I have had some very interesting shipping experiences in my life. My business ships things all over the US and it is not uncommon for me to need things sent to several locations overnight. If I want to know for sure it is going to get there, I use Fedex. If I want friendly people who really care about my business, I go to the location in West Linn. Their team is the best!

I had a package directed to be left here; according to tracking, the manager signed for it. Now somehow no one can find it. Customer service has told me its my job to contact the original shop and request a refund. Not sure how this can happen.
