wasnt ready. I was told about twenty more minutes. Well, now Im in a line for pickup that hasnt moved for ten minutes. Only one person in sight at the window. Nobody else around. I will never come back to this or any other Walgreens pharmacy. Going on 65 minutes hanging out at Walgreens. Not my idea of a great Friday night. 🤬🤬

I came to pick up my prescription after i got a wisdom tooth removed, there was no one in line i was the only person their. They told me 25 mins well i waited for 45, then asked them if they could please hurry because the numbing medicine my dentist used was wearing off and i was starting to be in alot of pain. I had to wait an entire hour there while in pain and they did not care. I will never go to this place again, so inconsiderate and rude.

Please figure out your pharmacy. Your drive thru and in store pick up takes 30 minutes at minimum no matter the time of day. This is a huge inconvenience! Pharmacy employees seem irritated and overworked as they should since there is always a huge line. Hire more people, offer scheduled picked up times, please do something!

2nd time I come to the this pharmacy and The staff is so rude every time. Every other pharmacy I’ve been to they begin offered a prescription discount. I drove through the drive-through and they got mad because I pressed the button they were rude to other patients. The first time I went they were super rude and so I thought maybe they were just having a bad day so the second time they pulled it again! I will definitely never come to this pharmacy again. I’ll go across the street to cvs!

I am so shocked that a pharmacy tech can be that rude and judgemental and actually yell and threaten customers cuz the medical supplies we use they were out of stock. The grave yard woman soni needs to be fired!! She actually refused our supplies and said they were calling the police when we asked to speak to a manager. There has been several mess up with prescriptions. Dr sent e-script with refills but when it came time to get it refilled, bottle showed No Refills... Even though I had verified with my doctor that he had sent refills in with the prescription. Wallgreens was adamant that my doctor did not send prescription with refills. This was just one of many .I had also expressed that the automated system is very frustrating and not helpful, so she could pass that info on to the correct person, and made it clear that I was mad at her and wasnt taking it out on her just wanted Wallgreens admin. to know my experience. As I said thank you, she hung up on me.

Called ahead the day before to make sure my prescription would be ready. Got there early because I knew it would be busy. Get there to get my prescription and it’s not ready. I’m back again now waiting in what looks to be an hour long line. This place is a joke.

On 01/10/2020 I came into Walgreens (one of my very favorite places to shop) looking for a new foundation. I have now hit middle age and trying new brands doesnt work for me any longer. Lucky for me Pamela (Odio) was working in the cosmetics area!!!! The moisturizer she recommended has worked wonders on my dry skin, the foundation (No 7) is comparable to other pricey name brands I have bought in the past at half the price. She was so knowledgeable that another woman stopped to hear the information regarding the products she was giving me. She gave us both fantastic samples to try (which after using has prompted me to purchase other products from this brand).She is the best cosmetics consultant that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in this company (Walgreens) and my experience with this company has been in other states (such as OK, CO, CA, WA, ID, NV).I will be visiting this store specifically to see what new items she has within this product line and others. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about cosmetics, answering all of my questions. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you!!

Very overpriced on prescriptions!! They tried to charge me $38 for a prescription that I have only ever paid $9 at other pharmacies.Dont waste your time or money!!Pharmacy staff are slow and often times act put out to help you.Go elsewhere is my firm recommendation!!!

This is nothing against the workers. They were very helpful despite me having a bit of an ID10T error since I couldnt figure out how to work the app and the digital coupons. They were mostly nice in assisting with that. But then, after a lot of confusion and frustration trying to make a simple purchase of two items, I was told they dont have the ability to do split card payment. I was trying to get the last off my HSA before they charged it out and was short maybe 50c and didnt have any cash on me. The system doesnt allow them to split the tender between cards manually. I havent been to a store for years that wasnt able to do that and it was extremely frustrating and I just gave up and put another item back and walked out with only the one. Their systems need updating big time and their coupon and app system needs to be more straightforward as well to avoid ten minutes of extra confusion at the register.

We came here on Memorial Day to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy. We waited in line for an hour and a half. There werent many employees and the line moved slower than a snail. We had to play Heads Up to keep entertained. However, it was a good social experience. In the future, it would be nice if more locations were open on the holidays or the locations that are open should be better staffed.

