Ive had a completely positive experience from the initial reservation online to now, past the point of moving in. I have always received a clear and complete explanation of each step of the process and my questions have been answered truthfully and completely any time Ive had any. The facility is kept incredibly clean and organized and this combined with the quality customer service Ive always received has made me happy I chose to keep my things here. I will recommend extra space storage to anyone that I know is looking for storage from now on.

An absolute life saver to be able to store our family’s items while we wait to move into our new home. Reserving was super easy and move in was stress free. Prices were reasonable enough that we were able to get our unit several weeks before we actually had to move so we could gradually make the transition. Very clean and secure!

The on-site manager that called me was very helpful, very friendly, and worked with me through the whole process.

I was made to wait and walk back and forth to the unit. The customer service person did not provide me with an idea of what was owed now that I finished using the unit. He was not very helpful

Very clean and modern. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Amazing prices for the sizes of units they offer and they have 2 entrance gates! They also offer moving goods in their office like boxes, blankets and tape. And if you dont have a lock they also got those available for purchase. A definite recommendation if youre looking for some extra space. (Terrible pun was intended)

The customer service was amazing. They are great. They make the process of renting a unit painless and very covid sensitive. When we got to the unit and there was instructions provided in how to lock it. The facility was clean and the customer services is available for you. The hours are reasonable as are the terms. They have better deals online. I would recommend them over any other

Horrible customer service. (New Manager Trent ) loves to argue and make offensive remarks. And insinuations about customers. Hes very confrontational. He threatened to evict. When payments has always been made. Extra space corporate apparently condones his behavior. I reported the situation that happened to me. They insured me that general manger will handle it. Never called or tried to reach out.If you want to be mistreated and have your privacy invaded every time you step on premises. RENT HERE !!Other wise BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LAZY STAFF THAT NEVER SHOVELS WALKWAYS. OR CUSTOMER ENTRY ACCESS DOORWAYS!!

I needed to put some things in storage for a couple months. I contacted Tammy and she was great at showing me units that would suit my needs. Everything was quick and easy with both setting up the rental as well as ending the rental when I no longer needed it. I would rent here again.
