What a great experience! Mac was personable and knowledgeable about every aspect of Verizon and Apple. I left that store feeling confident about my purchase and I even spent more money than I planned! The store wasclean and Mac was constantly using hand sanitizer and practicing social distancing. Amazingly intense fast service by Michael....handles multiple customers at once and phone calls. Like he was on 5g the entire time to apply one replacement phone and add a new line then transfer over the data stuff. Dogs outside barking and hair salon was playing music down the next bldg over no matter no how....hes still going...He even was able to assist a customer choice on placing a Starbucks order with star points. Then continue to show me how to setup Samsung pay. Blew my mind!......and I thought Verizon service slowed a bit after the storm but dang Michael just picked up the ball and ran with it. I was even able to make it out the door with two new phones before the UFC fight tonight!.....great job Verizon....as BrittBritt says oops you did it again! 😎😎👍🤟✌❤bingo!!

I purchased a new phone at the West Linn location. The sales rep was courteous and helpful, though I think he was still learning the point of sales system. Overall, my experience was positive.

I’ve been doing all of my Verizon business at this location for several years now. The service I always receive is second to none and I much of that to Mac. He’s extremely knowledgeable and always has the right answers for technical and equipment questions. The world needs more people like him

Switched over to verizon from tmobile and they made it sound so good with there promotions. They promised me $500 for my old phone and ended up giving me only $50 credit for a 2 year old galaxy s9. I tryed multiple times to fix this issue with Mckenzie he said he would fix the issue but never did. there customer service just ignores you. I will be looking for a new service provider with better customer service

Mac was great. He was the only employee at the time and he was great with multitasking and welcoming everyone.

Shocked to hear the poor reviews. This is a great neighborhood store and brilliant alternative to Verizon Company stores. Ive worked with Mack many times and hes consistently taken care of me and my family with zero issue with transition or billing. I highly recommend this store and him!

So glad I drove all the way to west linn after work just to see a gone to lunch til 4:30 when I got there at 3:20. Seems a bit ridiculous to close your store for over an hour, either hire more people or figure out a better solution because I urgently needed to pick up my phone and dont have the time to wait over an hour. At least update your hours if you plan to be closed. Very very frustrating for anyone with a busy schedule to not know when youll be open, especially considering the premium cost of verizon.

Ive been to this place a couple times and was not very happy. Went in today because I spent over an hr to get my cell to connect to network after getting its screen replaced. Jacob was super helpful and figured it out with in the couple minutes of us talking! Gave me info on how to cancel my replacement order. Very nice and knowledgeable person! Only reason Im giving 5 stars is because him, thanks man!

So much better than the store in the Fred Meyers lot in OC next to where we live. Parking can be a challenge at times at this West Linn store, but we have had exceptional service every time. I believe we had the manager help us on our recent upgrade and she is excellent.My wife and I were lucky in the parking situation, and the only ones in the store to begin with. An A+ experience from Android (now, Note 9 and S9) users in a store that mostly services iPhone customers.

When I purchased some equipment the store manager gave me two tablets and stated that they would not add any cost to my monthly bill. That was not true. The store will not take these tablets back and Im stuck with the monthly cost. I called Verizon and was told that this store is an independent contractor and they are not Verizon employees so there is nothing Verizon can do.

Whose name means awesome? Anita Gibson at the West Linn Verizon store - thats who !! She has spent HOURS helping me get my new phone and then transferring my info and then helping finish set it up. Her attitude is both professional and personable. I am so pleased that if I could give her 10 stars (instead of 5) I most certainly would. Thank you Anita!!!

I was devastated walking in and this Charismatic, smart and FUNNY young man did such an awesome job of helping me neutralize every single question and concern I could have possibly thought of. I always had my doubts about Verizon but this handsome young man helped restore my faith in Verizon as brand and for that I applaud him! not to mention quite the looker!

The nature of my business has me traveling frequently, and visiting many of Verizons dealers. The Diamond Wireless of West Linn is simply a joy to do do business with. I first found them in march of 2015 and have not had a single bad experience there. The staff is friendly and well versed in their products and plans, which is a good thing because as well all know know the speed in which things change just keeps getting faster and faster. Aubriana has been a great contact since i started going there, and would recommend her to anyone. Great job folks.

Aubriana was wonderful to work with! She was very helpful in restructuring my plan to meet my needs and at no time pushed me in any direction I didnt want to go. It took a little time to restructure a plan and set up a new phone but this was by far my most enjoyable trip to a Verizon store! I will go out of my way to come back to this location specifically!

My husband, and I had a similar experience at this store. They gave him a temporary number until his old cell number, from another provider, could be transferred over. The transfer wasnt done properly, and we had to return twice to have it completed. For our trouble we were charged, in addition to the activation fees, another $ 37.00 dollars to disconnect the temporary number. I have contested this through customer service, and was told that it would be reversed. At no time did the employees at the store tell us that we would incur this fee, if we had a temporary number.My phone was registered to someone else, and when I called my land line my name showed up as theirs. When I returned to the store regarding this complaint, I was told it was an Apple issue, it was not. Finally I was able, after several calls to Verizon customer service, to get this resolved. However, I then received a charge of 42.00 for them to edit my phone. This is also to be removed from my bill. Ill believe it when I see it.Thus far my experience with Verizon has been a happy one.

