Got to love a great place that helps you get a great night of sleep. Darren was great to work with. Very knowledgeable on a lot of different mattresses and what fits best for your particular sleep pattern. A lot of choices and some great closeout specials as well. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good nights rest.

Appreciated so much how quick and simple they made it. Much more affordable better quality than the ones I saw on Amazon and elsewhere. I will always support local business over the big boys like RC Willey who overprice their less quality items

Great prices

I am sure it is a great place to purchase a mattress but, they should not be a Wish distributor. They are never there and you have to call the owners cell and then wait 15-30 minutes for them to return to the store. Buy your mattress there but have wish ship to your home.

I pick up my Wish packages there. Very easy. And convenient. The sales man was delightful!

Honestly, I have no idea how this guy is still in business. It took us an entire week to even reach the guy during business hours just to pick up our mattress. And when we finally caught him in the store, he didnt even have our mattress! He said someone else picked it up. So he sold the mattress we already BOUGHT to someone else! And then tried to upsell us on an upgrade.. The store is rarely open during the business hours and he never answers the phones. Id recommend taking your business somewhere more reliable.

After I remodeled our basement we were excited to get a bed for our new bedroom. I called around and found these guys. They really gave us a good price. I was very excited when they told us they could deliver the mattress that afternoon. They were right on time. My son was the most excited for his new bedroom.

Bought a pillow top full bed set for my 6 year old son. Showroom was well organized, clean and Darren was great to answer questions and lead me to the right mattress. Not a pushy salesman, just an honest business owner. We love the mattress and got a great deal. Darren is sometimes out on deliveries and posts a note on the door stating that he is out and when he will return. He leaves his cell # and offers you a free pillow or a discount for the inconvenience. Its a small price to pay(IMO) in order to support our local businesses. If this is an issue, you may want to call and schedule an appointment for a time that works for you and your schedule. Great prices that cant be beat.

Bought a bunk bed for a great deal as well as a mattress

Came to affordable mattress and we were treated amazing! The prices were great, and the quality of the mattresses were awesome. We had to stop a grab a trailer to get our purchase home and the owner wrapped the mattress up for us and helped load it. Great service.

We called before we drove down from Park City to see if they had what we wanted. We were told they would be back at 3:30. We showed up by 3:20pm, called three times before we gave up at 3:56pm.

I wanted to give stars in negative if it could be possible. I have been calling this guy since a month regarding my mattress issue. Earlier, he told me call me back after 2 weeks as he is out f state and after he said, I will get back to you soon. I sent him more than 2p voicemails and still no call back..!! Also, Its very rare when the store is open..! Thank you for your worst customer service..!

Normally I would only give a positive review, however my experience with Affordable Mattress never even made it Inside the store. I showed up at 11:50 on a Monday morning. With my 3 kids, looking to take a mattress home that day. When I went to open the door, it was locked. With a sign on the door that read I left for a delivery. Please call me for a free pillow and 10% off your purchase, for the inconvenience. so I called...Darren answered and said he would be back on 30 minutes. Cool! Ill go get my kids some lunch and come back.....1 hour and 20 minutes later, still no Darren. Still no unlocked doors. My kids and I waited for another 10 minutes, I called and even texted him to see if he was actually coming back to the store....I still have yet to hear back. If I could rate the customer service a negative star I would. I have worked retail for over 12 years, and I am shocked that a business that is ran so poorly, is still in business!! Save yourself the headache. Just go to Mattress Dealzz in South Jordan. Thats where I ended up going. Awesome customer service and they actually had their doors open. ;)

Good attention, service and products

Drove an hour Friday evening with my fiancé to look at the deals they had advertised for just that weekend. Website said they were open until 7 pm that day and so did their door when we got there. We arrived at 6:08, the doors were locked and the lights off. On the door there was a number to call if they were gone during posted business hours, we called the number several times with with no answer, left a message. Got no call back. This was very frustrating because we had gone through a lot of crappy traffic and other issues to get there just for them not to be there during the time they said they would. Big waste of time.

I called to verify times for this location/store and a nice man answered and verified times, informed me what time he would be there to open the doors. Very good experience!! (His name was Daryl probably didnt spell his name right though)

This place is a joke. They are suppose to be open at 11am and they arent there. When you call them, they dont answer and when you do business with them they dont know how to follow through with what they say they will do to fix a mistake they made.

They are a scam. I bought a mattress last year and then canceled the order. So the company decided to keep charging me $45 a month for something that I never received or had. Do not go here!