First off if there was the option to give them a negative rating I would. Since one star is the lowest rating Itll have to do. My wife was there early in the morning on April 8th 2019 when she had a pretty bad seizure.The store had 1 or 2 other customers at the time. The employees and management watched this happen. Watched her flopping uncontrollably on the floor for a couple minutes and no one bothered to call 911, paramedics, or proper authorities.Every thought of perfectly fine and acceptable to call her parents and not bother calling your husband . Instead it was okay by their standard to just watch this happen.There is absolutely no excuse or justification for this incompetence or lack of caring for the human life or well being of a customer. This is completely unacceptable by any standard and needs to be addressed.We have not received one phone call expressing concern over her well-being or if she is okay, an explanation for the way they handled it or didnt handle it, or even an apology.No phone call for an explanation to their lack of protocol, and those employees having any repercussions, or even seeing if she or okay. Im a hard time getting information on the executives and management to further this complaint. Apparently lower management does not want their actions going through the proper channels and reaching the people to hold them accountable for their incompetence and lack of human decency.

UPDATED 9/16/19Employee has completely changed overall attitude and is far more customer service oriented and nice. Im updating my review because reviews should be updated according to most recent experience.Just got back from getting my sons prescriptions. I had called my dad right before arriving there so I know when I dropped off the prescription. When I was picking it up, employee said it wasnt as long as I said it was. I wasnt trying to be snippy, just trying to say how long it had been because of the timed safe they have their prescriptions on. It was incredibly rude. I was in the drive through farthest from the actual window and they have ALWAYS put my I.D., debit and Walgreens card in a little envelope. This guy hates me because he has always treated me poorly. He took my cards and hid them between the papers so as soon as I picked up the prescription, my cards scattered on the ground. I was on my hands and knees on the pavement searching for them. I was unable to find my debit card so I pulled forward so I wouldnt hold up traffic. Luckily the people behind me saw it before I left and they picked it up and ran after me to give it to me.

Like so many others have said, if I could give less stars, I would. I never leave a bad review, but I am taking my time to leave one, tonight. I’m pregnant and have a really bad case of the flu. I showed up 15 minutes after my doctor phoned in my prescription, and the lady rudely told me to go wait somewhere else for another 30 minutes. After 30 horrible minutes (because I’m so sick), I pulled up, pressed the call button, and was told to wait. I waited for almost 10 minutes, and a man approached the window. I told him my information and he told me it would be another 25 minutes. After informing him that I had already waited for 30 minutes, so I was confused, he just told me they were busy, and to come back around in 25 minutes. I told him I would pick up my prescription at another time, and drove away in tears. I will be calling my normal pharmacy in the morning to transfer the prescription. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy, and I highly suggest that you go somewhere else!

The pharmacist showed the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The gentleman at the pharmacy cashier did his best to be as helpful as possible. I went in to look for pain relief for my back due to a wreck. I was suffering from a concussion, whipflash and a injured back. My Doctor has me on ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer but the pain has been unbearable. I just wanted to know more information about “Doans”. The pharmacist wouldn’t even look at the cashier or properly give him the information I was inquiring about. I left and drove several extra miles to “MY” pharmacy...Smith’s Marketplace. If you want at good pharmacist, I highly recommend Smith’s!

Until today I had not had much negative experience with this pharmacy. But somehow in some amazing way even though we have been filling prescriptions there for my grandson for over a year suddenly he is not found in their system. He has just magically disappeared in their computer ???? We have been waiting all week for a prescription they said they would call the dr for and how were they doing this is they cant find him in their system. Meanwhile my grandson does not have the medication he has needed because we were waiting while nothing was being done !!!!

I appreciate the hard work from the staff in the pharmacy. They have helped me and my family for years. Since this pharmacy is one of the only 24-hour stores in the area, they are incredibly busy and they try to help patients as quickly as possible with their small staff. I wish people were more considerate and realize that when conflicts occur, the source is NOT always pharmacy-related. They deal with insurance companies, manufacturing companies, doctors, laws, etc. on a daily basis. Theyre really doing their best, and you can tell by seeing the sweat on their foreheads from running around trying to help every single patient as fast as they can. This staff deserves more positive recognition and more hours so they arent short-staffed the majority of the time! Thank you for your hard work!

Had a horrible experience with trying to fill a prescription for my husband. Their website showed available - showed up. Nope, was not ready. Ok. Called a few days later - a live rep. Confirmed it was available. Second time we show up, again not ready. They can’t find the medication. Seriously? How unprofessional. Called once again; now 4 weeks later and they don’t have the prescription. What a joke! Will never use Walgreens again. Get it together. 0 stars.