We bombarded the store last night right before they were closing and Ryley was the only one working. He helped our group with multiple issues on 4 cell phones across 3 different accounts. He was awesome! We had him multi-tasking and he handled it all with professionalism and a great smile =)

Great customer service. All of the staff are very knowledgeable. Tim helped us and was very patient and seemed sincerely interested in making sure we got what we wanted. I never felt like he was trying to sell us and I appreciate that very much.

What didn’t go wrong? Ignored me serveral times when trying to get in connect with my new iPhone being shipped. Very unhelpful, rude, arrived a week late, employees didn’t care about the situation. To me it seemed the had better things to do. So I cancelled the order and went to Oregon city Verizon where I HAD THE BEST SERVICE EVER. West Linn you’re better fix your current situation bud.

My experience going into Verizon wireless or diamond wireless was very satisfing, a man named Benny was nothing except a help to me, kind, funny, polite and made sure all my needs were met before sending me out the door. Ive been in there multiple times to pay bills get cases etc and this was the first time Id met or seen Benny and he helped me more then anyone ever has who Ive seen there multiple times before. Was more then pleased with my visit and to Verizon wireless great job on bringing Benny in as a part of your team. Hes a very great employee of yours

Walked out of this store empty handed for the third time this year.I called ahead and verified they had the phone I wanted to buy.I arrived at the store, they got it from the stockroom, I asked the full retail price, they told me.I got out a credit card to pay, and was told they dont actually sell the phone. They only sell plans.I could only get the phone if they sold me a new plan, or a new 2 year contract on one of my current plans.So, now I know to call stores, ask if they have the product I want, AND ask if they are actually willing to sell me that product.

Tim provided excellent service. He suggested I get coverage so I did. Within 3 weeks of getting my first iPhone it was dropped in water. I notified Verizon and received a new phone literally the very next day.

I have been a Verizon customer for years. Prior to going to the West Linn Verizon store I would have said it was a less than helpful, always too busy and a long time to wait for help. I had even considered changing providers. My experience at this store changed my mind. The employees at the West Linn store are exceptional! For my latest experience just a few days ago I was reluctant to go in because my favorite manager had left to have her baby. Although I miss Brittany and her excellent, friendly, fast, competent costomer service, I have to say without question that the current manager, Tim exceeds at his job as well. He truly went the extra mile to help me sort out my phone issues (adding my elderly parents while at the same time replacing my daughters phone that fell in the River). He took his time, explained everything in a way I could understand and helped me get the best plan possible. He answered all my questions (which I had a lot of) with patience. I would also have to say that he did all this while competently training someone beside him the entire time. It was clear to me that he not only was excellent at his job but is also an excellent manager in how he was training. The trainee, Levi was also handling things with ease and competence. Clearly his Manager was giving him the room he needed to learn along with the confidence to do his job. Way to go, Gentlemen. I hope your recognized for a job well done!~Wendy Frankle

Current manager is rude and unhelpful. My previous experiences at this store, including an instance of spending 1200$ on a new phone and buying out an old contract, have been anything but headaches at the very least. Upon my last visit when I was sold a faulty charger for my said 1200$ phone, I did not have the same experience. Verizon customer since 2007. Benny is the only reason you guys get 2 stars instead of 1. If I spend 1200$ in your store, i expect your manager to have a little more professionalism than simply passing the buck off to the manufacturers of the chargers. I gave my money to Verizon, I expect my product to be replaced by Verizon and they can take it up with the manufacturer, anything else is quite absurd to expect of your customers.

I find this store very helpful and informative. I find it strange they are the only store I have come across that doesnt have a service charge. Aubriana has been a great help getting me started on my new device.

I was in last weekend and I had a sales associate by the name of Levi help me, and it was one of the best experiences I had. I felt like he was really listening to what I had to say about my past experiences with other places that wernt so good, he was friendly he got me exactly what I wanted and I didnt feel pressured into anything which was a big plus! definently a wonderful experience and will be back in the future!

Tim helped me with an ongoing problem concerning payment of my bill and remained patient and professional in the face of my frustration. He also helped me set up an app called Perfect 365 (Makeup App) and thats EXTRA POINTS!!! Great job!

Everytime I walk into this Verizon store I see a man by the name of Daniel Zachariya or something along those lines... regardless this young man is mature beyond his years and is nothing short of a joy to work with! He is a triple threat.. smart, funny and a good trustworthy salesman. He quadruple checks things just to make sure all possible information has been disclosed and understood with all of his customers. My friend Daniel is one of those people that not only do you think he is very helpful but by the end of your visit you genuinely think is a new friend of yours! on my most recent visit I witnessed him walk an elderly customer through every question he could have possibly asked about a cellphone and Daniel was cool, calm and respectful the whole way through, he even walked the elderly man to his car after everything was all said and done! For a 19 year old teenager he had me shocked with his outstanding customer service, his respectful mannerisms and his professionalism as a worke! Thank you and keep up the Good work my friend!

If youre not careful theyll add mysterious charges to your phone purchase. I was charged an extra $50 for the privilege of working with this authorized dealer: $19.99 for set up and go plus fee and $29.99 for redux multi-device membership. See pic of my receipt. The explanations for these fees were confusing and misleading. Theyre basically a way for them to pad their profit.
