Andrew was very helpful on upgrading my iPhone 12 to iPhone 13. When talking the survey I inadvertently selected 1, dissat. When I meant to select very Sat.

The best customer service you will ever experience. I dealt with Ian, Romeo, and McKenzie and all of them were very friendly and very helpful. Ian especially helped me get my phone and watch set up and took time to make sure it was all squared away before I left. I will definitely call this store if I need anything phone related in the future! 10/10, this is the place to go if you need anything!!! I normally do not write reviews but I felt so passionate about my positive experience here that I knew I had to.

My wife got her new phone here a few months ago with McKenzie’s expert help, so when my phone developed battery issues, we knew where to come. She asked enough questions to match me with the right phone for my needs. It didn’t take long to get everything squared away. I am very happy with the results!

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. It was not too crowded anf I received service in about 20 minutes. I was helped by a knowledgeable salesperson and was able to make my purchase and move on within another half hour. Not bad for going to a phone store.

This store is AMAZING! After trying to reach the Oregon City store with no luck as NO one answered the phone, I contacted this store and was told to bring my phone in. I did and Romero was wonderful! In transferring from spring to at & t I had golden glove service from manager Romeo at the West Linn store. I ran into a big mess with Enjoy snd Romeo and Ian treated the issue first and foremost very professionally snd respectful to the customer ( me!) thank you at&t.

We moved to AT&T from Tmobile and purchased 2 phones in this location. the service was 5 star! very polite and professional and we did not spend there 2+ hours like we needed to every time we went to Tmobile. they gave us a great deal and the manager of this location was super helpful and made sure we got excellent customer service! Go there even if you dont leave in the area!!

Got two new phones today (upgrades for various reasons) so it was a long visit yet Mckenzie and Romeo made it seamless, advantageous and created an all-around enjoyable experience. These are the kind of visits you wish you had in all of lifes endeavors.

After spending over 90 minutes on the phone with ‘Marissa,’ ‘Cielo,’ and two others I scrapped the idea and drove down the hill to the West Linn AT&T Store where I met McKenzie. Shame on me for not doing this in the first place because not only did she listen and completely understand my situation managing 4 lines and multiple installment/upgrade cycles, but she found a solution that met all my (complicated needs). Then, after I left she followed up with an additional opportunity to save $500 (over the course of the next 30 months). She was proactive, friendly, and most importantly helped solve my challeges so that we would save money but also so all 4 of our kids could have a Merry Christmas. I highly recommend McKenzie. McKenzie was so nice and helpful. They didnt have the phone we were looking to purchase, so McKenzie called around to local stores on our route back home to find us a location that carried the phone in stock. With her help we were able to get the phone at a different store, and even though she wasnt going to get the sale for her store she remained helpful and positive. She really went above and beyond for us, and we so appreciate her help. She deserves some recognition for her excellent customer service ❤

I Cannot thank Romeo and MacKenzie at the West Linn OR ATT store enough for all their help getting my phone number back from scammers who had ported my number to somewhere else. They were tenacious, persistent, and so, so comforting as they worked tirelessly getting my number back. And thanks to Jennifer Baldwin in the fraud department for her part in getting my service back and working. They are my heroes!!

While the kids that work at this store are probably sweet people, they have consistently done a poor job.On March 1st we arrived to discuss an international plan and while there the young man suggested we change plans to save $20. All we had to do was sign up for autopay. I asked if there were any other taxes or fees. I provided my credit card and we were done. It is March 8th and they bill increased more than $80!I went into the store and first the young man couldn’t tell and he deferred to McKenzie who said it was due to pro-rating, but when I said even if the 2 plans overlapped, it would only be for a day and should not be an $80, she said she couldn’t really explain it. They said they can’t do anything about it and that I would need to call ATT and speak with the Loyalty Dept. I spoke with Nash in the Philippines who was slow and not very helpful. Ultimately, he and the kid in the store determined that my discount was more like $6. The kid in the store says that he told me that I would save $20 off the base of the plan, but that’s simply not true (my fiancé was with me at the time) and I specifically asked if there were taxes or fees or anything else that I would be chanrged and he had said “no.”This is the second major mistake that store has made. You should avoid them and ATT at all cost.

I visit att often for my business and I work with a handful of managers in the pdx area. By far manager Romeo has had made one of the biggest impressions with me and my team. Cant speak highly enough of this store!

This place used to be wonderful. I put up with spotty and expensive coverage only because the customer service here used to be outstanding. Entire store staff has changed over, new staff seem to not have any idea what is going on, how to help, they try to upsell as a universal answer to everything, but theyre not even competent at that. Changed providers after last encounter.

I have been a AT&T customer for years and years. The sales women would not let me buy the iphone 6 plus, she insisted I change my plan which I am happy with. Hard sell no brains. I walked out and bought my new cell at Apple.

Asked associate to disclose the hidden fees I would be paying, and she replied to me : I can not tell. I dont know. NOBODY KNOWS. only SYSTEM knows. Way to hire a beavis AT&T
