Baskin-Robbins is gone. This is now a Dairy Hill ice cream store. I tried the lemon sorbet and it is very good. Will try ice cream flavors on my next visit.At this time, you cannot enter the store. Orders are placed outside the entrance.

West Linn store did not honor the 31st of the month special. The customer rep. said the store was not honoring the special despite the advertisement for the $1.70 scoops in the store display. I complained to the Corporate HQ and they basically said its up to the individual store if they want to honor the special. HQ stated that they referred my comments to the local store who has not contacted me. Last time I visit this 31 Flavors!

The ice creams are delicious, there are lots of flavors which you can choose from!

New name great people still working there

Called yesterday ordered a full sheet mint chip cake, they said itd be ready by 11 am today. Showed up at noon and the owner said they didnt have a cake decorator so no cake for my sons party (all he likes is B&R ice cream cakes). I was open to anything but they didnt have anything in the case, I was really surprised by their indifference and that they didnt call me earlier on the number I left them.I walked out and called B&R Lake Oswego on Boones Ferry, they had the exact cake I wanted ready and customized by the time I got there 10 minuntes later.Needles to say Im sure their ice cream tastes the same as every other B&R but we wont be back.

Always nice girls scooping cones or giving samples. Very clean too.

The staff is as chill as their ice cream. The treats are delicious and fairly priced.