Worst customer service I have ever had at the pharmacy. We gave the guy $20 to pay for our $4 medication and the guy gave us $5 back. Once we pointed out the problem, the employee said it was our fault. He was unbelievably rude the entire time and gave us very dirty looks.That was my first and LAST time going to that awful place.I recommend not coming here to pick up your medications. Absolutely disgusted.

Horrible service!!! I dropped off a prescription for 2 pills at 11:45pm. No other customers were waiting at that time. Pharmacist “This should only take a couple of minutes.” I sat down to wait and watched several other customers drop off prescriptions. Thirty five minutes later the pharmacist calls up a customer that had come in after me to get his prescription. He looked over and saw me waiting in the chair and instantly realized he had totally forgotten I was there. He called me up and had brought another person’s prescription and had to go back and find mine. He went back to his station and found that huge prescription for 2 pills that took him over a half an hour to count and put in a bottle. I paid the $1.73 and left without receiving an apology from him for forgetting about me and taking so long. No surprise that Walgreens tries to hide this guy on the night shift to minimize the damage to their reputation and customer satisfaction. DON’T GO HERE!!!

Very unprofessional for a story to see on Google Maps that they are open 24 hours and they are not the sign clearly show that they were open 24 hours seven days a week even on the pharmacy. Even when you’re calling on the phone system it says the same thing.

I have been filling prescriptions at Walgreens pharmacy for several years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Tonight however was exceptional. It was late and I was very tired from working 2 jobs and needed to fill my prescription for medication that I needed so I could sleep. The pharmacist was wonderful and filled my prescription quickly so I could get home. In addition he saved me over $60 for the prescription by applying a coupon for those without insurance. I cannot thank him enough for his sensitivity and kindness. Thank you.

I have visited this pharmacy many times over a dozen years merely for the convenience of it being open 24hrs, over looking the handful of poor experiences and the time before a family trip that I had my daughters medication filled only to find out they only partially filled her prescription without any heads up once arriving at our destination and putting her health in jeopardy. But tonight put me over the edge, and after reading other reviews Ive come to understand that these people care less about service or the customer they serve and this is business as usual. Rude, argumentative, almost antagonistic, inconsistent, and slow about sum it up. Ill be sending a complaint to their corporate office.

The girl at the drive up window was very friendly and even went into the store to get me some childrens Tylenol so I didnt have to take my sick daughter into the store.I was way impressed! I did not have to wait long for the prescription either, double bonus.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I was sick with the flu and bronchitis and a fever went in to get my prescriptions and was told there was no signature on them electronically the Pharmacist was rude plain and simple she didnt offer to call the clinic or help what so ever then on top of it said we had to pay for our perscripts with out billing to the ins becuz they were sent to another Walgreens that was closed. My husband just paid it and we left. I will never go to this pharmacy again nor will I recommend any of our Patients to this pharmacy!! This place doesnt deserve any star rating!!!

Honestly worst service ever. I called ahead to see if it was ready. The male tech that answered the phone was completely rude and yelled at me about having it called to the wrong Walgreen, even though he could pull it from the other system and fill it. Once he confirmed that he had it, he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Mind you the hospital called it in. When I get to Walgreen 20 minutes later I was told another 20 minute!! Walgreen this is unacceptable service! People using your 24 hr pharmacy are usually really sick, they are not filling just a routine prescription. I have a severe infection with a fever of 102, now not only do I have to drive 20 minutes to get it, I have to wait an additional 20 minutes. I could of spent that addition 20 minutes laying in the hospital bed instead of my car. Thank you for you clear lack of customer service.

Could not believe how rude the pharmacy staff was. Im not surprised at all to see that other people are saying the same thing. Store staff has always been very nice but 2 out of 2 times I have gone to the pharmacy I have left crying. They treat you like you are below them and act very inconvenienced to be helping you. Ive never had such a bad experience at a pharmacy as I have here. Not to mention the wait time is joke. The long hair Asian pharmacist is incredibly unprofessional.. And I know some people have hard days but almost every time he is working he is so rude and uncaring. Like one time I had a Kidney Stone and was trying to pick up a prescription for pain medication while passing a kidney stone. I didnt have insurance so I was using a GoodRX coupon which they have taken MANY times before so I ended up having to drive to the PROVO Walgreens who had no problem accepting the GoodRX coupon . Let me tell you driving that amount of distance while enduring the most immense pain a man can feel was NOT fun. Sometimes he is nice though. So 2 stars.

