Luke & his knew side kick were great. Was in a Hurry to grab some things for a Funeral. Helped allot to be able to change in their bathroom area

I set up a reservation for a u haul and got a email confirming it. When i went to pick it up. There was not lock box assigned to me. And i was unable to get a vehicle. This was the only day I could move in the next 2 weeks. Im pretty angry.

Luke at the west Jordan location is extremely help and always has a positive attitude. Been a customer for 4 years, and will continue. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful service good storage options. 5x5 are actually more like 3×3 so I recommend paying the extra to upgrade to a bigger size unless you really only have a couple boxes to store. Overall I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I am so impressed with this business location. I have been so stressed with the stresses of moving, I was not looking forward to have to deal with anyone. I was on My way to another storage unit when I passed extra space storage, so I figured I would call to just check. From the amazing sweet lady I talk to on the phone, to Paul Gardner at the wjc location. He knew who I was the min I came to the office, and gave me a tour of the facility, and the unit I would be renting. He assured me my belonging would be Dave, and was so friendly. He helped with some moving and storing tips as well. This visit was painless, and helped my stress level beyond words. Thank you Paul, and the extra space staff.

Luke has been a great help. I have had units here for the past few years and have had no problems. The facilities are in great condition. We have both a temp controlled unit and a regular unit and have no issues with either. Thank again luke for all the help. I would also recommend the storage facilities to anyone.

This location was so wonderful. I needed a uhaul trailer but they didnt have one at this location. Zach pull out his phone and helped me locate exactly where I could get what I needed while the other lady was helping another customer. His customer service was fantastic and he gave me detailed directions. They were so kind and effecient about getting me what I needed.

Great place. Easy access, clean and well kept. The manager is great to work with and listens to cares and concerns. He did a great job finding us unit and ensuring our passwords worked properly with the gate. Top notch guy,.

Always clean and neat. the staff was always helpful and worked with us when we needed to change to a larger size or get another unit. when a family member broke into our unit and stole some tools the staff helped us prove who did it and worked with the police to help us. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a storage unit again!

I cant say enough good things about Luke and his staff. I have been using their facility for several years and they have always been friendly, courteous and professional. Their facility is safe and secure and I have always had peace of mind knowing my valuables are secure. Luke has always been great to work with and always has a positive attitude. He is willing to help you with any challenges or questions you may have. I would choose this facility over any other.

Weve had our unit with Towne Storage for a year and weve never had any issues. The facility is always clean. Luke is always helpful when we have any questions. We would recommend this storage unit facility to anyone.

A bit pricey in my opinion but the staff dont bother you and they seem nice as well.

Great customer service, the manager is so patience and nice to work with.I got there with no appointment and he multi-task to attend 3 people and answering the phone. Clean and nice space to storage.

We were moving stuff out and to another city, we arrived with a uhaul and trailer along with a pickup. Staff knew we were here and we ended up being 14 minutes late after closing and he locked up and left facility knowing we were still here. We ended up having to call the police cause there was nobody able to help us

The staff is incredibly cordial & personable; units/property well maintained/secure/clean ... (pest free!) well-Regulated temp yr-round/indoor/dollys to use, supplies sold, equipment & rental vehicles (uhaul)/ease of access yr round, garage style units (lg&small) doors open well; high quality, convenience for reasonable price! Staff communicates promptly. Keeps scheduled times. I Agree with other positive reviews!

Top notch! Love these guys. They do an awesome job. Very helpful and professional, secure and clean.

Went during business hours and with no signage or anything indicating they were not in there had their light on that said open so ended up having to go somewhere else if theyre going to have the door locked during business hours they should at least have a sign saying that theyll be back or when they will be back

Great place to store would be better if it was 24/7

They didnt have the truck I reserved the morning I needed it but it wasnt their fault someone was suppose to return it the night before but didnt. They did all they could to find me another truck and even gave me a credit.

Literally stuck inside the gates right now. No one will answer the phones....... lot hasnt been plowed and there is probably 6 inches of snow that stopped falling over 24 hours ago.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful I rented a unit there and its very clean. Im disabled and I couldnt figure out how to use my lock and they came to my storage unit and showed me how and they let me practice several times to make sure I knew how to use it. Im grateful to them for helping me. 😁 5 Star service. Sheri
