Went to send legal papers that were important and needed to be delivered express, one day delivery. Had a worker who didn’t know what he was doing. Gave us the wrong delivery option, and messed up an important legal matter. Probably will never go to this location again and will just use USPS instead.

I needed a mobile notary to notarize a clients signature to a Settlement Agreement at our clients residence in West Linn. While I had previously contacted another mobile notary group, I couldnt reach them. I just happened to notice The UPS Store on Willamette Dr. was listed on the same webpage where Id found the other company I mentioned. I was pressed for time, as our retired client had a narrow window of time in which to do this, so, knowing the UPS reputation, I contacted them with very little notice and they accomplished what I needed, emailed (and will mail) the signed document, took my payment over the phone, and it was done. Boom. Just like that, fast, efficiently, and with some very nice, accommodating people. Thank you! I will definitely use you again!

I emailed her a PDF of a poster that I needed printed rather quickly, and she got it done in a few days, communicating via email what was happening all along the way. The past few weeks of my experience with UPS has been absolutely sickening. I have watched UPS deliver packages to my neighbors frequently, and the past few times I have seen these workers take out packages blew my mind. I could not believe my eyes when I watched the UPS deliverer pull out a very large package, most likely a television, and simply let it fall to the ground from the back of the truck. Then, I watch the deliverer simply sit this large box of the side of my neighbors house, which is basically on the street, and then the guy just drives away. He couldnt bring the package to my neighbors front porch, or knock on the door? So now that package is just sitting on the side of the road, which for some reason is okay? Who knows what it could be worth. In the past week I have also watched a UPS deliverer leave a $2,000 computer set in the parking lot of an apartment complex. It was practically behind the complex, nowhere near the door! Once again, I watched this driver walk away after pretty much leaving a package in the street and not even trying to notify the customer. This makes me sick. Obviously, thousands of companies are probably losing money due to UPSs extremely poor delivery services, because packages can easily be lost or stolen upon this weak work ethic. Congratulations for not even trying to do your job, deliverers. Customers, if you dont want to lose your purchases, be sure to keep an eye on the tracking updates and be ready for the arrival, because if UPS is delivering your product, theyre most likely going to throw it out of the back of their truck and leave in on the street, no matter the environment.
Rude people who seem to take pleasure in not helping you. A complete lack of customer service. Ive experience rudeness before, but this was a new level. I came in and asked if I could use my business account to make a label. He said No, we dont ship with UPS accounts. I asked how could that be, theyre a UPS store and he replied Because we dont make money that way. Well, he ended up not making any money anyway since I took it to FedEx, where they happily made a label using my FedEx business account.I called UPS customer relations and they were quite surprised at this stores deliberate refusal to help UPS account holders and told me that was NOT in accordance with corporate policy. If, as a loyal UPS customer, you want customer service--or even basic adherence to UPS corporate policy, this is not your place.Easier to use FedEx a mile down the street, where, coincidentally, all the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant.

Such a pleasant and smooth experience dropping off a return just now. I came in with just the item and the packing slip, and Nathan behind the counter got me the cheapest box possible, and included packing and tape.
In the past it was not great, but since the new owners took over I am really happy with the service. I actually use them all the time now, hope more people take the time to write reviews, as the old negative reviews no longer reflect the excellent service you get at this location.

David and the West Linn UPS Store have always been extremely helpful and courteous to us. We have been shipping exclusively with them for the past 4 years and have never had an issue. I always recommend this store to friends and theyve all had a great experience.
Not reliable. I use them sometimes for ground shipping when packages arent urgent, without a problem. Never again for overnight. I dropped an overnight package off at 2pm and it didnt ship that day. UPS says its not their problem, that UPS Stores are franchises. Fedex is more reliable, better staffed.
We have been receiving our mail and packages at our PMB at the West Linn UPS store (#4182) on Willamette Drive since 2003. The location is very convenient, they do a good job and are helpful, and shipping packages from there is an option too. Yes, there is always room for improvement, thats why I they get 4 out of 5 stars.What irks me are the folks reviewing UPSs delivery performance (which is a whole different business) and blasting our UPS store in West Linn in the process. Please dont. Thanks ! :)

I have had a box at this location for several months out of nessecity (just terminated it). If you can do business at a different location, I would highly recommend it. Thestaff here, and I use the term loosely, is the most incompetent Ive literally ever experienced. Take your business someplace else. Stay away from this location. Seriously.
I am Extremely irritated right now. In fact, in still sitting in my car in front of the store. Your online says your open till 8pm on Mondays, your sign says your open till 7pm on Mondays. ..I was in your parking lot at 6:54pm and youre closed. I am Beyond annoyed. The amount I pay for a PO box is Ridiculous as it is, let alone your customer service sucks.While Im complaining... I went in to check my mail last weekend and you had a available sign on the back on my box, when I had possession of it for almost 2weeks. Wonder how much mail Im missing?!

I would never send anything to this UPS store. Not reliable at all with horrible customer service. YOU get blamed if they lose your package! I had a small item delivered here where we get all our mail sent and it has suddenly vanished. The managers here told me it was my fault because my family sends so many packages and its so overwhelming. Then proceeded to tell me that he would split the cost of the lost item with me (which was 23.99). They had no record of the package being received or signed for even tho through tracking stated it was delivered. He was so rude and un-kind. I would stay far far away if you want to actually receive anything you get in the mail! Stay AWAY!
Had a relatively complicated package which needed to be unboxed, reconfigured and reboxed. I was stressed for time but Reyna was friendly and helped ease the process. I was out in 10 minutes and had just enough time for breakfast!
Seriously, if you must send a package UPS go to another location. Time after time I have had horrible customer experiences here for various reasons. Employees are smug and not willing at all to help solve basic shipping issues. When you watch how they handle packages, its no wonder they try to upsell you on insurance.

I wish that there were repercussions to giving false reviews, but I have strayed so far off of topic.To the subject, I have used UPS stores for ebay businesses in California, Kieser, Wilsonville, Portland, Clackamas, West Linn and Oregon City. Oregon City is definitely the best with their emailing when you receive MAIL, not just packages. I would like to give West Linn a 4.75 but, since I cant, Ill round up to 5-stars.

They closed early... 2nd time I pull up just to drop off a package (pre paid lable) and they are closed before 7pm as posted online and on the door.
Couldn’t even manage to take a passport photo correctly so now I have to pay another $15 to do it elsewhere. And no refund. So unprofessional.