Incompetent! They dont even know how to enter a copay card and then lied about trying to call the doctors office for information. Im the doctors assistant and they didnt call me once! So now my son has to go 3 days without his medication because of poorly trained staff!

Overpriced, inattentive staff, and slow customer service. I only go here if I absolutely need prescriptions in the middle of the night and maybe for otc medicine. It is a fairly clean store, but they need to learn some customer relations training.

If I could give less stars I would. This is the WORST pharmacy ever. I went into the doctors then came to get my prescription 3 HOURS LATER and they had the nerve to tell me it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes!! Are you kidding me? This Walgreens is out of the way for me and I’d already driven out there just because it was open 24 hours and I was out of all my meds. It was already late so I went in the next night after being sick and nauseous all day at work because I hadn’t taken my meds, and then they didn’t give me one of my prescriptions!! I then called and asked if it was there and they said it was while being very rude about it like it was my fault I didn’t get the last one, I was not driving all the way out there AGAIN. This is ridiculous. They have the WORST customer service and are generally just rude people working here. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened either.

The pharmacy staff was extremely rude and would not fill my prescription despite me being told from the Walgreens in Draper that they could fill it at midnight, so long as I go to the 24 hour pharmacy on Redwood road. The heavier set gentleman (short hair and a beard) was the one who mistreated me and he refused to give me back my prescription and after refusing to fill my prescription. I had to ask three times before he gave it back. He did not look at me or respond to me when I said thank you for finally giving it back to me. I will NEVER go back to Walgreens again. I was able to get my prescription filled at Walmart nine hours later. This isnt the first time that Ive had shady service from Walgreens.

I was on a certan perscription that was not supposed to be used with pain relivers but walgreens sold me the pain reliver anyway and then when to go get another one the told my doctor that they should not after they sold me one script so beware they will sell you stuff that will interact and tell your doctor not to sell u any. Really did not appreciate being mislead. Over the phone, a rep told me that there was a certain product. When I came in, another rep said that they dont carry the product.To confirm my story, I showed the second rep the phone number off of Google Maps. This is really inconsiderate to waste peoples time.

I would give them NO stars if I could because of their manager. They racially discriminated my boyfriend because he is african american. They almost hired him but when he went in to do the assesment and the manager saw he was black he said to come back later then denied my boyfriend completely. I have had a very unpleasant experience while working with your Pharmacy Department. The employee is Travis and he was very difficult to work with as he seemed to fight with me on every issue in a very rude manner. His demeanor was very unprofessional to the point I will not return to that particular store.I am the customer and he should go out of his way to make sure my needs were met, instead he seemed to go out of his way to NOT help me all the while I was having extreme medical problems. I would hope that he does not treat all customers in this manner as it left me with a very unpleasant experience that has prompted me to write this complaint.

First time at this pharmacy and will be my last. Rude staff and long wait to revive the wrong medication and make you wait again to then tell you that they cant fill it. So why call ahead to have it filled to go wait and be told to go wait again and then when I come back 20 min later they say they dont have it and when I get back home they call as Im getting home I get a phone call saying sorry I found it and we have plenty if you want to come back. No my time as valuable and you have wasted enough of it.

Overall: This is probably the slowest and most unhelpful pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They say it is 24 hours, but their after hours help is almost non existent. Not to mention they are incredibly rude almost every time that I walk in. The worst of it is the amount of time that they waste out of your day, whether it is because they take too long on your perscription, too long in the drive thru, and just too long to virtually do anything.In Summary: I would never recommend this location.

I dropped off a prescription. They told me 30 minutes, I gave them a day. When I came back 24 hours later, asking to pick the medication up, they just told me they didnt have anything on the computer with a tone of its not my problem is not in the computer, no apologies, no attempt to find out what happened, nothing. Oh wait yes they said: give us 30 minutes. Awful service in this pharmacy.

I dont know what happened with you guys. . But I was in there today and had a very nice girl help me ...she was really nice and very professional. She showed me ways to save a ton of money on my prescription. I dont have insurance ..I think kim is an excellent asset to any company. I would give 1 star if possible. Terrible, terrible customer service. I tried to get my daughters bladder medication on two occasions and was refused both times. Took it to another Walgreens on both occasions and had zero issues. I almost want to quit going to walgreens altogether.
